"The room was tidy and close to the beach, which I really liked. I had read reviews of Arcadia mentioning damp rooms and bugs, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this hotel. It was much better than I expected! There were plenty of toiletries, and you could even take a bath 🛁. Plus, waking up early for photos was great, as the views were very photogenic. You can see the sea from the room and even go beachcombing – they provide tools too!"

"The Chengde Qiwanglou Hotel boasts an excellent location, seemingly right next to the Mountain Resort. It's said to have been Emperor Qianlong's imperial study, featuring a charming traditional courtyard layout. The environment is absolutely delightful, with lush green grass and deer leisurely grazing and wandering around – perfect for photos! The cat at the front desk is also adorable. The hotel even offers free traditional costumes for guests to take pictures, and it's these unique selling points that justify the price. As for the rooms, they're quite ordinary and don't really live up to the cost. A more accurate description would be 'five-star price, three-star room.' Despite this, I'll probably choose to stay here again next time I visit!"

"After a twenty-day trip through Yunnan, I stopped in Shijiazhuang for a night on my way back to Beijing. I booked the Hilton because I was having dinner with a friend at China House on the second floor of the hotel.
The hotel lobby is on the 31st floor, so you have to check in there first, and then take another elevator up to the 40-something floor for your room. This back-and-forth can be a bit inconvenient, especially when ordering takeout. You either have to pick it up yourself or wait for hotel staff to deliver it, as external deliveries aren't allowed in, and there don't seem to be any robots either.
Overall, the hotel environment is quite good. Being on a high floor, you get nice city views.
The toilet in the room isn't automatic.
The shower water pressure was good, and the room was quite spacious.
All the drinks and water in the fridge are chargeable. There's a 600 RMB deposit required per room upon check-in, which is refunded to your original payment method upon checkout. Parking is free in the underground garage.
There's a shopping mall nearby.
The hotel is about 7 kilometers from Shijiazhuang Station, roughly a 20-minute car ride."

"I had an early flight at 7 AM the next day from Zhengding Airport, so I stayed at this hotel overnight.
The room rate I booked on the platform was incredibly cheap! They have a parking lot, costing 10 yuan a day, but guests get one day of free parking. I booked a standard room, and the room conditions were pretty good – clean and hygienic, with all the necessary facilities. I had a very comfortable night's stay, and the next morning it was just a leisurely 10-minute walk to the airport. Very convenient."

"I was very satisfied with the room; the mattress was super comfortable, and there were several pillow options to choose from. The wardrobe was spacious, and they provided plenty of hangers, enough for lots of clothes. The slippers were also very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the window had a wall section in the middle, and there were no smart devices.
What I particularly liked was the comfortable guest flow in the restaurant. I'm not sure if they control the capacity or if it was just a weekday, but there weren't many guests, so the experience was great. The staff wasn't too rushed, allowing them to provide more attentive service. The front desk ladies in the hotel lobby were also very thoughtful. I stayed for two nights, and when housekeeping cleaned on the second day, they left extra bottles of water, even though we wouldn't use them all. It felt very heartwarming. I'd love to stay here again next time."

**Room Amenities:** As a five-star brand hotel, the facilities are quite good. We booked a sea-view room and could see the ocean right from our window. The bathtub area has sliding doors, which is a flexible design. There's also live music at the bar upstairs at 7:30 PM.
**Value for Money:** It's a bit more expensive during holidays, but usually, it's fine.
**Breakfast:** There's a wide variety, including stir-fries, wontons, shredded chicken noodles, various breads, and even lamb offal soup, among others.
**Wi-Fi:** Guests can connect by entering their room number and last name.
**Bed:** Standard king-size bed, very comfortable.
**Service:** Very attentive. They even prepared a cake and a birthday card for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise and made us feel truly cared for by the hotel. 😊
**Swimming Pool:** An infinity pool, though it can get a bit windy at times.
**Gym:** The equipment is all in good condition.

"I stayed at this hotel while visiting Hetou Old Street. The environment was clean and odorless. There was also a hot water dispenser with a constant supply of hot water. They even provided a unique thermos, so I didn't have to worry about the hygiene of the kettle. The double bed was spacious, and the price was excellent value for money. Highly recommended."

KKnanjueBeijing was too hot, so the kids kicked us out to do their homework over the weekend. We came to Chongli for a hike, and it's so cool here. I picked this hotel, which is relatively new in Chongli, having opened in 2020. I hadn't been to Cuiyun Mountain before, and it's quite nice. The breakfast is great, packed with Chongli elements – savory and fragrant enough to instantly take me back to my childhood. I was given a lake view room, which offers a perfect view of the entire area in front of the hotel.
In the morning, I went for a roughly 3km run. There's a boardwalk behind the hotel that you can hike up directly to the Xingmang Library. It has four pavilions and shaded paths, so it's not sunny. It's about 1.5km with an elevation gain of 264 meters.
Service-wise, it was pretty good, but the hotel staff were *too* diligent. They called to rush us even before check-in, and then kept calling relentlessly before 12 PM for check-out. That part was really annoying.

