The hotel is very easy to find, the equipment in the hotel room is available, can meet the needs of accommodation, that is, the equipment is old and the indoor space is relatively large. The hotel management staff was very enthusiastic. When I encountered a small problem when I checked in, I solved it immediately and upgraded to a suite, which was very good.

The room was clean and tidy, and overall felt very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive; they even upgraded my room for free! The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious and nutritious options. There's parking downstairs, and with a subway and bus stop right nearby, getting around is super convenient. Plus, it's right next to major shopping malls, making dining and shopping a breeze. Highly recommended!!! I'll definitely come back next time!

What makes this hotel special is the excellent customer service fr their staffs esp the breakfast service staffs like Xiao Ai fr the restaurant. Always a big smile n so helpful with everything. The whole team including the high tea team r all so friendly n hardworking. Love the selection of food too, we got to sample some authentic mongolian dishes like the lamb siew mai n pulled meat which was a bonus! The room is very clean n new. We had a very wonderful 4nites stay!👍🏼

The room felt luxurious, and the bathroom was fully equipped with a smart toilet and a thermostatic shower. They also thoughtfully provided a steam eye mask and a sleep-inducing aromatherapy diffuser. The hotel's gym was a pleasant surprise, with brand-new equipment and a full complement of equipment. The restaurant also offered freshly cut fruit at all times. The surrounding area is full of delicious restaurants, with Wangfujing and Wanda Plaza both located downstairs. The local restaurants recommended by the front desk were incredibly authentic and I loved them.

The best in this hotel is the super nice staff. The room was clean, afternoon tea is OK. I didn't try the breakfast. BIG minus - no coffee in the room. Tea, which supposes to be in the room, was never in there. This is strange because every day I had to ask the staff for tea.

It is great for taking photos and checking in. There is also evening porridge after 8 o'clock, which is so friendly for business travelers! After a tiring day, I returned to the hotel and had a bowl of porridge in the restaurant, looked at the lights outside the window at night, and returned to the clean and comfortable room to sweep away the fatigue of the day!
