The hotel itself is well-maintained. It's well-located. The problem is that at breakfast time, they should have anticipated the influx of Argentine tourists and made more seating available. For several days, my 86-year-old mother and I were left with beanbag chairs because there were absolutely no tables available. Furthermore, the staff is inadequate for the number of tourists.
Another thing is that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant (even though the ACCOR website indicates otherwise) and doesn't have an alcohol license. I find it simply incredible.
When we got back from the plane, all we wanted was a drink. We went to the ”restaurant” and were told they didn't sell alcohol and the only food they had was some pre-made dishes (maybe they're from way back?), and they only heat them up.

5 stars. Big handicapped room. In room fridge was cold. Bed was firm. Shower water pressure on hot ******. Cold was awesome if you like a cold shower... Breakfast was excellent and varied daily. Free parking. Big elevators. Great AC. Hotel will give you daily pass to fitness club if you ask. Many restaurants in same complex. Hotel has two.
The view was stunning, and the service was excellent!
The receptionist was incredibly helpful.
The room was very unique, and there's a viewing platform about 200 meters from the cabin with a view of the snow-capped mountains!
Very clean room and very comfy bed. Nice rain shower and bathroom marble table. Friendly staff, breakfast has a lot of options from bread to 3 types of yogurt and 4 types of cereal. Pineapple, kiwi and banana for fruit and even some cheesecake. Wifi is also great, no issues doing videocalls. TV mostly Spanish but also has CNN and BBC.
Highly recommend for the price.
The staff were cordial and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. However, our dinners were not worth the money spent. They need to get a new chef, especially when it comes to European food.
Clean and hygienic, the waiters are very good, the breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant is also good. The heated swimming pool is not afraid of cold weather. Walk to the town in a few minutes. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful. It's worth coming again.
The location, service and hygiene of the hotel are all in line with expectations, especially the breakfast, which can be given full marks. Ctrip's service is also very good and satisfactory. The fruit for breakfast is fresh and sweet, with rich varieties and good quality. It is worth recommending
Lovely wooden house with friendly reception and service staff. There are many interesting and nostalgic antiques in the hotel. The attached picture is B1 just met the play. The hotel is 3 minutes to the Arms Square, very close to the sea.

GGuest UserIn general, no weak point, the food was very good in the restaurant, the friendliness of all the outstanding staff, the heated pool was very pleasant, the state-of-the-art gym invited you to continue practicing without getting tired... The wonderful breakfast, the rooms with a beautiful view, and completely acoustic... We will return to the Marriott in Puerto Montt, Chile. I would definitely recommend it.
GGuest UserTo be honest, Puerto Montt is not a great place to stay - it's a port city with not a lot going for it, other than it's close to the lakes district, and there's a ferry service that continues the road south to Patagonia. The hotel is similarly lack luster. The best bet is to move on to the lakes when you arrive at the airport, if that's where you're headed, and avoid Puerto Montt altogether. But if you're getting the ferry and need to stop overnight then the hotel is fine.
GGuest UserAn excellent place to spend time in Puerto Varas. Clean and comfortable, with amazing views into the lake and volcanoes. Its location allows to use public transportation to move along the lake and city's downtown, allowing a good connection to many different touristic points and different towns along the lake (namely Ensenada, Petrohué, Frutillar, Puerto Montt, among others).

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was lovely and very warm and comfy. The restaurant isn't in the same building, but not a drama, but for our supper we got charged nearly 100 thousand pesos, ny partners had eaten his food before I got my steak, out potatoes and chips were cold, and by time my steak finally arrived my chips were totally cold. Breakfast was fine and plentiful.

GGeorge OttHotel is modern. Has one handicapped room. No air conditioning. Great water pressure on shower. Firm bed. Great big flat-screen TV. OK Breakfast. Free parking. Pool was a bit cloudy, thought it might need some more chemicals so we stayed out... Road noise at night is horrible. Need screens on windows to keep bugs out.
