The hotel staff are truly an asset to this place. Throughout our stay, every member of the team we interacted with was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food at MCShane was excellent, and the serving staff there was fantastic as well. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 3-minute drive from town.
My wife and daughter enjoyed the swimming pool and were very pleased with both its cleanliness and size.
If I had to be very critical, the TV in the room could use an upgrade, but it didn't impact our overall experience.

The facilities at the hotel were excelente ,though I would have liked to have acesso to a gym.
The Food in the bar was of a high standard and reasonably price.W e had dinner on two evenings in the restaurant both excelente meals and good service besidesI
We would certainly return in the future as we had a relaxing and enjoyable time there

Absolutely stunning place near Ashford castle with access to castle garden. Nice activities, like walking with the dogs in the morning. Cosy room and excellent service, really felt Irish hospitality here. Great a la carte breakfast. A bit pricey, but worth every penny, 100% recommended

This hotel was an unexpected gain for us. The location is a bit far, but the activities are very rich and the children can play for several days. It's a pity that we didn't play enough!
The environment is good and the stay is very comfortable!

The building is beautiful, nice that it has a couple of choices for dinner and bar. The restaurant has amazing views for dinner and breakfast. Reception pretty with fireplace, but could do with a bit updating. Spa is very nicely done, beautify pool and nice facilities. Gym could do with a few more options and weights. Nice scent in Hallways. Room was nice and cozy, but had no minifridge and bathroom is very outdated. Double bed was also quite small.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was great. The hotel is right in the centre of town which was great. Really enjoyed our weekend there.

Excellent 1st time experience in this hotel, friendly, professional staff in all areas including reception, restaurant, house keeping. Lovely room, cotton sheets, great in room amenities, nice common area on the 2nd floor. Separate shower and bath in ensuite. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The bunk bed ladder located too near the edge of the table poses danger to the kids accessing the ladder. My daughter bumped against the edge and had a bruise at her back. Otherwise, the day was enjoyable.
