Hate to leave, seriously didn't get enough of this place! Goldene Bay Hotel is in a fantastic location in Kashgar Old City. Right across the street is the East Gate of Kashgar Old City, and Gaotai Ancient Homes and 'Meet Kashgar' are all about a ten-minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient for getting to the museum and Xiangfei Park, just a four or five-stop bus ride. You can pop into the Old City whenever you like, at any time of day. The ladies at the front desk are so gentle, beautiful, and provide wonderful, attentive service! When I come back to Kashgar, I won't even bother looking around, I'll come straight back to Goldene Bay – it feels just like coming home!

We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining

The hotel lobby is spacious, and check-in was quick. They offered tea upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent. The shower room was clean, spacious, and odor-free. Overall, very satisfied.

The location is unbeatable. We arrived at the hotel basically 5 minutes' walk after exiting the airport, which was incredibly convenient and quick for us as we were in transit and our flight delay meant we didn't arrive until early morning. Ms. Mi at the front desk was very polite and gentle, and even upgraded our twin room booking (which we had bought as an activity package) to a king-sized bed room. The hotel's decor and design are fresh and modern, comparable to 4-5 star hotel standards. To be able to stay for 350 yuan, and with the luggage cart able to go directly into the room, is really excellent. However, there's a very serious issue: the room temperature was too high. With central floor heating and no windows that could be opened, and the air conditioning set to 26 degrees Celsius upon entry, we were sweating 🥵. We essentially had to turn on the cold air conditioning to balance it out. This sauna-like feeling was very uncomfortable for me, being quite sensitive, and made it hard to sleep. I think I even caught a cold now. I hope the hotel can improve the temperature regulation issue.

Highly recommend this LICHEN hotel if you're visiting Tekes Bagua City! It's about a 10-minute walk from the Taiji Altar, so the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. Even before entering, you're greeted by a lovely floral scent. The hotel lobby has a grand, high-ceiling design. The room was very clean, and the smart home features allow you to control curtains, lights, and the TV with your voice. The separate wet/dry bathroom with a smart toilet was a fantastic experience. I originally planned to stay one night and then head to Nileke, but this LICHEN hotel was so comfortable that I decided to extend my stay for another day to relax.

You can never go wrong with an All Seasons Hotel. The location is convenient; it's a 10-15 minute drive to the Grand Bazaar, museums, and parks, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, which is very handy! The staff were also very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the plates were kept warm. I really enjoyed having yogurt and zongzi every day. A great choice in Urumqi!

There were no signs indicating where to park, so I took the wrong elevator and wandered around before finally getting back to the hotel. (There were no signs after getting off the elevator either; it was impossible to tell which door led to the exit.) The lobby was freezing. I've been traveling in Xinjiang for a week, and this is the first hotel lobby I've experienced this cold. I used my room upgrade privileges when I booked, but I wasn't upgraded, and the front desk didn't give me a reason. Did they simply not see it?

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 15-minute drive away, with ample parking. It has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service, especially from Xiao Yu, was excellent; they proactively contacted me to arrange my room. My flight was delayed, and the hotel even helped me with a late check-out. The driver for the airport transfer also arrived very quickly. All the services were convenient and seamless. I was very satisfied with this stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which made our travel super convenient. It’s also just about 1km from the nearest metro station, so getting around was easy. A big bonus was the free self-service laundry on the 5th floor, complete with washing machines, dryers, and even complimentary detergent provided at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good too, and they thoughtfully packed it for us when we had to leave early for a flight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even assisted us with ordering food since we didn’t have any Chinese apps. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers, especially if you're flying in or out of the city!

I found the Atour Hotel Kashgar Ancient City on Xiaohongshu and stayed for one night – honestly, it was great! The location is incredibly convenient, super close to the Ancient City entrance. After exploring, it’s just a short walk back to the hotel, no need to lug luggage around, which is perfect for lazy people like me. The room was quite clean, and since Kashgar has dry weather, the humidifier running constantly was very comfortable. The bed was just right, not too soft and not too hard – after a tiring journey, a good night's sleep here was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and patiently gave me directions when I asked about nearby places to eat. Overall, the service was very comfortable and not at all pushy. If you're visiting Kashgar Ancient City, staying at this place is really suitable, and it offers good value for money.
