Excellent location, super convenient! It's just a 2-minute walk from the Shinkansen exit to the hotel. You pass by a food street with all sorts of restaurants on the way. You take the escalator up to the 4th floor to check in. On the 4th floor, there's a lounge exclusively for guests where you can enjoy free coffee and juice. There's also a gym, and the view is quite nice. The room is spacious enough for two people. And the Gyutan (beef tongue) street inside the station? A perfect 100%! 💯
Highly recommended. High-rise sea view rooms in the off-season are about 2000 RMB. The rooms are large and the view is very good. Daguanzhuang is located on the mountain, which not only ensures the view but also ensures that the price is not particularly outrageous. Then there is a hotel bus to go around Songdao. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very good. I really want to secretly ask which product the crab steamed buns are made of. They are very delicious.
We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location. Exit the west exit of Sendai Station and walk a few minutes to the left on the overpass. The overpass is about 50 meters away from the Sendai Morning Market, so the hotel is also very close to the morning market. There is a small door on the first floor of the hotel that leads directly to FamilyMart. There are also small samples of Pola every night. The hotel breakfast is good, equivalent to about RMB 100, which is worth staying.
Location is gd w Donki, family mart and many eateries choices around 👍🏼 hotel services are gd free soba supper fr 9:30- 11pm , free drinks at lobby and free ice cream after hot spring bath with comics corner really relaxing ! We enjoyed our stay here and hope to b back again e families in nearer dates
Stayed at this hotel for a night with my mom. The environment is lovely and it's not too far from Sendai Station's East Exit. Plus, there's a comfortable public bath on the upper floor. However, the street outside the East Exit isn't very lively at night, and there aren't many dining options.
The room itself was spotlessly clean and a good size.
Figure 3 shows a Starbucks you pass on the way from the hotel to Sendai Station, with a great view. Figure 4 is probably the view from the hotel room.

This is a very clean and impressive hotel.
We stayed here on a family trip, and the breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide selection and were very satisfying.
Dinner buffets were particularly lavish, with sushi and beef tongue on offer.
There is a round-trip shuttle bus to Sendai Station, but it may be fully booked without an advance reservation.
When I called the day before my stay, the only available bus to Sendai was the early morning one, so I had the hotel call a taxi for me.
There aren't many restaurants nearby, but the famous supermarket ”Saichi” is nearby, so I recommend visiting it.
I love this hotel, the atmosphere and the environment are the best! Everyone is so kind and funny!
That’s a perfect hotel, it’s near an Outlet and a big shopping mall, a lot of restaurants and decoration shops, I’m so exciting! Thank you for all the service!
I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before.
Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here.
Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

GGuest UserSuper near Sendai station and there’s a 7/11 round the corner from the hotel. It’s also very near an eating area, superb location. There’s a bathhouse in the hotel but we didn’t try. For the price I think it’s a real steal!
MM272961****The hotel is incredibly close to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk service was generally satisfactory. It's also great for easily exploring the surrounding area on foot and is very close to the Lu Xun Memorial Hall. The room itself was a bit more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms.

BBosiLeeThe room was quiet, clean, and looked very new. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. The building's earthquake resistance is outstanding – early this morning, there was an M5.7 earthquake in Miyagi Prefecture (intensity 3), and I felt both the bed and the entire building shaking (O_O)! Despite that, it felt very secure! You can stay here with complete peace of mind!
Complimentary toiletries are available on the 1st floor, along with tea and coffee sachets. On the 2nd floor, you'll find washing machines, dryers, a water dispenser, vending machines, and an ice maker.
The room was quite spacious. Both the hairdryer and showerhead were high-end Refa brand, which was a pleasant and novel touch. Daily complimentary bottled water is also provided.
No deposit was required, check-in was quick and convenient, and check-out was incredibly fast! Highly recommended!
LLIANGLlANGThe vending machine doesn't accept new banknotes yet, so I had to ask the cleaning lady for old ones. Every time I go to do laundry, I have to walk through the lobby, basically shamelessly in my slippers and pajamas. I wish the laundry room was on the second floor. The currency exchange machine should be near the laundry room, but I couldn't find it and frankly, I was too lazy to look (=TェT=). I also couldn't find a dry cleaning bag in the room; it would be great if one could be provided for every guest.

MM262711****The hotel is super close to Sendai Station, making transportation very convenient. It's also near Tohoku University, Sendai Asaichi (morning market), observation decks, and 7-Eleven.
The hotel service is excellent; check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with water and toiletries provided. When leaving, I noticed in the reception area that the hotel has won many awards. The breakfast buffet isn't huge, but the variety is decent, typically Japanese. They even have Sendai's famous Zunda Shake, so no need to go all the way to the station to buy one! Whether for leisure or business, it's a solid, comfortable stay without any real drawbacks.
On the day before I left Japan, there was a tsunami and earthquake. I was in such a panic late at night that I ran down to the lobby in my room slippers to consult with the manager. I apologize for that; please forgive me. I later realized that the staff on duty in the lobby were incredibly polite, warm, and helpful in their replies, and they all remained very calm.
RRenshengchanMitsui Garden Hotel in Sendai is about a 15-minute walk from JR Station, just past the shopping street. There's also a bus stop right outside. The hotel is very new, with a great ambiance and kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering both Japanese and Western options. The service is also top-notch. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.
DD26069****I stayed for three nights in total, trying out three different room types: a standard twin, a superior twin, and a regular double. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station. The beds were incredibly comfortable, just the right firmness, and there was a good selection of pillows with varying softness. The soundproofing was also excellent, making for a very quiet stay. I slept wonderfully all three nights. In the lobby, you could pick up things like cleansing oil, facial cleanser, and bath salts, which was a nice touch. I enjoyed a comfortable bath in the hotel bathroom every evening, and the rooms were kept very clean. On the last day, I booked the hotel breakfast for 1450 JPY. The variety was quite good, including Sendai specialties like ox tongue curry and zunda mochi (sweet edamame dumplings). The last order time at 9:30 AM was reasonable, allowing me to relax until the 11 AM check-out.
