We live fairly local but decided to stay here as my daughter & her friends prom was at the wine estate local to the hotel, we wanted to make our girls prom a little more special. Staff we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in fridge fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area which was also very good. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a good time there. Clean, service was decent and Sainsbury’s is opposite to the hotel.

Nice family room with a queen and 2 single beds suitable for family. Well located in the Gatwick airport north terminal. Plus point of Sixt car rental and Drivila at the ground level. Beds are really comfortable and toiletries are Balmain.

Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb. We booked this hotel as we have a morning flight to catch. This hotel is connected to the North Terminal of London Gatwick airport by a corridor. The check in process was done within 2 mins, elevator is operated by room key card, which is extra security. The beds are comfy and was great to watch Eastenders to wrap up our trip in London. The breakfast is great, I must praise the service of the gentleman ”Bill” who was proactively so helpful to all the customers. I love the British sausages there, it's a shame they dun have fried eggs. But the yoghurt, toast, croissants, conflakes are all there, not to forget a waffle machine, for people to have fun with - I mean having fun during brekkie.

Brilliant location, only 5 minutes by bus from/to Gatwick Airport with a bus stop located outside the Guest House. My flight arrived after midnight, but after calling them 24 hours in advance, letting them know they left my room keys in a safe place. Very well informed of how to get there. It's a family run business, and they do care about their customers! Opted in for a continental breakfast, and I was also offered a homemade cake for free! The place does show its signs of age and will definitely benefit from having a renovation. But otherwise, everything else was fantastic!

Great manor-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar taste good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The parking is convenient and free. Originally, it was a noble manor, with a large private territory and beautiful surroundings.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, although it is the first time that we used Trip to make the booking. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good range of food and drink available. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and a good night sleep was had. If I had to make a negative point it would be that we were required to pay an additional fee for parking and that hasn’t been the case before. I didn’t notice anything about parking charges when I made the booking although it may have been there. As a hotel guest that I would expect overnight parking to be complementary however this will not impact whether or not we stay at the hotel again. Thank you to the friendly staff and compliments to the Cleaning staff for presenting us with a nice room.
