I stayed here with my elementary school-aged daughter for a mother-daughter trip. We opted for the double bed on a room-only plan. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and incredibly clean, which I was very happy with. We were coming back from Disney Resort, and while it was in the opposite direction from Tokyo from Maihama, it was still very close and the price was relatively low, making it an excellent choice. Best of all, it's right next to the station, practically on top of it, and there's a convenience store too – simply perfect! I will definitely choose this place again.

Our last hotel before flight back home from Narita airport, shuttle bus from and to Narita airport direct to this hotel is very helpful, especially if we have to rush to catch our flight early in the morning. There also 24 hours Family Mart in front of receptionist area where we could buy some merchandise and snacks to bring back home..very nice

The Japanese-style room is great for families with two kids. It's compact but well-designed, so it works. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, perfect for an after-dinner stroll. It's ideal for a layover, with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. You can spot it right outside the airport, and the hotel shuttle drops you off at your terminal.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check-in is done using a machine, which can be a bit challenging at first. You need to show your passport, and the guest name must match the booking. Once you get through that, the process is actually very quick. The hotel provides complete amenities. Everything is available, so you don’t really need to bring your own skincare or toiletries. Pajamas are also provided, which is very convenient. The room size is good for two people. Not small, not cramped. Everything feels compact and well organized. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the hair dryer works well. There is a washing machine on the 7th floor, which is very helpful, especially if you’re staying longer or traveling with family. The location is very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is very family friendly and easy to move around without feeling tired. JR and subway access are right there, you just go down to the first floor. The only downside is the cost to Tokyo Station, where a round trip for adults can be around ¥423–569 on JR. There are plenty of food options nearby, from restaurants to Daiso, Donki, malls, and even AEON. Mitsui Outlet Park is also easy to reach, about 20 minutes by JR with a fare of only ¥230. View from room beautiful. You can see sunrise and also sunset. We stayed at 10th floor on the right side. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.i

I really enjoyed my stay at Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan. What stood out the most for me was the shuttle bus service. It made the whole trip so much easier, especially when going to and from the airport with luggage. It was very convenient and gave me peace of mind. I also really liked the room because it was much larger than I expected, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Everything was clean, tidy, and easy to settle into. Another highlight was the breakfast. It was simple but very satisfying, and it was nice to start the morning with a good meal before heading out. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. My experience was smooth, comfortable, and pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable hotel near Narita Airport.

The airport shuttle bus was excellent and very convenient. There were a lot of Western guests, probably because it's a cheap and easy place to stay overnight during a layover. Plus, they have a shuttle to the JR station. Overall, very good, no complaints.

I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion. The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.

Marroad International Hotel Narita, celebrating 30th Anniversary in 2025, is of ten minutes walk from Sakura-no-yama Park and of ten minutes shuttle bus ride from Narita Airport Terminal 2. The hotel's last bus departure from Terminal 2 is 9.50 pm, and not 9 pm, as previously indicated by one guest review on Trip.com. The hotel receptionist is very helpful and friendly. He replied by email that I can forward my document attachments to the hotel's email address so that he can print them for me in black-and-white. Printing fee is 20 Yen per page. Upon check-in, I am happy that the receptionist prints my MIAT Mongolian Airlines boarding passes exactly on top-quality paper in colours! His service is better than the receptionist service at Greentree Eastern Hotel, Guiyang. I am thankful to the hotel receptionist for arranging me to stay in the room where I can see aircraft flying in the sky to an extent. At this hotel, I can see either the aircraft flying in the sky from the room or at the hotel's Lumiere Restaurant on the last floor where I can view the aircraft taking off clearly. The restaurant is opened from 6 am to 10 am for breakfast buffet and plane-spotting but I cannot stay beyond 10 am at the restaurant for plane-spotting. The restaurant reopens during lunch and dinner hours. Depending on the specific flight direction of the targeted plane, I will stay at this hotel in the future if necessary.

The hotel is very close to Keisei Narita Station. If you're coming from JR Narita Station, it's best to cut through the Keisei station, otherwise you'll have to take a longer, inconvenient downhill route. There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but you need to book it in advance. Convenience stores, ramen shops, and McDonald's are all nearby, which is super convenient. The room was small but generally clean and tidy, and surprisingly, you could cast Bilibili to the TV! Laundry was also quite affordable. It's perfect for catching an early flight.

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead. Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros: Next building there's a Donki and lawson Opp is a 7-11 Onsen is nice
