The hotel's laundry room is very practical, with a drying function, so I could wash the clothes I brought for my business trip on the same day, no need to look for a dry cleaner. Breakfast is provided, making it convenient to grab a quick bite and not delay my work schedule. Yueyue's service was professional and efficient, and she thought of every detail for business travelers. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in this city for business!

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. One of the lady offered us a plastic spoon to open our passion fruits as without which we would have to use our fingers to pierce open the fruits. We bought almost 1 kgs to consume. We were almost greeted when we met them any time of the day & it makes our holiday a pleasant one. They even gave us free gifts upon checkout - what a pleasant surprise! The location is very convenient with plenty of food choices. We particularly were very pleased with a foot cum shoulders massage @Jinzhu Tang which is near this hotel. Should have extended another day here! Do visit Qingyuan mountain, it’s really refreshing and calm environment!!

The hotel boasts an excellent, central location. Despite being right downtown, it's surprisingly quiet and offers easy access to all major attractions. Many popular eateries and snack bars offer delivery services to the hotel, and public transportation is incredibly convenient. Plus, parking is free. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service is incredibly thoughtful; during check-in, the staff noticed it was my family member's birthday the next day and even sent a small cake to celebrate. Fitness is also very convenient, with a 24/7 gym located downstairs. It's fully equipped with modern, new machines, and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Wushan, providing a beautiful backdrop that makes exercising even more motivating.

Lovely hotel and often stay here, however one major concern, I wanted to book the airport transfer bus with 2 hours to spare for the next flight but was told by the receptionist that you don’t need to book it that early and she booked me into a later transfer bus, the result came with us very nearly missing our flight and if it wasn’t for the wonderful staff at the airport who allowed to go to the late book in gate we would of missed it. So the moral of the story is don’t let the receptionist of the hotel book you into a late transfer bus and cause great stress to you and very nearly missing your flight.

The airport shuttle service was fantastic! They even picked me up when my flight arrived in the early hours of the morning. The driver who picked me up at night was really friendly and talkative. After clearing customs, I just had to inform the hotel, and the shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes. If you're heading to the airport during the day, just make sure to check the hotel's shuttle schedule.

Cotton used in the hotel have very high counts so they are soft and comfortable.  The bedding is just the right hardness and makes sleeping a pleasure. Airconditioning is adequate so the room temperature is always very cool in view of the hot climate during the month of August. The only short coming is the lack of a Nespresso making machine for a hotel of this category.  Further for the province of Fuzian, the hotel should offer guest a choice of some great teas from Fuzhou. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and I highly recommend the value for staying at this Lakeside hotel. Very satisfied business travelers.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient as well. The hotel is right by the roadside: if you walk to the left and cross one traffic light, you’ll reach Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street; if you walk to the right and cross a traffic light, you’ll arrive at the Eighth Market (Ba Shi). Taking a taxi or didi to the ferry terminal is also easy and quick. It’s a great area for sightseeing. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. The front desk helping with the parcels were very attentive. The aunty at the noodle station was also lovely, the noodles served in early morning were delicious. The housekeeping aunties kept the room very clean, which made the stay comfortable. Thank you for all the good service! Overall, it’s great value for money, with a convenient location and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Hotel was new, clean and service was good. The room is good-sized, and considered large for single occupancy. Check-in and out were quite seamless. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, so one may need to travel out to dine, or choose one of those around there. Highly Recommended!

A very comfortable and nice hotel to stay in. Location is very good. Services are friendly, breakfast is good, bed is very comfortable, and the courtyard is nice to chill off the night. Once you close off the curtain and the door to the courtyard, you hardly hear any noise from the pedestrain street. They even have shutter in the courtyard to ”seal” off the room from the outside if you want to use it. For laundry, they have 6 washer and 6 dryer in total. No need to panic and rush to wash your clothes. Although the hotel is situated 50 meter in a small lane away from the main street, but we do not have any issue for cab hailing. the drivers know to stop just at the front of the small lane, rest assured on that. Overall, we rate this boutique hotel highly on our list. Definitely recommened for anyone coming to Xiamen for vacation. Almost flawless boutique hotel!!! *If I have to pick on the hotel, then we wish the hotel breakfast will come with free coffee for breakfast. Simple nice black coffee or with milk is such a comfort for some tourist to start the day. Since breakfast comes with free tea, soya , fresh milk, why not come with simple black coffee as well? Not a deal breaker for us, just a small suggestion.

