The rooms have been renovated and are large enough by European standards and are comfortable Check in and checkout is efficient especially if you did it online, staff are friendly and helpful but lacking a smile to make it better. Hotel does not have an elevator, hence you need to haul your suitcases up the steps if you end up on 1st floor Breakfast is served in Le Pre Sale restaurant next door and for dinner reservations are strongly recommended

The location is at one end of the street and the selected room can directly see Mount Saint-Michel. Dinner can be selected at the hotel, veal, lamb, fish. Breakfast is also quite rich, enjoy while watching the scenery. The car can be parked in the hotel parking lot, and the door is the shuttle bus to and from Mount Saint Michel.

On the hotel's own website, under the list of services provided there is 'secure parking'. This hotel does NOT have any parking available and on-street parking nearby is virtually non-existent. There is an open-air, insecure car park near the wharf or there is a very expensive multistorey a couple of streets away. I found this out when I contacted the hotel to reserve parking because my partner has limited mobility. When I pointed out that their own website states there is parking I was told sorry that info is wrong and there was plenty of paid parking nearby. I was not offered the facility to cancel or modify my booking despite their own website being misleading. When we arrived the connecting rooms we requested were locked and we had to get reception to come up and unlock them but there was no facility for us to lock that door again so neither room had privacy. The rooms themselves were very clean, very comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast the next morning was a farce. The kitchen manager clearly did not know the number of people having breakfast so when we arrived they were hastily scrabbling around for enough plates, yogurts and bakery products. We were served limp, barely warmed croissants and part-baked baguettes that weren't cooked properly. The only redeeming factor in this whole experience was the gentleman on reception (the morning of 14/01/24) who was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.

Hotel is clean and tidy, my only complaint would be the lack of dining area in the morning, it’s very tiny. The room was not very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. We contacted the watchman at night, he re-allocated a room without giving us a plausible explanation.

The exterior of the property was a disgrace with long grass which had not been mown for some time and gave the impression of being a neglected wilderness. The receptionist did not present a professional appearance, dressed in trousers and a non-descript polo shirt, rather than corporate identity clothing. Given a key for the room on the 2nd floor, we found it did not deactivate the locking mechanism and on return to the reception, the receptionist remonstrated and shouted at my wife saying he was trying to be helpful in the rudest terms. There was no lounge to relax in and no alcohol beverages were available. My wife and I left the premises having been told we would not receive any refund for the three nights we had booked. Thankfully I paid for the rent of the room by Creidt Card and should be able to recover my outlay. A truly disgusting location, property and receptionist. Avoid at all costs!!!!

The first night the hotel hosted a school group, forced to ask the calm by calling the reception at 22H children cried and ran into the corridors. At 5,50 euros a breakfast, you will find only frugality, no choice and low range products. The staff is very sympathetic but the experience is unacceptable. At the end of your stay you are offered a note to be settled with half of the already settled invoice ... Traveling a lot with my company is the most experience The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.

I booked the hotel online which was a simple operation, I was arriving after reception closed and entry was via an automated machine at the car park entrance. Despite having paid I had to pay again to get my room entry cards which needed calls on my return to U.K. to arrange a refund. I had booked three rooms initially but added another date at the start, these were dealt with as totally separate bookings. The first room was two single beds with a third bed above the singles, the bathroom was very small, the impression was not good. Breakfast was adequate. For the second set of three nights we had to book out of the first room repack all of our kit and move into the second room after 2pm. The second room was much better with a double bed a larger bathroom the whole thing was better. There is free wifi, lots of parking. The manager could have been more helpful with the refund issue.

Have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and the rooms were serviced to a good standard every day. There are plenty of eating opportunities available in the immediate area to suit most tastes. We chose to cross the road and eat at the Flunch, which best suited our needs. Very handy location for our tour of the D Day beaches. Recommend.

Excellent in every way. Quick helpful reception. Extremely clean well appointed room. High level of security. Enclosed storage for bikes. Good value. I was rather concerned after I had made a booking after reading a review that complained that the bedding was not changed every day. Ignore this negativity, the People gets my vote for cleanliness. One observation. The windows in the bar/ pizza area could do with a polish. They seemed a little ‘ greasy’ in the setting sun. Apart from that minor comment, perfect. I have no connections with the People. I was an unnecessarily apprehensive visitor.

