"First off, I want to say that the shuttle bus drivers, the security guards at the gate, and the cleaning staff all had excellent and professional service attitudes. However, the front desk's service quality was extremely poor, incomparable to what I experienced in Chengdu. I used to stay at Fraser Place Chengdu frequently for work assignments, so when I had a baby, I thought of booking Fraser again.
Why was it unprofessional? I booked a Premier Suite, and the room pictures showed a very spacious living area. But when I got the room card, it was just a standard one-bedroom suite. They said it was because they wanted to give me a high floor – why would I need a high floor with a baby? And that was hardly a large one-bedroom suite to begin with. Furthermore, when I called and asked for the room card to be brought up, it was a security guard who called the robot to deliver it to me."

"After comparing several options, I finally chose this one and it certainly didn't disappoint! I did a lot of research, read countless reviews, and hesitated for a long time before booking. Located in the prime area of Dongshuncheng Street, it's very close to Exit A of Zhongjie Subway Station, making getting around a breeze with many attractions within walking distance.
It was drizzling when I arrived in Shenyang, but I didn't have to take any detours walking to the hotel with my luggage. The modern minimalist style is full of character, and the guest room offers great natural light, wonderful views, and a clean, refreshing feel. The soundproofing, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. The staff were warm and enthusiastic, making for a very satisfactory stay. A truly well-earned reputation as a local favorite in Shenyang Zhongjie!
The location is a standout advantage, right next to Zhongjie Station on Subway Line 1. Transportation is super convenient, and the bustling commercial district downstairs offers endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Whether you're here for sightseeing or on a short business trip, this place is a great fit. Whenever friends visit Shenyang, I always recommend this hotel directly. "I stayed at this hotel with my son for a football tournament. Initially, I was a bit hesitant after reading some online reviews, but since the team was staying here, it made it more convenient for us during the competition. So, I decided to go with it. I sent my son to check it out first, and he said that while the hotel was old, it was generally okay.
My actual stay confirmed this. Although the hotel is quite old, the brand does an excellent job with maintenance. All the facilities were in good condition, the bedding was very comfortable, and the towels seemed relatively new. The bathroom sink was spotless, with no grime or stains. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering all the essentials. Overall, it's great value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay.
Small suggestion: It would be even more perfect if the carpets could get a deep clean."

"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"

"Our experience at this new elegant hotel was excellent. We chose this newly opened hotel in Benxi during the October holiday. Both the service and facilities were top-notch. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage and even giving us gifts. The breakfast was bountiful; it's rare to find a hotel at this price point that offers cakes and pastries. The Chinese dishes, especially the braised shrimp and pork, were also delicious. The restaurant is spacious, so there's no need to wait for a table. The parking lot is also very large, so parking is never an issue. Next time I'm in Benxi, or if I'm hosting friends, I'll definitely choose this hotel again."

AAnonymous UserAn absolutely wonderful stay! I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to do much research, but after seeing great reviews on RED (Xiaohongshu) and Doubao, I went ahead and booked it on short notice. To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations:
1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet.
2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money!
3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. I even made a point to ask for their names—their warm hospitality truly reflected the hotel's heart. Huge thumbs up! Kudos to the front desk team: HELEN, TILDA, and VERA.

What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I originally booked a deluxe scenic suite, but upon check-in, the front desk surprised me with an upgrade to an even more luxurious Executive Ocean View Suite! From the reception on the first floor to the sky lobby on the 66th floor for check-in, every staff member was warm and attentive. The room was incredibly spacious, meticulously cleaned, and absolutely spotless. The high-altitude view was breathtaking, offering panoramic ocean views. I could even see the Venetian Water Town right below – the location is super convenient, very close to Xiding and WHERE·WHERE restaurants. Highly recommended!

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent, bustling location right at Friendship Square. It's within walking distance to Zhongshan Square, Nanshan Road, and Dalian Department Store, making it very convenient. The rooms are quite spacious, and staying on a high floor offers even better views!
Amenities: The facilities are a bit dated and the furniture shows its age, though this doesn't really affect the stay. Right after checking in, we found that the outlet in front of the bathroom mirror had no power—when I finished showering and plugged in the hair dryer, it wouldn't turn on. A maintenance person fixed it later, but the hotel really should inspect essential in-room facilities promptly.
Service: First of all, the doorman was completely oblivious to his surroundings! Around 9 AM when we arrived by car, there was no staff member at the front entrance. There's only a single-lane driveway at the entrance, and during peak hours, a van was parked right outside waiting for someone, blocking our way. We honked a few times, but the van wouldn't budge, while the doorman was just standing right nearby and completely ignoring it! I honestly don't know what his purpose is. Secondly, when calling housekeeping from the room phone, you always have to deal with an AI robot first and specifically ask to be transferred to a human agent, which is very inconvenient. Next, after finishing my shower and finding out the hair dryer had no power, I called to request a replacement. After waiting ten minutes with no word, I called again, and someone finally came to knock on the door. When I opened it, the staff member didn't even bring a hair dryer; she just walked straight into the room and told me the bathroom outlet probably had no power—which implies she already knew it was broken and the hotel hadn't fixed it yet! Walking into a guest's room without asking isn't very polite, and I hope they will ask for permission first in the future. However, once she realized there was no power, she happened to run into us the next day after we returned from our outing and let us know that the room outlet had been fixed, which is definitely worth a thumbs-up!
Finally, the hotel pool is quite deep! Everyone, please be careful! The deepest part is right in the middle, reaching 1.8 meters! Please stay safe!

GGuest UserWhat a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.
