Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see.
The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels.
The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

Very nice big room..nice new hotels with good facilities...But the service and the staffs guest relation skills to be standardize. Not try the breakfast, but indeed the buffet dinner far below the IHG even the National 4 start standards.

Fantastic hotel , lovely modern rooms, great bed , great bathroom and nice hot power shower . Super friendly and efficient staff. All in all a very enjoyable stay , I will return
The only negative was the massage at the spa . That was the worst of my life , terrible masseuse, she went out for a food break , then a toilet break , was constantly on her phone .
Stay here but don’t get a massage !!

Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

I had a memorable stay with my kids! We stayed in the room in the 7th floor - the view is stunning! Kudos & special thanks to Ms. Maisya who made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us from check in and throughout our stay. We had fun with baby sharks, turtles, small fishes, etc. guided by Mr. Zul. We also had fun feeding the birds guided by a friendly uncle. Ms. Tarisa and Mr. Julio showed great hospitality towards the kids in the Kid's Club - they had a blast! All the hotel staffs also showed great care and personalized experience; for example, the restaurant staffs somehow mentioned my name when they greeted me, which gave me a real surprise - it shows that they care. They also tried to find out & remembered my kids names and helped them with the foods. The housekeeping staffs even wrote some nice notes for us. These small things really make a difference! Amazing job to the management for nurturing great and caring hotel staffs, who made our stay very enjoyable! It goes above and beyond our expectations. Really impressive!! I have stayed in quite a few 5-stars hotels in my whole life, but none of them can beat the hospitality provided by Marriott Lampung - it's simply the best. I'd recommend this hotel.

Holiday Inn has a very good location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the gym and swimming pool, which are well maintained. It is a great choice for a family vacation, and we truly enjoyed our stay

Mmy.novita17This was my first business trip to Lampung and I stayed at this hotel. The location is quite strategic, being very close to Lampung City Mall (which is located within the same area). The receptionist was friendly and responsive. The room was quite spacious with a soft mattress. The amenities provided were complete, and the bathroom was fine. Perhaps the breakfast menu could be improved.
