"The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle."

"Our Changlong trip this time, choosing the Spaceship Hotel, satisfied both adults and kids beyond measure! The hotel's architecture is grand and imposing, with an interior design that's refined and tasteful. The lobby is incredibly spacious with excellent natural light, and the refreshing, subtle aroma instantly puts you in a good mood upon entry. The room design is full of space-themed fun, and my child was so excited, running all over the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the duvet light yet warm, and the pillows offered just the right support, leading to excellent sleep quality. The bathroom was clean and bright, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower, and the drain worked perfectly with no odors. All the kid-friendly amenities like bathrobes, slippers, dental kits, and a step stool were provided – truly thoughtful details. The hotel is seamlessly connected to Spaceship Park; you just go downstairs and you're in the park, making it completely stress-free with kids. Shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom are frequent, so you barely have to wait. The Sailor Buffet restaurant was amazing! The variety of dishes made it hard to choose – seafood, hot dishes, desserts, and fruits were all abundant. The kids' meals were adorable and nutritious, and the servers were diligent in clearing plates and had excellent attitudes. The gym equipment was new and diverse, and the infinity pool had crystal-clear water and an unbeatable view. Watching the fireworks and park night views from there in the evening was incredibly romantic. The lobby bar was comfortable and quiet, the laundry room clean and convenient, and the internet stable with no lag. The parking lot had ample free spaces and even charging stations, so no worries if you're driving. The hotel's greenery ensured fresh air, public areas were neat and orderly, and the staff were responsive and accommodating to every request. We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth, questions were answered quickly, and throughout our stay the service remained warm and attentive without ever feeling forced. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel memorable.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days exploring Chaozhou, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room, including complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, bottled water, bathrobes, quality tea and coffee facilities, and plenty of storage space.
The river view was another highlight. Waking up and looking out over the Han River and the city skyline was a wonderful way to start the day. The room felt peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Everything felt well maintained and cared for, from the guest room to the common areas.
What impressed us most was how the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. Great facilities are important, but outstanding service is what truly sets a hotel apart, and this team delivered exactly that.

"Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up.
Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower.
The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery.
**Look at the ceiling patches here n there.
So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!!

I was especially surprised by the vanity in the bathroom, with separate toilet and shower areas, and two sinks, which was very convenient for families. All the hotel staff were enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The mineral water park area was quite large and even had a surfing zone, which was a unique experience. After playing in the normal temperature water, you could go soak in the hot springs nearby, which was incredibly relaxing. We had dinner and dim sum at the Liufu Restaurant on the second floor, and both offered excellent value for money."

"This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and as soon as I walked in, the front desk proactively offered me hot tea and provided service with a smile throughout my stay. They have a lobby library, a self-service laundry room (with the room TV showing its availability), a gym, and even offer warm congee late at night. The only minor drawback was the showerhead; even on the 5th floor, the water pressure was low, and it felt like the holes were clogged. Also, the air conditioning, even on the lowest setting, was a bit noisy. The most pleasant surprise was the wireless charger on the bedside table. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Zhongshan."

The facilities are well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were very practical and convenient. We did our laundry here for a few days, and even though room service doesn't start until after 7:00 and then the robot delivers it to the room, it was still very convenient! Our room had a view of the Canton Tower, thanks to the front desk upgrading us. The lobby also offers lemon water, morning tea, and evening tea, so you never have to worry about missing the Canton Tower view while enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was super fast! The showerhead was very practical! The front desk also offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very patient in answering our questions. The afternoon tea provided was also delicious, all freshly made by 'Urban Sweetheart.' The environment is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and there's 24-hour coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing my elders and children here again next time!

Eze PI stayed at this hotel during my recent trip, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find food. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has a separation between wet and dry areas, there’s a complete range of household appliances, excellent sound insulation, and after a long day of traveling, you can simply lie down and rest, fully alleviating travel fatigue.
In particular, I would like to give sincere praise to two staff members: Xiao Qiu at the front desk, who was highly efficient in handling check-in and check-out procedures, with a gentle and patient demeanor. She provided detailed explanations about the hotel’s facilities and breakfast times. She also proactively recommended local attractions and culinary routes. When we had questions, she responded promptly and kindly throughout our stay. Lucky, the room service staff, worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring daily cleanliness was thorough. He promptly replenished amenities and even tidied up the workspace when we brought personal items with us. He was low-key yet professional. The breakfast menu was diverse, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western flavors. The housekeeping and security personnel were courteous as well. The entire hotel’s service lacked the impersonal, assembly-line feel, demonstrating genuine care in every aspect. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would choose this place again when visiting this city in the future. I also recommend it to fellow travelers.lucky 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Facilities: Pretty good, the hotel is quite new, and the linens are nice. It looks great at night, and the view is excellent.

The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

Extremely convenient location, just a short walk to the subway. The room was clean and spacious, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The front desk service was attentive, and the hot water supply was stable. It's well-equipped and offers great value for money. This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying.
More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say.
The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic. I will choose this one next time, I really recommend it!
