SERVICE EXTRAORINAIRE! Nous sommes venues mi Décembre 2026, et le service était juste incroyable. L'hôtel est situé tout en haut de la montagne HuangShan, à 2h des téléphérique, juste à côté du meilleur endroit pour voir les couchers et les levés de soleil: bright summit peak (à 15 min en montée de l'hôtel). Le personel est aux petits soin: je suis venue avec ma maman de 70 ans, et Xiao Ye, l'hôtesse d'accueil, a été EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Elle nous a surclassées pour pas que ma maman ait à marcher jusqu'au building B. Elle nous a apporté des oranges pour les vitamines et un pass pour les sieges de massages, et meme de quoi faire un bain de pieds ! Les toilettes sont à la japonaise avec les jets et sieges chauffants. L'hôtel met à disposition dans les chambres de très chauds manteaux pour aller voir le lever du soleil. Repas du soir délicieux (hot pot chinois avec possibilité pas épicé). Le service est dingue. Je recommande les yeux fermés !! Merci Xiao Ye pour toutes vos attentions !

The scenery of Huangshan is truly breathtaking. Staying a night on the mountain top really helps you appreciate the beautiful views even more. Since I was traveling with my child, I chose Xihai Hotel after comparing options. The facilities and amenities are great, and the room decor is relatively good. We were in Block A. I found the food to be just average, but the staff were incredibly friendly. Our butler added us on WeChat on the day of check-in, and the hotel is close to the Yungu Cableway. Overall, I give it a perfect score! The evening performance was excellent, especially the face-changing act, which was very skillful. The butler also informed us daily about the sunrise and sunset weather conditions and even organized morning gatherings to take guests to watch the sunrise. I was very satisfied. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

Choosing Beihai Hotel for my Huangshan trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel's location is incredible; it was such a pleasant surprise to find such a comfortable place to stay up in the mountains. The surrounding mountain views are so healing, the room was clean and tidy, and the air was filled with the freshness of the forest – it was incredibly relaxing. I have to specifically commend the staff! In the morning, when I went to watch the sunrise, I didn't see a step and accidentally fell. I was quite flustered, but a staff member immediately ran over to help me up. I had a small scrape, and they brought emergency medicine to treat it, being patient and responsible throughout. What could have been an unpleasant incident was completely resolved by their warm and thoughtful service – I was genuinely touched. They even gave me a souvenir when I checked out, which was incredibly sweet!! After a tiring day of hiking, all I wanted was a hot shower. The water here was just the right temperature and the pressure was strong; after showering, all my fatigue just melted away. The floor heating was also super warm, unlike air conditioning which can be drying. Plus, the breakfast exceeded my expectations! There was a huge variety, with Chinese options like congee, noodles, steamed buns, and dumplings, as well as Western choices like bread, fruit, and yogurt. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. Eating a hearty meal before heading out to sightsee really filled me with energy. Whether it's the environment, location, service, or breakfast, everything was exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Huangshan!

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.

It is recommended that the hotel send the staff in charge of breakfast to visit Mobert opposite you to learn what their breakfast is like. Its price is only half of yours. How much meat, cakes and snacks are there for breakfast. Your breakfast is really shameful! It may not even catch up with the breakfast of the All Seasons.
