Hotels With Wifi in Riau, Indonesia

"The location is fantastic, seriously the best! Cleanliness, though, was just so-so. The pillowcases looked really worn out and were pilling. The sink also had mold in the crevices, probably because it's quite old. I stayed here because a friend was attending a wedding. The best part, without a doubt, is the swimming pool. I always love the vibe there! 🫰🏻"

"I stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru with my wife and children for a short staycation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for a family getaway."

"The location is very strategic, with comfortable and well-maintained accommodation. The room was very clean, and the staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Thank you for the great hospitality 😊"

The hotel area looked tidy and gave a professional impression, suitable for solo travelers, couples, families, or business purposes. As for the room itself, I found it comfortable enough for resting. The room was well-arranged, the bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were quite complete to support my needs during the stay. "The food isn't as good as it used to be; it seems less varied and not as clean. However, the service and cleanliness are still excellent."

"⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Hotel in Pekanbaru ..!! Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the team delivered warm, genuine, and attentive customer service—I’m truly impressed. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable, with a relaxing, resort-style feel. What really stood out was the consistency—from the concierge to breakfast and housekeeping, every detail was flawless. Special thanks to the amazing Front Desk team led by Kak Mifta, along with Bang Dean, Bang Rizki, and the entire breakfast team—everyone was incredible. And a big thank you to Ney, who cooked Indomie for us every morning—her customer service was truly amazing and made each day extra special. This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them. Officially 4-star, but without a doubt delivers a 6-star experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back! Kind regards, Nerangi"

"The only issue I had that hotel reception desk staff could not find my reservation despite sending confirmation that room was booked. It took 20 mins to sort this out."

"Everything was smooth from arrival to checkout. Check-in was quick, the room and bathroom were clean (though not overly spacious), and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a limited selection, but all items were tasty and constantly replenished. Hot and cold water dispensers were conveniently available on every guest floor corridor. While not on a main road, the hotel is near a Soto Boyolali restaurant if you're looking for a convenient meal."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Besides being comfortable, it's right in the city center, close to large malls. Every time we had a staycation with the kids, swimming here was very comfortable. What really impressed me was getting a birthday surprise from the hotel staff!"

"The room was more spacious than expected, clean and tidy overall, with plenty of room to move between the bed and the TV wall, so unpacking luggage didn't feel cramped. The air conditioning was also very powerful. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport. Facilities: The Lobby and *** Restaurant are on the 2nd floor, while the Pool, Gym, SPA, and Pool Bistro are on the 15th floor. Ideal for short stays of 1-2 nights, business trips, or layovers."
