Travel Bug QueenAbsolutely fantastic stay at this fab hotel, beds super comfy, great location close to the airport, and the best thing about this hotel is the scrumptious breakfast buffet, where ever need is catered for. So much choice and food is of excellent quality and served hot.
This hotel is our go to when we fly out from Heathrow the following day.

Guest UserWe stayed here because it had a pool and we enjoy a swim and breakfast was part of the deal.
Even though we forgot to mention mobility issues the staff changed our room without an issue. The hotel was cool and so was the room, and that was without using the air conditioning.
There is no lift so bear that in mind.
The breakfast had a good mix of cooked English and you can have your eggs cooked as you want them. I asked for a decaf flat white and one was made for me. A bigger mug too, the usual ones are a bit small.
There is fruit, plain yogurt, ham and cheese slices and olives so something for everyone.
The staff are friendly and helpful and went to get more pastries for us when they had run out.
If a coach tour is in then make sure you don't arrive too late, as a lot will be gone. The food wasn't greasy and we enjoyed the variety.
We used the pool and there are men's and women's changing but no disabled facilities or family changing areas. Be aware of that although there is one larger changing room most of the space and showers are open. You will need a pound coin if you want to lock your locker, but we mainly swan in the morning and there were only one or two others in the pool.
It's a spa pool so not too deep. There is a gym room too, but I didn't use that. The usual work out equipment was on display. You can also book spa treatments but those are extra. Pool and gym free to guests.
We would gave tried an evening meal but there was a hotel power cut and so we left early.
We would definitely use this hotel again, we slept well and the bed is comfy with usb charging sockets and proper reading lights near the bed. The bistro-like round table and two chairs were much appreciated.
Parking us £5 a day, which us cheaper than some hotels. There is also a hairdryer and iron in the room and the TV has modern with Freeview channels available.
The bar area has comfortable seating and was showing the matches as well as the news in the morning. No subtitles though, which would have helped.
As I said the only criticism was that our sink was cracked, and didn't hold water well and there is a bath shower, rather than a walk in shower unit.

Being a 4 star hotel, I would have expected someone to escort us to the room at least. It was a bit difficult to navigate to look for our rooms at the end of a tiring day after visiting legoland and we had a hungry toddler in tow.
In addition, the breakfast buffet could be extended to be more inclusive. I would prefer a holiday inn breakfast over this. Being 4 star, I'd expect better. I have experienced hotels within UK and internationally but this one is just similar to any decent holiday inn branch in UK.
I have seen better 3 star hotels. Hence, I had higher expectations in terms of service and breakfast. Everything was oridinary and fine like any hotel.
We had no time to check out any facility such as swimming pool so cannot comment on that.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, directly across from Windsor Castle. The parking lot is behind the hotel; you can navigate directly there by entering the hotel's parking into your phone, otherwise, it might be a bit hard to find. The parking fee is £30 for one night, which the hotel staff said isn't considered expensive.

Guest UserRoom was on ground floor with two queen beds, (I only needed one), tv off button didn’t work, the room is very old and dated and is in dire need of a refresh. Premier inn has nicer rooms !! Menu is very overpriced, vegan burger fries and a coke £35!!
I would not stay here again at least not until it has a refresh, it’s just seems worn out and old in the room I was in

OllieSFirst receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

The hotel was great! The staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. There's also a paid underground parking garage available. It's not far to walk to Windsor Castle from here. I'll definitely be back next time!

BelleSikhaI really enjoyed my stay. I arrived quite late after a long and exhausting day, but the receptionist, who I believe was called Anna-Marie, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She genuinely went the extra mile to assist me, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, the service was efficient, and overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Anonymous UserThe room I stayed in was in an apartment building near the main building, which wasn't as convenient or as nice as the main building itself. However, the hotel's location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' walk to the main street and the castle.
