This hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway if you're planning to stay within the scenic area. You can spend the second day exploring the sights and enjoying the morning views. We arrived at the scenic area's guesthouse center after lunch and dropped off our luggage to start exploring. We were told check-in was at 5 PM, but it actually depends on room availability and cleaning. I was able to check in before 3 PM. Each room comes with a dedicated butler. The bathroom drain was clogged, but it was fixed very quickly. They were also accommodating when I requested a late check-out. They even send helpful tips for exploring the scenic area, which was a nice touch. The room has a large bed downstairs, and the loft has a 1.5m bed, accessible by a ladder. The room was reasonably clean, though some of the loft walls showed a bit of wear. Getting from the room to the attractions involved quite a bit of stair climbing up and down, which was a bit tiring for the legs.

The hotel's facilities and amenities are comprehensive, and everything feels quite new. They have floor heating, and the parking lot is convenient for those driving. I booked a superior king room, and they even upgraded my room type. The room was spacious and very clean. It's also quite convenient for getting around; just about 20 meters to the left when you exit, you'll find the subway entrance. You can walk to Bayi Square in about 18 minutes, and there's a bus stop directly across the street. Taking Line 2 will get you directly to Tengwang Pavilion. Overall, getting around is super easy, and most places are accessible by subway. The breakfast spread was also very rich and varied.

This hotel is located inside the Wangxian Valley scenic area, and parking is convenient. The staff were very attentive and helped us transport our luggage to the room, making for excellent service. It's perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and explore the scenic area at their own pace. The hotel even upgraded my room to a duplex king suite, which was a standalone villa with its own private courtyard – very peaceful. The room's cleanliness and facilities were good, and the wooden staircase inside gave it a lovely resort feel. Wangxian Valley itself is quite magical, ideal for staying a while to savor the experience, strolling around, and taking photos.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the cleanliness was acceptable – not perfect, but good enough for the price. **Location:** The location is incredibly convenient. I arrived late and just wanted a place to rest, and it was only a short walk from the high-speed train station. Super easy to get to. The car rental place I'd booked was also nearby, so everything was really handy. **Facilities:** The entire room was smart-controlled, and I woke up to a lovely view outside the window. The room was also very quiet; I rarely sleep through the night at hotels, but I did here. The hotel was very thoughtful, providing a drying rack and a kettle, which made for a pleasant cup of tea in the evening. **Breakfast:** This was my favorite part. I was genuinely surprised by how substantial the 15 RMB breakfast was, offering both Western and Chinese options. Their rice noodles were especially delicious. The Jiangxi-style noodles really hit the spot!

Let's start with the downsides: 1. The room facilities are clearly aging, including the toilet, shower, and small sofa. The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night. 2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms). 3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy. 4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable. Now for the highlights: 1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos. 2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance. 3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic. 4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues. 5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude. Other notes: The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality.

This 12-day Chinese New Year family trip, Shangri-La Nanchang was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed in. The location is superb, with convenient transportation. The tram downstairs goes directly to all the major popular attractions. What truly impressed me was the service; they genuinely made us feel at home. Check-in was very thoughtful. They proactively arranged our two rooms together and patiently explained why there was a connecting room in between (due to the king-size bed layout). They also meticulously inquired about all our needs. On the day we left, our child wasn't feeling well and fell asleep, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our check-out until 2 PM without any rush or催促, which was particularly heartwarming. The room view was unbeatable, directly facing Tengwang Pavilion from the window. We could even watch the fireworks display from our room, and the staff even proactively reminded us to tune the TV to the music channel to accompany the viewing. Additionally, the robot delivery for takeout was very prompt, and the buffet dinner was affordable, delicious, and offered a wide variety of dishes. The overall experience was impeccable, highly recommended!

1. **Ambiance**: Cozy and elegant, with a modern feel. The room's dominant colors are beige and light wood, complemented by warm yellow lighting (especially the headboard light strip and under-bed ambient lighting), creating a soft and comfortable resting atmosphere. The bedding is clean and crisp, with a green knitted throw blanket at the foot of the bed, adding depth and a touch of sophistication, perfect for guests who appreciate quality. **Sleeping Area**: The king-sized bed is spacious with a medium-firm mattress. The accent wall features a combination of wooden slats and panels, offering a minimalist yet designer look that enhances the overall spatial quality. **Work/Leisure Area**: On the left, there's a dedicated desk paired with a bright orange leather chair, adding a vibrant yet sophisticated splash of color. The desk is equipped with a large screen TV (displaying scenic views, possibly part of the in-room entertainment system), catering to both work and entertainment needs. **Storage and Convenience**: Wall-mounted cabinets provide ample storage. A telephone is placed on the bedside table, and the entrance to the independent bathroom is visible by the door (though not fully pictured, the flow is clear), indicating well-defined functional zones. 3. **Detail Highlights**: Focus on experience and ritual. **Lighting Design**: The ceiling features a minimalist, no-main-light design, utilizing a combination of downlights and light strips to achieve multi-layered illumination, avoiding direct harsh light, especially suitable for nighttime relaxation. **Thoughtful Decor**: The dried flower arrangement on the desk, the books next to the fruit (possibly hotel-recommended reading), and the gold accents on the chair legs all demonstrate an emphasis on 'aesthetic' and 'style,' mitigating the coldness often associated with standardized hotels. **Tech Features**: A projector (or camera? functionality needs confirmation) above the bed suggests the room might support audio-visual entertainment or smart control, meeting modern travelers' demand for technology.

