As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There were no strange odors in the room, the carpet was dry, and the sheets were pristine white and wrinkle-free. The bathroom had excellent separation of wet and dry areas, and water stains were promptly cleaned. You can really tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into its cleaning and disinfection, which made for a very reassuring stay.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The transportation couldn't be more convenient, with the subway and bus stops right downstairs. It makes getting around, whether for sightseeing or business, completely hassle-free. The lobby is clean and grand, and the living environment is very comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise—not only were the flavors unique, but they also extended the dining hours until 1 PM, which is incredibly flexible and a huge plus for travelers with a more relaxed schedule. The shower pressure in the room is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the hairdryer is good quality and doesn't damage your hair. Overall, it's great value for money.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hot water supply was excellent! What truly stood out was the hotel's service, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Knowing we had just arrived by high-speed train, they immediately asked about our plans for exploring Tongren: had we booked tickets? Did we have transportation? The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tourist bus station, with a direct bus to Tongren Grand Canyon – how incredibly convenient! They didn't leave until they confirmed our afternoon itinerary was all sorted. We're so grateful to them! They've made us fall in love with Tongren, and if we ever come back, we'd love to stay here again.

Huge thanks to the hotel for their excellent service! The location is absolutely superb, just a stone's throw from Minsheng Road and Caijia Street. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the toiletries were provided and hygienic. The staff were incredibly polite, patiently answering all our questions and even proactively sharing information about nearby parking. It was such a comfortable and stress-free stay – a truly delightful experience!

The room was very clean and had a view of the village gate. The location is super convenient, just the first guesthouse on the left inside the gate. The owners are incredibly nice and thoughtful, even offering free pickup and drop-off from the high-speed train station. This saved us the shuttle bus fare from the scenic area entrance to the village, such great value! My parents' room seemed to have been recently renovated and looked much nicer than the photos when we booked.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

And this hotel in Guiyang truly made my trip more wonderful! The hotel is located on the 12th floor of Building A03, Block 3, Beida Resources Dream City in Guanshan Lake District. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the room are absolutely stunning. Every morning, I'd wake up, draw the curtains, and the sunlight would stream into the room. The view outside was panoramic – lush green trees, blue skies, and white clouds, forming a picturesque scene that instantly cured all my travel fatigue. The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful too. The complimentary umbrella rental service saved me from rainy day woes. One time, it was raining and I didn't have an umbrella, so the front desk proactively brought one to my room and even kindly reminded me to be safe. When I returned the umbrella, they'd offer me a cup of hot water, which was such a warm gesture. The communal laundry room was fast and efficient, getting my clothes clean quickly. Free drinks were always available, with coffee, milk tea, and juice options. There's also a wealth of delicious food and beautiful sights nearby. The Sour Soup Fish and Huajiang Beef Hotpot are super authentic, and cycling in Yueshanhu Park is incredibly enjoyable. Staying here, I felt surrounded by happiness every day. I really can't recommend it enough!

Staying at this newly opened hotel near Anshun West Railway Station was a real gem! 😍😍 Not only is it clean and hygienic, with a quiet and elegant environment, but it's also conveniently located with tourist buses to various attractions right across the street. Free parking is available, and the service is warm and attentive. There are all sorts of restaurants downstairs, so you're never short of food options! 😜😜 My friend and I both agree that it's excellent value for money and highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This five-diamond hotel, listed on Ctrip's hotel ranking and one of the top hotels in Tongren, turned out to be incredibly disappointing! First, let's talk about the positives: the overall environment was indeed good. We stayed in the garden view building, and it offered great photo opportunities outside. The room facilities and equipment were fine, and there was plenty of hot water. However, there were just too many downsides! 1. When we booked, our first choice was a twin room. Since only the Suzhou-style garden twin room was available that day, we booked it. Upon arriving in Tongren, we took a taxi following the navigation, only to find a long flight of stairs at the hotel entrance with no bellhop in sight. It was hot, and we had two suitcases. I went up to call for help, and there was only one person at the front desk who said I had to wait. It was a peak season during a short holiday, so why weren't enough staff arranged? Did it seem like the occupancy rate was very low?! Okay, after struggling to carry our two suitcases up, suddenly there were two people at the front desk... Then the front desk staff started scanning our IDs. It turned out our Suzhou-style garden room was in a different area (Hilton Garden Inn)! Why wasn't this marked on the Ctrip homepage??? If it had been, I wouldn't have gone to the wrong place!! Upon arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn, they scanned our IDs again. Do we really need to scan them twice? 2. Consequently, the takeout we ordered in advance was delivered to the Fengqi front desk. They said they would send it to the Garden Inn. After waiting for over half an hour with no delivery, I called again to inquire. They said there was no one at the front desk, so I had to go down and get it myself. When I got there, I saw three people at the front desk. So, this is what 'no one at the front desk' means?? They then claimed the two other staff members had just returned. Yes, I must have such 'good' luck? 3. The booking included breakfast, Hanfu experience, and a boat tour discount, but none of this was mentioned during check-in. I had to ask about everything. Where was your service? 4. The handheld shower in the room was broken. Don't your engineering staff conduct regular room inspections? Is the MOD duty manager too idle? As a resort-style hotel with clear peak and off-peak seasons, are you just playing around by not conducting room inspections and repairs during the off-peak season? Does Hilton know that one of its mid-range hotels offers this kind of service? The first impression I got in Tongren was extremely bad! It ruined my entire mood for the trip! I am truly speechless!!!

This hotel in Huaguoyuan is absolutely amazing! The design features a lovely natural wood style, beautifully incorporating elements from Guizhou's local Miao and Dong ethnic cultures. I especially loved the butterfly motifs; the staff told me they symbolize blessings. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which just reinforced how happy I was with my choice. Originally, I booked a different room type, but after an upgrade, I stayed in the 'Shan Muyun' room, which offers breathtaking high-altitude views of the Twin Towers and the 'White House' at night. The view was absolutely spectacular! I honestly felt like I wanted to stay even longer. I highly recommend it!
