The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the old town, just 150 meters from Toledo Cathedral. Parking is convenient; the hotel has a paid underground parking garage, and parking on the nearby street-side is also possible and should be free. Breakfast is a set menu, simple yet delicious. The hotel lobby offers complimentary snacks and a variety of wines, which are very tasty. The third-floor terrace offers a nice view of the cathedral. The rooms are small; a single room is just right for one person.

The environment is beautiful, the hotel decoration is very elegant, and the location is especially good. You can overlook the ancient city of Toledo. The accommodation experience is great! It has received unanimous praise from the whole family. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

The location is excellent. The room facilities are complete and clean. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, greeting us every time we enter or leave the hotel. A very satisfactory stay.

We rented a car and went to Toledo first, less than an hour's drive away. The hotel is in a very good location, in the old town, next to Toledo Castle. Because the temperature that day was 40 degrees and the wind was hot, we didn't go shopping much until we arrived at the hotel. So I went straight to the Cathedral of Toledo, the second largest church in Spain, but because I didn’t know much about it, I could only scratch the surface! There were all kinds of Damascus knives, which made me feel itchy, but I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to take them back with me when I took the train, so I had to give up the idea! I really like knight-like stuff, I really like it! After all, the hotel facilities are simple. There are no toiletries. The window faces the windows of other rooms. The room is small, but the location is advantageous. The parking fee is high, 16 euros. It is in a nearby parking garage and only takes three or four minutes to walk.

The location is beautiful, and the castle style is also unique. Breakfast, facilities and services are quite satisfactory. It would be better if there were a kettle in the room.

The hotel is built beneath the city walls, in a medieval European castle style, with a very comfortable lounge every three steps. The receptionist was incredibly kind. We arrived in the morning intending to leave our luggage, but she said there were rooms available and we could check in early—super friendly! The breakfast was also very plentiful and satisfying.

It was an excellent hotel people who served provide a very good service are very friendly the hotel is cozy has heating and is very well equipped for winter, I bought my stay with breakfast included and was very complete
