"This is a very well managed hotel with a good location, close to the pier and a five-minute walk from the Archaeological Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are complete, the price is not expensive, and the cost performance is very high. When I checked in on June 1, there was a gentleman front desk staff who patiently answered many questions about Heraklion tourism for me and helped me print the boat ticket to Santorini. "We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. ."

"Very beautiful modern hotel. We really had relaxing time there. Comfortable bed, good breakfast , we tried a la carte restaurant and we really liked it . Sun beds are super comfortable , lots of cabanas , you have your privacy . Beautiful evening ambiance . Room was big enough with a nice jacuzzi. Staff is nice and friendly . Unforgettable stay ."

"The hotel is pleasant and comfortable, but I'd only recommend it for night owls. Drunk guests were yelling until morning. Although the soundproofing in the room isn't bad, I still needed earplugs to get some sleep, which was still better than the previous hotel (no need to name names!)). The internet was good, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning. The remote was in the room, but I couldn't get it to turn on. If it's a paid extra, the hotel administration should really state that on booking sites. My room was on the ground floor, so no direct sunlight meant it wasn't hot, and I didn't actually need the AC; I was comfortable. I'd advise potential guests to check with the hotel about this, as air conditioning in Crete can cost up to 10 euros per day. The internet is good, and the plumbing is excellent. The room itself is spacious and very stylish. What was missing from the kitchen were a sponge, a cutting board, and dish soap (for those who like to cook). I think the hotel owner should pay attention to these small details, as they should be interested in maintaining the cleanliness and order of their rooms."

"The location, service, breakfast, and cleanliness were all excellent. The only thing I would wish for, given that it has a pool, is for it to open earlier. The operating hours of 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM during the summer months are unreasonable. Many guests just want to relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the morning sun, not in the middle of the day. However, I would still choose this hotel again because it is pet-friendly, located in the heart of the city, and offers great service."
