La verdad es que todo estuvo estupendo. Nos encantó tanto la parte del hotel como la del balneario; estuvimos muy cómodos y agusto. La habitación era preciosa, la cama muy cómoda y el baño estaba perfectamente equipado. Los alrededores del hotel son preciosos y el parking es amplio, disponible a cualquier hora. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.
El balneario cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una hora de relax.
Lo único que no nos gustó fue que, en toda las páginas web de reservas, aparece que el desayuno cuesta 8,50 € por persona, pero nos cobraron 12 € por persona. Sería recomendable que actualizaran esa información.

Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango.

The hotel is very clean and offers good service. It's located right next to the highway, which is great if you're just passing through. However, if your purpose is to visit Bilbao, the hotel is quite far from the city center and public transport options are limited. You'll need a car, but be aware of the high parking costs in the city.

Despite the location on a multi-lane road, the noise stayed outside. The fair opposite was also inaudible. The room was OK, but a bit cramped as a family room. The staff were friendly, quick and very attentive. The pool was a bit small, but there. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. The evening meal was also good and the portions OK. The only downside was the €15.00 parking fee per day. For a 4* hotel, I actually expect the private parking spaces to be included in the price.

I was really nicely surprised by this hotel as I wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a gas station, restaurant, bar and shop onsite which is helpful for passing travellers. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not even a kettle, which I think is a nice touch and handy for travellers. The hotel staff was friendly

飛行場から徒歩圏のため、慣れないバスに乗らなくても移動可能です。今回は一泊でしたがフロントスタッフは陽気で親しみやすいし、プールもあるから次は二泊でもいいな。フランス側も近いからスペインと両方楽しめるのも良いと思います。
スリッパはないので、室内履きが欲しい人は自分で用意が必要です。

During a short stay in Vitoria, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Vitoria for working reasons as a group bus driver.
- Location and parking: The hotel is located in the industrial polygon of Júndiz, outside, which makes it easy to park and to bus. ) Enables fast access to the A‑1 and the center of Vitoria in less than 10 minutes 
Personnel and service: The reception and bar team was
a friendly.
Rooms and facilities: The room was spacious, clean, noiseless and with good rest on the night.
Breakfast: Basic buffet breakfast, completed

The pension is easy to find, and staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable; coffee and tea are available; everything is clean. The only difficulty might be is there is only one bathroom for all the guests. We were here in low season, so didn't have much difficulty, but I can imagine problems in the high season. The pension is in the old part of San Sebastian, so visiting the most picturesque parts is easy, as is visiting nearby villages. Local food is excellent. I highly recommend this pension; excellent value for your money. It's the best base for exploring this part of the Basque Country.

Very clean and cozy, the staff is kind and helpful. The bus to the center is right next to the hotel, runs every ~10min, and takes about 25min. You can get a 6 or 12 -trip card from the reception, which is cheaper than individual tickets.

In general, Hotel was very well maintained not only talking about maintenance also facility like window was so strong to protect all noise though we were in the middle of big festival ! Staff were helpful but was not initiative to share the information of festival Rooftop was plus! Amenity , no body lotion if you don’t ask In general! Sophisticated hotel and best location for beach and nice restaurants Enjoyed !

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Amazing experience. The hotel is in a calm area with direct view on the forest. They provided us with upgrade to be on the room with forest view (Thanks to Joel). The room was neat, clean with good space. There are free parking spots outside the hotel, it might be difficult to find one during the day, but there were always many available after 5
