Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. The room was compact yet very well organized, with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, especially after long days of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and comfortable throughout our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay at KOKO Hotel and would highly recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay while visiting Japan. We have no photo of hote

This is my second stay at a Mitsui Garden Hotel, the last one being in Tokyo. The hotel chain consistently offers great service. This particular hotel is very close to Nagoya subway station, about a 5-7 minute walk. There's an underground shopping area right below where you can eat and shop, and a 7-Eleven across the street for breakfast or snacks. Within about a 5-minute walk, you'll also find popular eateries like Sekai no Yamachan, Isomaru Suisan, and Torikizoku, which is very convenient.

This hotel is conveniently located on the 15th floor of Nagoya Station Gate Tower Mall. Floors 9-10 house Bic Camera, and Uniqlo and GU are on the 11th floor, making shopping incredibly easy. There's also a popular restaurant on the same floor that often hosts lively events. You'll even find a pharmacy and convenience store on the same level.

The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around. The rooms are spotless, odorless, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Toiletries are well-stocked. The front desk staff were quick and polite during check-in, and very responsive. The public areas are clean and quiet. Overall, it offers great value for money and a comfortable stay, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended.

Check in and out was easy and automated with the machine at counter. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, able to speak english to a good extent Environment was warm and welcoming, rooms were comfortable. Maybe the breakfast could be better. Daily selection of one sandwich, either the fix katsu sandwich or the other bread, sometimes hotdog, sometimes plain bread with soup. Drinks were very limited .didn't felt like going down for breakfast after the first 3 days Washing machines were the winner, you can even watch the availability from room tv . Overall is very good would stay again if I'm travelling there

My main goal for this trip was to get some good rest, so I specifically chose a room on the side away from the main road and booked a more expensive top-floor room. Before checking in, I even requested a corner room, hoping to have no neighbors on either side, but the hotel said they couldn't arrange it, which I totally understood. In terms of soundproofing, if you're on the top floor and not facing the road, it's genuinely very quiet overall. With the windows closed, you basically can't hear any outside traffic or even the normal activities of neighbors. The only exception is if there are kids next door running around loudly in their room, then you'll definitely hear some noticeable noise. I experienced that firsthand this time. However, for those who prioritize convenient transportation, this hotel might be something to reconsider. It's not particularly close to a subway or train station, requiring about a 15-minute walk. If you're dragging luggage, especially in summer or on a rainy day, it can be quite a struggle. In comparison, many hotels near stations in Nagoya offer excellent value for money. I chose this place purely for the peace and quiet and the quality of rest. From that perspective, it completely met my expectations. If I visit Nagoya again and my primary goal is still rest, I would likely choose this hotel again. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it to travelers like me who value sleep quality and a quiet environment.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a few hundred meters from the Sakae business district and Sakae subway station – anyone who knows Nagoya knows how convenient Sakae station is! Plus, there's the Yabacho subway station right next door, making airport access super easy. The hotel offers great value for money and the overall cleanliness is excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Convenient location, large bathhouse to relieve travel fatigue, friendly explanations from staff, no inconveniences, I am satisfied and comfortable, I will come again on my next trip.

The hotel is super good and we love it😙😙. We stayed there 3 nights for our grad trip 🧑🎓. The location is excellent, closed to Sakae station, there is a lot of convenience stores around. Staff was nice and service was good, the room is clean and have good sound proof. Bonus points for self laundry facility and the luggage weighing scale. ❤️❤️❤️ Definitely will choose again for sure. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💯

Very close to Sakae Station and the Bus Terminal, but if you have a heavy carrier, the walk may be lengthened to an extra block due to a lack of elevators on the nearer side to the hotel. Interesting style of a sliding door between the bedroom and hall/powder room area.  No tub, only shower booth with shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. Free coffee daily from 7am to midnight, with breakfast cereal in the morning, and some tea bags. Downside for smokers is, no smoking area in the vacinity. One can smoke at the 7/11 couple of blocks away. One can get a portable ash tray and smoke outside the hotel building.  There seems to be bike rental service available, which I never got to.
