"The hotel is conveniently connected to one of the exits of Nagoya Station, which was a huge plus for us on both sunny and rainy days—especially since it rained during part of our stay! I stayed at this hotel twice: once when I first arrived in Nagoya, and again after returning from a 2D1N trip outside the city before flying home. I'm so glad I chose Mitsui both times! As all the guest rooms are located above the 18th floor, the views were fantastic. From our room, we enjoyed a beautiful bird's-eye view of Nagoya City. In fact, I almost felt like I didn't need to visit the observation deck on the 51st floor of JR Central Towers to enjoy the city skyline! The service was excellent as well. The hotel kindly stored our luggage while we were away on our overnight trip. When we returned to check in for our second stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been moved to our room without us even having to ask. A big thank you to the staff for being so attentive and proactive in preparing everything before we arrived. Besides its excellent location next to Nagoya Station, there is a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel. There's also a Mister Donut across the road, where we grabbed breakfast and snacks before heading out each day. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location, service, and comfort all exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya."

"Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. "This hotel is super convenient! It's right next to JR Nagoya's south exit – just turn left and take the elevator up. It even connects directly to Takashimaya on the 15th floor. Below the hotel entrance, escalators lead down to floors 12 and 13 which are packed with restaurants. The views are great, and while the room isn't huge, the decor is modern and new. I especially loved the large window! The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, with options like unagi (eel) rice and fried fish burgers."

"What a wonderful stay! Although I've visited Nagoya several times, this was my first time staying in the Sakae district. While it's not as convenient for JR access as the area around Takashimaya, I personally think Sakae offers better, more youthful, and stylish shopping than Nagoya JR Station – there's just too much to explore! The hotel itself is very international, and the lobby's design sets it apart from other hotels. It also offers excellent privacy. Check-in was quiet and orderly. The staff spoke fluent English, were quick and very friendly, providing a great comfort after a long journey. The room was thoughtfully designed with many small surprises – I won't spoil them all; you'll have to discover them for yourselves!"

"Fantastic hotel! First off, the location is excellent, right in the Sakae district. Fu Rai Bo, which has amazing food, is right next door – I went there almost every night for their chicken wings during my first few nights. Secondly, the hotel is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming."

"Our group of three females arrived and was denied check-in because the rooms were for ”Males Only.” This restriction was not clearly stated during the selection process. On the Trip.com interface, several room options were explicitly labeled [Male Only]. However, the rooms we selected had no gender label in the title. As a consumer, it is logical to assume that if one option is marked ”Male Only” and another is not, the unlabeled option is for females or unisex. This critical information was omitted from the main room title and only found deep in the reservation details after booking. This is misleading UI design for a gender-restricted property. We were stranded at the airport without accommodation due to this lack of transparency, without refund, and told that it was solely our fault. However, despite sudden show up, Toyoko inn welcome us with cheaper price, better room and free breakfast. I highly recommended Toyoko inn. Thank you TUBE Sq for your kind support, but please response to our cancellation request due to this whole nonsense error. And, lastly, may we never see you again."

"Nice room and Onsen I had a chance to stop by at nagoya for a night. For me it's a bit far from the station but walkable. Have 7-11 nearby and many restaurants. But Love that it's close to Tower park. - Room is quite spacious and comfy. - Bathroom is small. - A space for little closet is good. - Onsen is nice, I love outdoor area and cute basket for belonging. Lucky I got quiet environment and nice vibe, can store luggage for free. Maybe stay again next time."

"My main goal for this trip was to get some good rest, so I specifically chose a room on the side away from the main road and booked a more expensive top-floor room. Before checking in, I even requested a corner room, hoping to have no neighbors on either side, but the hotel said they couldn't arrange it, which I totally understood. In terms of soundproofing, if you're on the top floor and not facing the road, it's genuinely very quiet overall. With the windows closed, you basically can't hear any outside traffic or even the normal activities of neighbors. The only exception is if there are kids next door running around loudly in their room, then you'll definitely hear some noticeable noise. I experienced that firsthand this time. However, for those who prioritize convenient transportation, this hotel might be something to reconsider. It's not particularly close to a subway or train station, requiring about a 15-minute walk. If you're dragging luggage, especially in summer or on a rainy day, it can be quite a struggle. In comparison, many hotels near stations in Nagoya offer excellent value for money. I chose this place purely for the peace and quiet and the quality of rest. From that perspective, it completely met my expectations. If I visit Nagoya again and my primary goal is still rest, I would likely choose this hotel again. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it to travelers like me who value sleep quality and a quiet environment."