JJinbaotuoleiChoosing this hotel for our Xiamen trip was truly an excellent decision. Its location is absolutely perfect, serving as an ideal starting point for exploring the city's highlights. Whether it was taking a ferry from the bustling ferry terminal to Gulangyu Island, strolling along the Nanyang-style Zhongshan Road in search of local delicacies, or visiting the lush Botanical Garden, everything was conveniently and quickly accessible, saving us a lot of precious travel time. The hotel service was another major highlight of our trip, truly embodying the phrase 'a home away from home'. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm, friendly demeanor. Upon seeing us with luggage, a concierge proactively came forward to enthusiastically and professionally assist with carrying it. This thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The weather was also on our side; during our days in Xiamen, we enjoyed almost consistently clear blue skies with fluffy white clouds. Bright sunshine during the day, and glittering lights at night. Looking out from our hotel room or nearby elevated spots, Xiamen's night view was stunningly beautiful, adding a romantic touch to our journey. Thanks to the convenient location, attentive service, and wonderful weather, our trip to Xiamen was filled with relaxation and joy, leaving us with many warm and beautiful memories.

GGuest UserFrom my experience at 4 different accommodations in the Jinjiang/Quanzhou area, I have come to learn that the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) at this hotel is typical of this area at this price range. So I don’t want to make it sound worse than it deserves. That said, the first thing I saw when I entered the room was a gross-looking tangle of hair on the floor. I sent a WeChat message to the person managing it, and to their credit they were very apologetic and sent someone to clean it up, which they did (I was gone at the time). When I got back, though, I was disappointed that although that particular tangle of hair had been cleaned up, the rest of the floor still had visible dust and who-knows-what on it. I ended up seeing a broom and dustpan in the hallway against another door, and I decided to briefly borrow it and quickly sweep my own floor so I didn’t have to feel like it was gross. After that it was ok. Also, there was a sort of dank, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which I believe is from the drain. The toilet is the kind that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down (instead put it in the bin next to the toilet), so it’s also possible the smell was the result of that system after the previous occupant’s stay. There is a water problem in the bathroom such that when you take a shower, water ends up sitting in a kind of puddle on the floor near the sink, so it’s hard for the bathroom to ever be entirely dry, which no doubt also adds to the difficulty of keeping the bathroom smelling fresh. The room itself was big and included a washing machine, which was very helpful! There was a little kitchen area and a kettle and such. Water bottles were supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was a sofa and a coffee table, and another sort of recliner seat near the window. Unfortunately the coffee table looked dirty (some sort of sticky residue on it) from the last occupant, so I didn’t want to put anything on it. The location is right next to the Jinjiang airport, which is of course convenient for arriving or departing by plane. Checkin was done via WeChat - I just told them I had arrived, and they sent me a code for the door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, but I can’t say for sure that no one is ever there. Possibly if I had waited longer someone would have come, I don’t know. For all the negative comments I had above, I want to repeat what I stated at the beginning - this level of cleanliness is apparently fairly normal for this price range in this area. I still think more effort could and should be put into making it a cleaner and more inviting space for customers, and things like the standing water problem in the bathroom should be fixed to prevent mold growth and such, but it’s also possible I just need to suck it up and spend more money on a better hotel room if I feel that my standard of cleanliness is so important.

MM26541****During the National Day holiday, I visited a friend in Fuzhou and decided to do some sightseeing. After browsing many hotels online, I ultimately chose Hilton Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang! My decision was based on Hilton's reputation for excellent customer service and their 'Hilton CleanStay' program. Both the service provided during check-in and the cleanliness of the room were outstanding! It truly lives up to its 5-star rating! However, there was one minor issue. As a 5-star hotel, I believe there might be a slight problem with their management. I checked in on October 5th, and my booking only included breakfast for two people. During check-in, I confirmed with the front desk to add breakfast for one more person (my child). Yet, at breakfast on the 6th, we were stopped at the 39th floor breakfast area. I just wanted to offer a small suggestion here...

11360195****The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Gulangyu Island. It's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to Longtou Road, where all the restaurants are, and attractions like Sunlight Rock and Shuzhuang Garden. We stayed in Building 9, which was very peaceful. It hardly felt like the bustling National Day holiday, but as soon as we stepped out of the hotel, we were met with throngs of people – truly two different worlds! The hotel has a private back exit for guests that leads to a quiet beach with very few people. The kids absolutely loved it, braving the heat and strong sun for over two hours, catching several small crabs. The hotel used to be a government retreat and is now open to the public. While the facilities and decor are a bit dated, you can tell the original fixtures are still of good quality. The room even came with tea ceremony tools, and the kids had a blast playing tea master – the Dahongpao tea was delicious. The hotel service is outstanding. They offer exclusive shuttle transfers from the ferry terminal to the hotel when you arrive and depart. If you're heading straight to the ferry after sightseeing, you can arrange a time with the hotel, and they'll deliver your luggage to the terminal, allowing you to enjoy your day worry-free. The staff are also incredibly helpful; knowing the kids wanted to play on the beach, they even brought sand-digging tools. When we encountered a staff member on the road and asked for directions to the beach, he simply walked us all the way there. We genuinely loved this hotel and highly recommend it.

