Giorgios' hospitality and certainly his wife was great! Add a stunning view and a magnificent and extensive breakfast, which makes this a super good stay for us. We are so happy to come back again!

The design style of the hotel is really great. In the castle, it is quiet in the middle of noisy, the environment is really like it, and the service is very good.

My opinion the hotel deserves 4 stars,we had deluxe rooms were very much comfort and clean,the host was very friendly,I can only recommend!

Good hotel in the city centre. We stayed for two days but they forgot to clean our room, to change towels, etc! They also refused to upgrade our room with two single beds to a room with a king bed. They offered to somehow join the two beds. But the next day surprisingly they forgot it! The staff is friendly but this is not enough... Next time in Ioannina we will look for other options.

The room I booked was like a warehouse, but everyone was very friendly and the other rooms had balconies and a great view. The restaurant is very delicious, so be sure to try it.

The room is large, the bathroom is large, the water is very good, the facilities are complete, the first time I stayed in the Greek room to watch TV, the balcony is facing the old city mosque, quiet, clean, the front desk service is too good.
