Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

This B&B is located within Luoyi Ancient City. Though the entrance isn't grand, once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. It's built in the style of a traditional courtyard house, with a rooftop terrace that offers a close-up view of the Drum Tower. The whole place has such a wonderful vibe. We booked a king-size room with a private balcony, which was quite spacious. The furnishings had an antique charm, and waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing and birds chirping was incredibly comforting. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom amenities were also excellent, with a lovely fragrance. The towels were soft and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even provided a bath mat, which you usually only find in high-end hotels. It made us feel both reassured and pampered – seems like the owner has great taste! 😉 The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there was one minor issue: the bathroom mirror in the room was a bit impractical. It was quite far from the sink, and there was no magnifying mirror 🪞. As someone who needs to get close to the mirror to put in contact lenses, I found this inconvenient. 😂 Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this B&B! 👍👍👍

I chose this hotel because it was 15 min walking distance to the nearest metro station, which was one stop away from Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The room I stayed in was separate from the actual reception area which was in another building. The plaque of the Chinese name of the hotel on the outside was also different from the official hotel name booked on Trip.com which was confusing. It took me 15mins to work it out. Maybe they can sort this out in the future. The room itself was very clean and furnished extremely well beyond regular hotel rooms. The washing machine was extremely convenient and I was a set of clothes. Many food establishments were close by.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was upgraded to include window. Spacious. Washing machine was fast and efficient dryer. I lost a sock which wasn't found. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Night snack was a few things from breakfast (leftovers?). Location excellent for Longmen Grotto, but far from old town! Only food options are at the train station, not such good quality. Reception staff with very little English and could be friendlier and more helpful

Staying in the 'Big Corn' building, overlooking Zhengzhou's city center and Ruyi Lake, was truly a wonderful and amazing experience. **Facilities**: This JW Marriott has been open for some years now, and while the room design shows its age, all the facilities are very well-maintained, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. **Service**: The service here is genuinely excellent. From top to bottom, every front desk staff member and server I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, living up to the JW luxury brand. **Breakfast**: It's a standard offering for a luxury hotel, not particularly stunning, but sufficiently plentiful and delicious. Plus, the restaurant is quite spacious, able to accommodate guests during peak dining hours. **41st Floor Executive Lounge Benefits**: Due to my schedule this trip, I didn't get a chance to enjoy the executive lounge benefits. I will definitely try it next time!

This hotel is right across from Zhengzhou East Railway Station, making high-speed rail travel incredibly convenient. The subway is also nearby, with Line 1 going to commercial areas like Mixc City and Erqi Square, and Line 8 providing direct access to the 'Meet Henan' special line. The tall young woman at the central front desk was very attentive and flexible. When I checked in, my original room type was still being cleaned, so she arranged a very satisfying room for me – it was quiet and spacious, ensuring I had a great rest. The hotel's breakfast was also excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhengzhou.

I was really satisfied with my stay this time, so I have to write a proper review. The hotel's overall ambiance is very elegant and quiet, with background music at just the right volume, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the toiletries felt very high-quality! The service throughout was attentive and meticulous, and all my requests were promptly met. A special thanks to Nancy at the front desk for her patient introductions; she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and provides a free airport shuttle, which is very helpful for transit travelers. The service is excellent, and the staff were helpful during our short stay. However, cleanliness needs improvement as the room was quite dirty. It may not be suitable for guests who are particular about hygiene. For us, it was acceptable because we were only transiting and stayed for about 4 hours to rest before our next flight. If you just need a short rest near the airport, this hotel is okay for a brief stay, but not recommended for a long stay.

Luoyang in spring is absolutely beautiful, and if you're passing through, you *must* come see the flowers. The guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming, contacting us in advance to reserve a parking spot which was very close to the guesthouse. They were so thoughtful, recommending lots of great local restaurants nearby. The guesthouse itself is super close to Luoyi Ancient City, just a short walk away. Our room was also spotless and smelled fresh, which we really appreciated. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back in April during peak bloom!