GGuest UserMy favorite hotel on this trip is this one. The price is super! The hotel staff can also upgrade the sea view room. The sea view is very good. From check-in to check-out, every staff member makes me feel at home. The facilities in the room are also very comfortable, the mattress is soft and the shower water is strong. Moreover, the location of the hotel is also very convenient, there are many delicious restaurants and attractions nearby. I will stay here next time I come to Xiamen and recommend it to my friends.

It's super close to Zhongshan Road, you can walk right out to explore中华城 (Zhonghuacheng), and it's also very near the beach. It's fantastic to be able to step out and immediately be at a scenic spot when you're traveling. The service is also incredibly good; the front desk staff were warm, patient, and meticulous in helping me with my questions. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay at Yishang again next time. MM518069****First off, this isn't about the staff; their work was perfectly fine, their attitudes and everything were great. The environment was impeccable, and the location was excellent, with Gulangyu Island directly across from our sea-view room. If it hadn't been for the room upgrade, I probably wouldn't have found any issues with this stay. I originally booked a Deluxe Sea View Room, but the front desk said it was fully booked. The only remaining room was directly facing the elevator. To get away from the elevator, an Executive Room was the only option, so I chose to upgrade. The Executive Room came with many extra perks (see picture), but seriously, are these so-called 'services' really designed with customer needs in mind? Honestly, if you didn't offer these services, I wouldn't even think about it. But if you're going to offer them, be generous and don't be so stingy. You offer an 80-yuan laundry voucher that can't be stacked, and you can only use 80 yuan per day. For two people, that's not even enough to wash two t-shirts. If a guest only stays for one night, they can't even enjoy this service because clothes have to be dropped off before 8 AM (before check-in) and aren't ready until 6 PM the next evening (check-out is at 12 PM). So, the housekeeping staff directly refused to take our dirty laundry. Free two-hour meeting room, free printing, free phone calls, free computer use—wow! So many freebies!!! Seriously, who uses these nowadays? Then there's the 50-yuan hotel car voucher. A single ride starts at 260 yuan, even if you're going less than 5 km, and it's only for destinations within the island. Isn't giving out this 50-yuan voucher just annoying? Oh, and there's a 128-yuan massage voucher, for massages that start at 400 yuan. Either you generously offer a proper, genuinely useful free service that everyone would use, like a free airport transfer, a free laundry service, or a free massage, etc., or just don't offer anything at all. People who can afford executive floors aren't looking for these petty discounts. But it's really quite irritating to list so many things that 99% of people won't use. And your executive lounge – hardly anyone goes up there anyway. The juices are all concentrated; they're not even willing to offer freshly squeezed. They claim it's available 'all day'. When checking out, I thought since it was a weekend and occupancy was high, I didn't want to inconvenience subsequent guests. Even though I could have extended my check-out, I decided not to, and just planned to go to the executive lounge to wait for my high-speed train for about an hour after regular check-out. I was refused. There's nothing in the executive lounge during the day anyway, just a few bottles of water. I wasn't some regular floor guest trying to sneak in; why couldn't I even sit in the executive lounge for a bit???? So then I decided to just extend my check-out, and they reluctantly granted it, citing high occupancy. I was speechless. I stayed for three nights and only went to the 26th floor once. I really don't understand who benefits from all these 'rules' and 'freebies' you've set up. For guests planning to travel here, setting aside these 'additional services' of the executive floor, everything else is pretty good. If you book an executive floor, remember to check in before 6 PM on the first day, and when checking out, strongly insist on a late check-out until 2 PM! Oh, and if you order takeout, it's best to have the delivery rider wait for you in the lobby and pick it up yourself. Otherwise, they won't be allowed into the lobby and will put your food in a locker, which then requires you to register, log in, enter a password, personal information, and a bunch of other messy stuff first. Their robots only deliver the hotel's own food.

GGuest UserI picked this place online after seeing keywords like 'top-notch design' and 'EV charging available,' which immediately sealed the deal for me. When driving down to the underground parking, I even spotted a 'Chairman's Reserved Parking' spot – quite a charming and thoughtful touch! The owner clearly has sophisticated taste and has drawn inspiration from many high-end, star-rated hotels. You can see this in details like the seating inside the elevators and the sleek shower design in the rooms. This was my first time seeing a stair climber in a hotel gym – the owner definitely didn't skimp on expenses! Plus, the entire room is equipped with smart home devices; you just need to call out 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' to control everything. Overall, a truly delightful stay!