This guesthouse is a hidden gem! The environment is lovely, with rapeseed fields right outside the window. At night, you can hear the frogs croaking – it truly feels like you're one with nature. The location is perfect, very close to the scenic area, directly across from it actually, but far enough away that you're not disturbed by the noise of traffic and shops on the street.

The room isn't huge, but it's incredibly convenient. The sofa is a lifesaver after a long day of walking around, perfect for tired legs. Plenty of hot water, and you can see the Ganjiang River and a side view of Tengwang Pavilion right from the bedside – beautiful views at different times of the day. You can easily walk to many major popular attractions from here, and there are tons of food options nearby. Choosing this place was a really smart move! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a good variety of dishes that tasted pretty good too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, conveniently located in a prominent and easy-to-find spot. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Environment: The surrounding area boasts numerous dining options, supermarkets, bars, and late-night eateries. Takeaway services are also readily available, and you'll find no shortage of tea shops and cafes. The hotel itself features restaurants, and the breakfast spread offers a good variety with decent taste – truly comprehensive and satisfying. Service: Fantastic! The staff were very friendly and always smiling.👍 Facilities: A point to note for first-time visitors to Yichun – not all rooms at the hotel include hot spring tickets.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch), and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, comfort, and convenience offered at such a reasonable price. This property is a great option for both business and leisure travelers who want to enjoy a clean, modern hotel with easy access to Nanchang’s main attractions. First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang. The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice. My room was clean, bright, and modern. The design is simple but stylish, with comfortable bedding and practical furniture. The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is essential for travelers who need to stay connected. The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies. One of the highlights for me was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is in a lively district, the rooms are well-insulated, and I was able to rest comfortably without noise disturbances. This made a big difference after long days of exploring the city. If I had to mention a small drawback, it would be that the hotel does not have many luxury amenities like a gym, pool, or large restaurant. However, for the price and location, it offers exactly what most travelers need: a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay with reliable service. In summary, MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch) offers excellent value for money. With its convenient metro access, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere, it is a very good choice for visitors to Nanchang. I would happily recommend it to other travelers and would consider staying here again on my next trip.

GGuest UserStepping out of the elevator, you're immediately greeted by a luxurious atmosphere. This place offers incredible value for money. The front desk proactively upgraded our room and even provided complimentary breakfast – huge kudos to them! Although the service staff couldn't remember where the umbrellas were during the rain, their warm eagerness to help was truly charming. Honestly, this is the first time I've ever given a business such a high rating. It's excellent, and I'll definitely be staying here again when I return in a couple of days.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at this homestay ! The location is strategic, situated right along the main road of the nearest village to Wangxian Valley Scenic Park. Despite being in a busy area with many shops nearby, the homestay is surprisingly quiet, thanks to it good soundproofing, ensuring us a peaceful rest. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. What truly set this homestay apart was the exceptional hospitality of the lady boss and her brother. From the moment we made our booking, she was incredibly responsive on WeChat, answering all our questions and even arranging a transfer from the high-speed rail station to the homestay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, allowing us to stay in side-by-side rooms for the convenience of taking care of my elderly father. We arrived quite late, around 9 PM, yet we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift set, including a packet of milk and some bread—such a kind gesture from the owner. During our stay, we were also invited to join the local Chap Goh Mei celebration, which was a fantastic cultural experience for us. Breakfast was provided through vouchers, allowing us to try delicious meals from different nearby shops on both mornings. Another highlight was the free shuttle service to Wangxian Valley. The lady boss’s brother was incredibly prompt—whenever we called, he arrived within minutes. Upon checkout, we received a beautiful set of bowls as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch. We were from Malaysia. This was our first time traveling free and easy in China, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The warmth and generosity of the hosts made our trip truly memorable. By the way, the lady boss also able to communicate in English. I believe this well make communication easy for those English speakers. Really highly recommended!
