AAnonymous UserThis time, I chose Mehao Lizi for a family trip with my child, and I'm completely won over! The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a 7-minute walk to the commercial area and attractions, making it effortless to explore and eat out with the little one. It's lively yet quiet, not noisy at all.
The service truly touched my heart. The front desk staff were all smiles throughout, making check-in super quick, and they even proactively provided a kids' toothbrush and slippers for my child. Every day when passing through the lobby, there were complimentary fruit teas and snacks, so my child could grab something whenever they craved it. The room attendants cleaned meticulously; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, with not a speck of dirt even in the corners. Even the towels were neatly folded, which was a pleasure to see.
The room facilities were very thoughtful. The smart curtains allowed for excellent light with a single pull, and the ergonomic mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring my child slept soundly every night. The mini-fridge in the room was perfect for storing my child's snacks, which was incredibly practical. The hotel also has a 24-hour laundry room, so any clothes soiled by the child could be washed and dried, smelling fresh, completely hassle-free.
The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with over sixty varieties of Chinese and Western dishes. All of my child's favorites, like steamed dim sum and noodles, were available, and the freshly cooked noodles from the open-air stove tasted very authentic. In the evening, there were also free late-night noodles, which were wonderfully warming after a tiring day of exploring.
From the service details and hygiene to the facilities and amenities, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this place again for our next family trip!

The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional. Throughout our stay, the team was attentive and proactive in seeking our feedback, showing genuine care in improving the guest experience. During nighttime, a service robot was available to deliver requested items, which was both efficient and added a nice touch of modern technology.
The hotel enjoys a very convenient location, with Guangzhou Metro Line 2 (Nanzhou Station) reachable within a 5–10 minute walk, making it easy to get around the city. Daily conveniences are right at your doorstep — McDonald’s and a grocery store are located in the same row as the hotel, and the bus stop is directly in front of the entrance, making dining and transportation extremely convenient.
Overall, this is a well-located hotel with excellent customer service, and it is highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I especially want to commend several outstanding staff members whose professionalism and warmth made this trip exceptionally memorable. This wasn't just a hotel stay; it was an immersive artistic lifestyle experience crafted by a professional team. Santos, Sue, TinaJ, and Winston are the soul of Rosewood's service. They know how to create surprises. Excellent service, in the end, always comes back to the warm connection between people.
The 94th-floor pool feels like swimming among the clouds with breathtaking night views. The room design perfectly blends Cantonese elements with modern aesthetics, and the location is superb, within walking distance of K11 and Huacheng Square.

AAnonymous UserThis is a duplex-style unit listed as having two rooms. Essentially, there's one main room downstairs and a low-ceilinged mezzanine platform upstairs. The place was well-equipped with a projector, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. The host provided excellent service, and the location couldn't be better—it's directly above the metro. It's also a short walk (about 600m) from Beijing Lu and other tourist spots. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The only downside is the single bathroom. Overall, we are pleased with this AirBnB. Recommend for the great service and excellent location.

MM58903****Seriously, who understands this feeling? I was already so over the typical star-rated hotel service, but this Marriott completely reset my expectations, especially with their guest services team and Kiki. They truly embody ”attentive” in their DNA!
First, a nod to the amenities: The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding was so soft, it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was incredible – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. But what truly made me give five stars was the service that went above and beyond! The guest services team was constantly on point. When I checked in, I casually mentioned wanting a quieter room, and they immediately moved me to a room far from the elevator, also proactively offering tips on local transportation and things to avoid. Later, I needed to print some documents; a quick call, and they were delivered to my room in ten minutes, and they even proofread the formatting for me – talk about professionalism!
Special shout-out to Kiki! She's an absolute gem! Knowing it was my first time in the city, she hand-drew a map of hidden local eateries, even noting which places didn't have long waits and what their secret menu items were. That evening, I felt a bit under the weather, mentioned it in the service chat, and she immediately brought up hot ginger tea and cold medicine, thoughtfully reminding me not to set the AC too low. The most touching part was when I checked out; I accidentally left my power bank in the room and was already at the high-speed train station. Kiki called to say she had secured it for me and asked if I wanted it shipped. She sent it via express delivery that very day, and when I received it, there was even a customized hotel tea bag included – genuinely so heartwarming!
There was no perfunctory service at all; every detail showed genuine care. The professionalism of the guest services team combined with Kiki's attentiveness made this trip incredibly joyful. From now on, whether for business or leisure, Marriott will definitely be my top choice. I've already recommended it to all my friends – you absolutely must experience this feeling of being genuinely looked after!

GGuest UserThe front desk service was excellent; they always stood up and greeted us. When we were checking in, they saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively upgraded us to a larger room, which indeed was much more spacious. We really appreciate their thoughtful assistance!
We moved here from a previous hotel, and this place is definitely cleaner. The cleaning staff were all very warm and polite; I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work!
The location is great, with many delicious food options downstairs, perfectly satisfying our culinary needs. We'll definitely stay here again next time, and hope they maintain the same high standards. Wishing them a prosperous business!

At the lounge, I wasn't sure about the dining times, and Duke patiently explained everything to me. Since it was a holiday, it was quite busy, but he even suggested the best times to dine. He also clarified breakfast details for me. His attitude was very warm and he was efficient. The lounge food and breakfast were both very generous. A perfect experience!
