I stayed here with my elementary school-aged daughter for a mother-daughter trip. We opted for the double bed on a room-only plan. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and incredibly clean, which I was very happy with. We were coming back from Disney Resort, and while it was in the opposite direction from Tokyo from Maihama, it was still very close and the price was relatively low, making it an excellent choice. Best of all, it's right next to the station, practically on top of it, and there's a convenience store too – simply perfect! I will definitely choose this place again.

The hotel is quite clean. It's conveniently located near the airport, and the shuttle service makes transfers to and from flights very easy. However, the front desk staff's attitude was a bit problematic, likely due to the large number of arrivals late at night.

nice hotel same as other JAL brand hotel, close to airport Narita and 2 car rental shops nearby, which is good for take a rest and get your car after. Breakfast is great, just a bit expensive but worth it. Air cond is a bit weak at the first beginning but understandable due to energy saving, getting better after. Nice view outside that adding extra value.

Excellent area with supermarket at basement and food everywhere. even a Don Quixote nearby. With JR trains 3-4 min walk. Distance to Shibuya etc can be a hassle. Not complaining for the price. Fit Solo travellers perfectly, might be slightly cramped for couple.

There are many shuttle buses between the airport and the hotel. At first, I almost thought I had to walk to the hotel myself, but after searching the reviews, I found out that you can wait for the bus at 31-B in Terminal 2, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. There's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store downstairs. My flight was at 9 AM, and there was a shuttle service at 7:10 AM which quickly took me to T1.

The airport shuttle bus was excellent and very convenient. There were a lot of Western guests, probably because it's a cheap and easy place to stay overnight during a layover. Plus, they have a shuttle to the JR station. Overall, very good, no complaints.

I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion. The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.

This hotel is right next to the airport, and the shuttle bus service is very convenient. It's also a quick taxi ride away. The hotel itself is huge, and there were many guests queuing to check in at the lobby. The buffet restaurant on the top floor is a bit pricey, and the food was just average. It seems to close at 9 PM. Other than a very small convenience store on the first floor where you can grab some quick meals, the only other dining option at night is that top-floor buffet. It doesn't seem very convenient for guests arriving late. Although the front desk lady struggled a bit with English communication, she was very enthusiastic and helpful. With the help of a translation app, most issues could be resolved.

Richmond Hotel Narita was a solid and comfortable stay. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything felt clean and well-kept. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day right. Location is a big win—it’s close to the train station, nearby attractions, and surrounded by convenient stores, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, a very practical and enjoyable choice when staying in Narita.

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead. Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros: Next building there's a Donki and lawson Opp is a 7-11 Onsen is nice
