A new and polished hotel, Marinabay is everything you need for short stay. With a nice view for some rooms over the Marins, it’s well positioned. Being out of Central Seoul is in a fairly sparse part of the city and for restaurants and bars, you will need a 20-30min taxi into town. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpful. For business travelers it’s perfect as each room has a desk. Rooms are larger than average versus downtown hotel. Has a roof top pool and an indoor pool but as it’s February for my visit, I didn’t use either.
The room was clean, but the bathtub didn't seem to be cleaned properly. And because there was no shower curtain, the bathtub was a sea of water. Also, the shower head and bathtub faucet switch was broken, so I had to shower while getting splashed. It seemed like it was already broken, which was a shame.
Aside from that, everything else was clean and nice. It was a perfect place to stay for one night. I would stay there again if it had a shower room. It was also reasonably priced. I didn't try the breakfast, so I'm not sure, but it was under 20,000 won, which seemed like a good deal.
Stayed only a night so interaction with staff was just a brief encounter at check-in and -out.
Located right next to Kintex and has a 7-11 right next to the lobby, so it’s extremely convenient for persons attending concerts or conferences.
Room was simple. Loved that it comes with a washer even though I did not need to use it. It would come in handy for anyone staying here for long durations.
Bed and pillows were comfortable. And the heating was great. There’s also a small balcony accessible from the room. Fitness centre is on the second floor.
Just to note though:
There isn’t much space in the room to move around and might be hard for two sharing the room if there are more than one luggages.
The notepads/information sheets area was slightly dusty- ie i could see dust specks on it and floating around when the items were lifted.
But everything was in working order and condition and I would stay here again if I have to attend an event nearby!
Spent three nights here, overall good especially considering the price, just 10 min walk from the station, walking distance to all attractions
Self check in, no staff
Bed is nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is too but walls, bed's headboard and chair are incredibily dirty, clearly a mistake to get textured/cloth-covered walls and chairs because the stains are almost impossible to clean, the overall vibe of the room feels dirty even if it's clearly been cleaned (and floor, bed, bathroom are clean).
Deluxe twin room interior still new, shower only, no bathtub. It is spacious enough to open 28 inch luggage fully and still have space to move around. Our room has a coffee table with a cushion chair too. Breakfast at ””Garden 171”” is delicious, dining area decorated with many green plants. This building has about 11 levels used by the hotel, while 7 levels used by residents. There are 40 hotel rooms per level but there are only limited car park lots from B2 to B5. This carpark is too little to cater for all. Even if you find a tiny car lot to squeeze in, if there are illegal parking later on, its very hard to drive out from your car lot too. Best is not to drive here. A short walk will reach Times Terrace mall, alot of restaurants, clothing, cafe, sport gear, gaming arcade etc. Very convenient to spend a day in shelter. Walk further, there are streets full of karaoke, BBQ, live seafood restaurants etc. Its still a good hotel to stay, but next time i will take a bus to this city.
Location: 5/5 stars; This hotel is excellent for anyone attending shows, games, or conferences at KINTEX. Apart from the hotel inside KINTEX itself, this is the closest one. You exit the GTX line, walk through a small commercial area, and the hotel is right there. It takes about five to six minutes to walk from the hotel to KINTEX if you know the way, but if it's your first time, finding your way might take over ten minutes.
Facilities: 5/5 stars; The hotel is divided into East and West wings and has all the necessary facilities and services. Right next to it is a small commercial street with restaurants and three or four convenience stores. Not far away are other commercial areas and a shopping center with an Olive Young and an entire floor of fast-food restaurants. On the back side of the KINTEX convention center, there are also various restaurants popular with locals. Overall, it's very convenient.
Room: 4/5 stars; The room is very spacious, definitely living up to 5-star hotel standards, and the hygiene is good. The mini-bar in the room is complimentary, and it's quiet at night. The downsides are that the single bed is really small, and the room looks quite dated, giving off a 1990s vibe.
It's pretty good and very convenient. There's a CU convenience store on the first floor, and I went there almost every night to buy a bunch of snacks. It's really friendly for business travelers; it's super easy to grab something to eat and drink after finishing work!
With a stay at Hotel Amigo Pyeongtaek Songtan in Pyeongtaek, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Songtan Bowlingjang and Pyeongtaek Culture & Arts Center. This hotel is 2.4 mi (3.8 km) from Jangahn Bowling Center and 3.4 mi (5.5 km) from Jinwuiheon Shimin Yoowonji.
Satisfy your appetite at the hotel's coffee shop/cafe, or stop in at the snack bar/deli. Mingle with other guests at the complimentary reception, held daily. A complimentary self-serve breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.

This hotel is conveniently located near both a bus stop and a subway station, making it a great value-for-money option if you're attending a concert at Goyang Stadium. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is very handy. The room was clean and quiet. If I come to Goyang again, I'd definitely choose to stay here.
The price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead.

When checking in by yourself, you must provide some form of adult verification (ID required). I had a problem, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had a business trip to Pyeongtaek, so I visited. I've been feeling a bit tired lately and wanted to relax. The room was quiet and clean, so I was able to get some good rest for the first time in a while.
It's the location and accessibility. Also, the lady on the front desk speaks English very well. Everything was seamless. Tip: if you want to check-in early, email them a day ahead because you won't be able to if you ask them on the day of your check-in date.
Peaceful and quiet. Room was clean and staff was excellent ~ Bathtub was big enough to relax and bed was really comfortable. Even I could watch Netflix ~ One thing I wish is they would have disposable sleepers. Anyway they serve really nice korean and american breakfast. I will come back.
Love the mauu suiteroom, fit our family of 5 nicely. Kids decor, pillow and bathtubs are nice. Nicely located, short 5mins walk to the free shuttle bus to everland.
It was great. It was even better than I expected. I'll definitely go again next time, haha. I stumbled upon it by chance, and it was surprisingly clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly. The price was also very appealing.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Location Right Next to Seongnam Sports Complex – A Great Stay for Active Travelers! What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths. Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season. The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
Stay with my mom at this hotel… well its slightly far from Seoul but, if you looking a place that is quiet and less busy away from city, this hotel is just right… just need travel a distance. Overall its great.
