The decoration quality is very good, the furniture and decoration are all solid wood, and the luxurious lobby is very tasteful. Even if it is affected by the epidemic, there are not many guests, but the rich breakfast still maintains the quality of a five-star hotel.

The design style of the hotel is really great. In the castle, it is quiet in the middle of noisy, the environment is really like it, and the service is very good.

We were there for a short stay. Quick friendly check-in, clean rooms, fruit cart to greet, a good breakfast - was available.
There is also a (unheated) pool, which we have not used.
More was not expected in terms of price performance - that is, absolutely right.
Overall, the object/equipment was also a refreshment good.
This is a newly opened hotel, showing five stars, but it is not good, and the bathtub in the room we stayed in is still bad, we and the front desk reflect the situation, at 10:00 in the evening, either give us a room, or it can't be solved, the attitude is not good, The newly opened hotel actually has a bad bathtub. However, the lake view in this area is still very beautiful. The location of the hotel that can't see the lake view is not good. It is more worthwhile to book a hotel in those areas where you can see the lake view.
Staff super friendly. I asked for a quiet room and my wish was respected. Room was spacious enough with a great lake view. Hot water 24/7. Mini fridge also in the room. Bed was comfy. The only negative for me was breakfast that had no warm/hot food options such as pies, egg, toasted bread etc
Excellent hotel and service, especially the reception with perfect location near centre buses
And very close to cafe food stuff. Suitable for all types of travellers (may be not big families or with babies).
Thank you

Outstanding
GGuest UserThis Hotel has opened new in 2020. We have booked a Villa. The villa has 2 separate bedrooms and is quite spacious. The best thing is the separate pool. It is a very modern Greece architecture hotel and you can truly feel the cosiness. The owner and all the staff are very kind and helpful. Far beyond the standards. We needed assistance in Preveza and Babis ( the owner) helped us immediately. The breakfast served is outstanding. The best breakfast I have ever got in Greece. Everything you desire, name it you will get it. The hotel has also an excellent Bar and Restaurant. The cocktails are tasty and the food is not the usual Greek Cousine. I would call it modern Greek Cousine. It is a mix of national and international tastes for moderate pricing. I can recommend the restaurant even if you are not a guest of the hotel Overall I give an excellent rating. Nothing and I mean really nothing to complain.
GGuest UserVisited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected.
We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt.
The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory.
Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.
TtravelooorVery clean and spacious room with high ceilings and loft bed. Great for group travellers / families. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. And water pressure for shower is good. Location is very good and next to old town, shops, restaurants, and the lake. Self managed apartment style residence so there is no front desk or reception. Be sure to get check in details from property before arrival to ensure smooth check in. Overall I enjoyed my stay
SSotiris UKThe property is in an amazing location with beautiful mountain views. The aesthetic, both inside and out, blends perfectly with the mountain landscape, while the rooms are meticulously designed down to the last detail. George and Georgia are exceptional hosts who made our stay truly pleasant. The breakfast and restaurant are excellent and the indoor pool and steam bath are definitely among the resort's highlights.
GGuest UserGood hotel in the city centre. We stayed for two days but they forgot to clean our room, to change towels, etc! They also refused to upgrade our room with two single beds to a room with a king bed. They offered to somehow join the two beds. But the next day surprisingly they forgot it! The staff is friendly but this is not enough... Next time in Ioannina we will look for other options.
GGuest UserThe Dioni is like a jewelled oasis in the middle of Preveza. The public spaces are interesting and elegant. The pool is small but pretty and the lady who attends for towels and drinks is lovely. In fact all the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items. I would easily recommended this hotel. Thank you Dioni for a great stay.
GGuest UserMountgrace was everything we wanted for our stay in Monodendri. The hotel is very stylish. The breakfast offering is a selection of food served to your table. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view and was very peaceful - just the sound of the goat bells in the morning and evening. One of the loveliest places we have stayed.
GGuest UserThis lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.
