Highly recommend overall! Make sure to book a river view room; the window view is like a painting. 1. Location: Right next to the Old Town, a 10-minute walk to the castle. You barely need to use public transport, your legs will do all the work. 2. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable, even has a coffee machine. The only downside is no complimentary bottled water. 3. Late check-out was not possible at all, but they offer free luggage storage.

Lot's of underground parking, We were greeted with a smile in both French and English. Secure building. (you need your room card to use the elevator) The dining room on the 2nd floor was nice and the service and food was great and plentiful. I would recommend a stay there especially if you are going to an event at Place Bell.

The room was good, and the river view was absolutely stunning – you could take magazine-worthy photos right from your window! Cleanliness was decent too. A great bonus was having the 'Little Pig Restaurant' right on the ground floor of the hotel, so we never had to wait in line. The only real drawbacks were the limited number of elevators, leading to long waits, and the underground parking garage's low height clearance of just 1.83 meters.

We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.

Staffs were kind and professional. (except the man at the Concierge desk... he didn't seem to know much about the hotel's services or maybe he just didn't want to speak to us.) Valet service can take very long when crowded. It was weird that there was only 1 set of bath robe and slippers in the room when everything else was set up for 2. (I booked the deluxe room with a king size bed for 2 guests.) Room size was good and bathroom was clean. Great location. I could walk to most of the old Montreal tourist attractions and good restaurants around. All in all, a bit old... but a good 5 star hotel. I would recommend it.

The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained. But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)

Upon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --> Extra 26$/pp breakfast <-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --> Extra 25$/day <-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too. We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through.

I took my daughter to Sherbrook to participate in the figure skating competition. Many athletes chose this hotel. The breakfast was good, the public areas and rooms were clean and tidy, and the swimming pool and other facilities were in place. I will stay here again next time.

I was visiting for a training session and enjoyed my stay. Beautiful hotel! Well located near Montreal. The room was spacious with all the amenities (I lacked nothing and there was even a dinette area and a desk with a computer). The included breakfast was very convenient. The room was cleaned daily with new towels. Private parking secured by a barrier. Only a small downside: It all depends on your neighbors, but it can be a bit noisy.

Centrally located but a bit expensive. Everything is to be paid by yourself. Paid parking, paid breakfast. The parking lot is 10 stories down. If all are full then you must drive to number 10 floor down the ground. Overall it’s not with the money. Over $350CAD for one night. Not worth at all.

GGuest UserI’ve been coming to Hotel Zero 1 for a few years, being the only hotel I book in Montreal due to its impeccable walkability. That being said, it’s unfortunate that it’s no longer shiny and new, you can really see the wear and tear over the years. If you want luxury you’re not going to find it here; however, it’s still a great place to stay for the action packed traveller who wants somewhere a bit nicer than a motel to stay. I booked knowing full well it wasn’t going to be the most amazing stay but it was not as bad as some of the Google reviews make it out to be- it’s just dated. The room was clean, check in and check out was easy, and even though the valet service is closed, the parkade they directed us to was safe and straightforward. I’d categorize this hotel as 3 stars as the amenities aren’t that great, but just know what you’re walking into, manage your expectations to that, and you will have a great stay. It’s just kind of a shame to see a hotel that I have great memories in not keep up with maintaining the property. If they repaired the fabric on the bed, replaced the shower heads and updated with smart TVs, that would make a world of difference. TLDR; Pros: clean linens, cable tv, microwave and fridge in the room Cons: dated technology, broken Roku, only one elevator for the whole building, no on site parking.

AAnonymous UserGood location, close to other services (restaurant, coffeeshop..), close to downtown . Room is large enough, can be cleaner around back door, fresher odor is needed. Staff is ok, some use language more fluently than others. Kitchen/ breakfast is full, relaxing. Parking is safe

LLCA23Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Samsun Montréal. The place is clean, well-located, and comfortable. However, a major downside was that the bedding wasn’t made up beforehand. This was quite surprising since many other hostels in Montreal, even cheaper ones, provide this as a standard service. It’s especially inconvenient when you’re on an upper bunk as it creates noise and disturbs others. It would definitely be much more comfortable if beds were prepared in advance.

LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint. I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

GGuest UserThis is our second visit to the Bonaventure. Both visits we have had trouble with paying for parking, and I am now calling because I think I was billed twice. I prepaid through Trip.com, and was charged again at the hotel. That bruised a really nice visit. This was a rare family visit, and we were able to get a adjoining rooms. Hotel is located on the 10th floor “penthouse “. There is access to the underground so no need to go outside in the cold, unless you want to take a dip in the pool. A unique experience for many guests We miss placed our parking receipt and was given a voucher to give the parking attendant that never showed up. We waited 45 minutes to leave, had to go back up to the desk to explain and get another receipt. This morning I have to call the hotel because I believe I was charged again for the rooms. Front desk mixup? Probably, but

GGuest UserThe location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable. Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.

AAnonymous UserThe service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and helpful. I had a strange experience in which a random girl ran into my elevator, talked to me rapidly in French and ran out. Maybe that’s because the location is downtown. But it was an easy walk to sightseeing spots. I was only staying overnight before the next plane, but I went to Chinatown and the pier, and even rode the Ferris wheel in the short time I had.

CConsultantI booked a hotel at the last minute (I booked it on the train to Quebec and didn't do any travel planning). I originally hoped to book a hotel 500 meters away from the train station, but almost all the hotels that met my requirements in terms of price and performance were gone. I had to book this hotel about one kilometer away from the train station. After checking in, I discovered that this hotel is located at the very core of Quebec's old city. It is only 100 meters away from the famous and top-notch Fairmont Chateau Hotel and the terrace area. It is basically 100 to 500 meters away from the main attractions, the business district and dining area of the old city. Mine. The landlady, a Chinese from Guangzhou, is very friendly. recommend!