We booked Les Jardins de Deauville because we wanted to stay close to friends who live in the area. We thought we would just park our bags, visit our friends and then head up to Deauville for dinner. (We've been to Deauville on previous trips - it's lovely and certainly worth a visit.) However. When we arrived at the property, we had a ”pinch me” moment - the grounds and landscape were stunning. We were personally greeted on arrival by the owner and his amazing staff. He gave us a quick tour and showed us the gorgeous swimming pool before we headed to meet our friends for lunch. We booked a triple room which was very spacious and stylish. On the way to lunch with our friends I asked my family if they really wanted to go up to Deauville for dinner. Our teen said ”Can we please just go back and chill at the hotel?” So we did. The pool is really terrific and I loved that the staff came around and offered orange wedges as a light refreshment. Service at the pool was amazing. Service everywhere in the hotel was amazing. They have considered pretty much every detail and how to balance excellent service without being too stilted. We had an incredible dinner that night but do book ahead on weekends - we had a late seating, which was fine but they do fill up. I had booked the hotel because it was close to our friends' house. I had no expectations - I just wanted a convenient place to stay for the night. It was such a happy surprise to find such an inviting, chic hotel. It's a great base if you do want to visit Deauville but it's also the perfect place to just go and chill for a weekend and think about nothing. Truly love this special place and am so glad we found it!

Very quiet hotel close to the airfield in Dieppe. We stayed in a family room 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Family of 4 with 2 children. The room was clean and tidy and well laid out. We arrived a 11pm and the reception was closed but a brief call to the number on the door and thankfully in English, we were directed to our room. We went to the local bakery 3 minutes down the road for breakfast and left easily the next day after paying the tourist tax at reception. There was a lidl just outside the hotel which would have been handy if we had needed to pick up any supplies. Good value stay!

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The calm roof level is to be seen again, as soon as no one passes through the corridor the vibrations of his steps resonate in the room, we could also follow the conversation of one of the mitoyan rooms. The ceiling of the bathroom is wet and the paint is scattered into the shower, which does not give a good impression when in hygiene, good point there were 2 wallpapers available. The bed is of a relatively low range comfort that grins at the least movement. For the drinks offered with the boiler I was surprised to have milk out for 1 month!

On the edges of the main road to Le Havre (less than 5 minutes by car), modern motel, spacious and clean rooms (for the hotel category). Excellent price. Cute service, parking available. Recommended

The location is the best. Very close to the train station and close to tourist spots and delicious restaurants. I like the facilities very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Please kindly explain travel sightseeing and taxi reservations ... There are a lot of restaurants around. Only breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm sorry.

We had an overnight stay after a long drive from Switzerland. Parking available under the hotel. Refreshing swim in the pool. The restaurant and food were formidable. The staff were friendly, polite young people and were happy and egar to help. The panacota desert was off the scale. Would most certainly return hear.

Excellent value for the money. The hotel is very simple and basic, but clean, comfortable, exceptionally well-located within a couple blocks of the Cathedrale, Seine River, Flixbus station, metro, city bus, free Cy’clic public bike station, in the heart of the city center, with markets, bars, restaurants, and a huge variety of shops all around. The couple managing the hotel live onsite and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a simple daily 5€ breakfast bar option with a variety of croissants and rolls, automated custom coffee machine with many options, yogurt, selection of fruit juices, and condiments. Our room had a pretty view of the cathedral and large windows that open fully. The bathroom is tiny, but adequate and clean. Contemporary, clean simple room had one double bed, one twin bed, and a small desk with chair, adequate for 2-3 persons, with little space for luggage. There were 2 electric outlets on opposite sides of the room, a small television, and readings lamps at the large bed. The hotel lacks an elevator. The upper floor hallway floorcoverings and lighting need work. But the lobby, dining area, and the rooms themselves are entirely agreeable. For the location and price, on a busy festival weekend, we got exceptional value.