The facilities are comprehensive and very convenient to use. The cleanliness is also top-notch, which gives you peace of mind. We received complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival, making us feel right at home.

PPanghuhuroudundunThis time I came during the start of the seafood season, but it wasn't peak season yet, so there were far fewer people. The lower floors were cheaper, while the higher-floor sea view rooms were more expensive. Standard rooms were affordable, but those with family-friendly tents or designs cost more. Currently, the first and second canteens are not open, but they will be during peak season. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the beach. Inside the resort, there are individually-owned electric vehicles available for one, two, three, or four people, with different models. The price is a bit high at 69 yuan per hour. However, these are not affiliated with the hotel, so if there are any issues or disputes, the hotel will not intervene. The hotel's front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional; they immediately provided room service even when called late at night. Many thanks!

YYangRRThis is my second time visiting Wulingshan, and I chose Lanye Hotel again~ I've been eating breakfast at Shangu (Valley) restaurant, and I'm very satisfied, having eaten there for two consecutive days. I especially love the wild vegetable buns. The hotel was also incredibly thoughtful; knowing I was pregnant, they prepared an air purifier and a pregnancy pillow for me~ They also arranged for a high-floor room, so it wasn't noisy at all. They really put their heart into it!

The lobby is grand and stylish, and the room has excellent natural light with expansive views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are of good quality. We even received complimentary welcome fruit and yogurt upon check-in. A major highlight is the 27th-floor infinity-edge constant temperature pool; the water is crystal clear, and the ambiance is incredible. The gym is well-equipped. The breakfast offers a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, with turn-down service offered in the evenings. The surrounding area has plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Plus, there's free indoor parking. It's perfectly suited whether you're traveling or just need a temporary stay. Highly recommended!

It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

GGuest UserI highly recommend the NOAH ANNAYA HOTEL, and I must give a special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Wendy. Our stay this time was truly warm and unforgettable!
Before we even left, I was constantly asking questions about the various attractions in the Anaya resort. Wendy always responded patiently, clearly explaining the entry procedures for the park, how to use the shuttle bus, and other important information. She even helped us plan our itinerary based on our travel times and thoughtfully reminded us about the significant temperature difference between day and night by the sea, suggesting we bring light jackets. This saved us a lot of hassle in planning.
On the day of check-in, the process was efficient and smooth. Wendy meticulously introduced the hotel room facilities and detailed the hotel's amenities. We had pre-booked the much-anticipated 'Deck Time,' and were really looking forward to it. However, we got delayed en route and realized we wouldn't make our original session. We thought our reservation would be void, and we were quite disappointed. On a whim, I contacted Wendy. She was incredibly understanding of our long-distance travel and the potential disappointment. Instead of just saying it couldn't be changed, she proactively and repeatedly contacted the 'Deck Time' staff, coordinating and communicating with various parties to help us adjust our experience slot.
Finally, we successfully made it to 'Deck Time'! The view from the deck was fantastic, and the accompanying drinks and exquisite snacks were delicious. The ambiance was perfect, and the breeze was incredibly soothing. Throughout our stay, no matter how big or small our request, a quick message to Wendy on WeChat usually got a fast response, and everything was taken care of. Her service was attentive and thorough throughout, with a great sense of discretion – never intrusive, but always there when needed.
The hardware of the NOAH ANNAYA HOTEL is excellent, but Wendy's thoughtful and professional butler service was truly the biggest highlight of this trip. The next time we come to Anaya, we'll choose this hotel again, and we'll definitely ask for Wendy!

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Zhangjiakou in December for the first time for both travel and skiing, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They immediately noticed that we were traveling with children and had quite a bit of luggage, and proactively offered assistance, which made us feel very well cared for right away.
The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and the availability of late-night snacks was a wonderful bonus, especially after a long day of skiing.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Atour to anyone visiting Zhangjiakou.

GGuest UserIt really pays to book newer hotels; the facilities are always complete and super clean. The front desk staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. The laundry room is on the first floor, and they even help wash, dry, and fold your clothes – so thoughtful! The only downside is that the air conditioning in the king room blows directly onto the head of the bed. You have to set it to a very low fan speed to make it bearable. I'd suggest adding a deflector or something similar.
