Stayed for three nights, overall a 4. The staff helped bring our luggage to the room and explained which items in the refrigerator were chargeable and which weren't, which was a plus, as there weren't clear signs in the room. You can rent a motorbike directly from the front desk. The starting price was 200,000 NTD, which we bargained down to 180,000 NTD. This is a good reference. There may be seasonal differences, and perhaps a lower price can be negotiated with a longer rental period. Although the hotel is quite compact, with two rows of rooms separated by a swimming pool, I slept well. There was virtually no noise until 10 a.m. The only downside was the old, wall-mounted hair dryer, which blew extremely hot air. I also had to contend with ants in the room, which crawled into backpacks, suitcases, and other places. Avoid leaving backpacks, clothes, or other items on tables and chairs; there will be fewer ants on the bed.
I had a really pleasant stay here. It’s a calm and relaxing place where you can sit back and rest. The pool is a nice bonus, and the hostel is within walking distance to the night market, which is super convenient. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere makes it easy to feel comfortable. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for both relaxation and easy access to the city.
A pleasant hotel and very kind, polite and helpful staff. There are some terraces and a swimming pool where you can relax and have great views over the Mekong river. We had a river facing room with a large balcony. The room itself was comfortable and relatively clean and the balcony had a chairs, a sofa, a table and clothes drying rack. The hotel is located a little out of town however, offers a free golf cart service to the night market area and other locations. This service is pretty much on call at anytime - I guess within some reasonable hours. There are a few shops close buy where you can purchase essential items and alcohol. The closest small supermarket is Chinese owned so if you speak Chinese it is easy to communicate; and there is a 7 Eleven store a little further on. A pharmacy is also close by and located between the Chinese supermarket and the 7 Eleven. We didn't use the swimming pool however, it appeared to be well maintained a clean. The breakfast we excellent and multiple choices to suit most nationalities. There is a covered outdoor terrace where you can eat breakfast with views over the Mekong. I personally felt the price was a little too high for the hotel.
The hotel is a bit of a distance from the Luang Prabang night market street, about 2 kilometers. I walk pretty fast, so it takes me about 20 minutes to get there. Walking back in the morning, the streetlights are quite dim and there are very few pedestrians. However, once I arrived, checked in, and opened the door, I saw a swimming pool and a bar, with a direct river view room right opposite. It’s a great spot to just sit and daydream. Maybe it wasn't peak season in Luang Prabang, as it was just me and one foreigner. He was living there long-term and even learning Chinese. We didn't interact much. I slept very well and left the next day. The room interior and bedding were pretty standard. The river view opposite was indeed very nice.

Amazing! Highly recommend! If you can stretch your budget a bit, it's definitely worth trying – you won't regret it! All my friends were very satisfied! A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff; they discreetly and proactively cleaned up the wet floor from our swimming. So thoughtful! I was in such a rush when leaving that I didn't get to thank them, but I didn't hesitate to leave a tip at the front desk. I hope the hotel sees this and gives them the recognition they deserve!
Helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, there are two newer buildings and an older building. The newer ones are an excellent value. The older rooms compare to most accommodations in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This home-style hotel is located 5 minutes walk to Sakkaline and 10 minutes walk to Mekong river. Everywhere is close, complete facilities, comfortable beds. There is a unique stone-style bath up and all made of wood. There is a balcony where you can sit while looking out. The receptionist is friendly and the breakfast has been determined in western style. In front of and around the inn there are many places to eat that are delicious and cheap. The hotel is right at the corner of the crossroads. In the morning in front of the hotel you can give alms for the monks. I really like to stay here.
This was my first time staying at this hotel. Although I've been to Luang Prabang many times, this was my first time booking and staying at this hotel. The moment I entered, the garden and pond were filled with water lilies – they were absolutely stunning! 💕 The actual scenery was even better than the actual hotel! 🎊🤗 The staff were very welcoming and attentive. 🎋🙏 When I checked out the next day, I forgot my coat in the closet. But the hotel staff helped me with my luggage and even found my coat for me. Every staff member had a smile on their face 😊👍, making me feel right at home. 🌿🍎 I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Please arrange room 306 for me next time! 🏠🙏🎋🎊 Happy birthday! 🎂 I'll be staying here again on November 16th! 🍀🤗🍻🥂

Facilities: The facilities are excellent and offer great value for the price. As long as the doors and windows were kept closed, we didn't have any issues with mosquitoes.
Cleanliness: The bathroom's cleanliness could use some improvement.
Environment: The overall environment is quite pleasant, and the location is a major highlight. It's very convenient to participate in alms giving right outside the door, and the night market is only a few hundred meters away. The front desk service is also excellent and very thoughtful; we could easily rent motorcycles or arrange transport to the high-speed rail station directly with them.

GGuest UserVery comfortable room
Easy access to the various markets, especially the night market.
Great service: always making us feel more comfortable and at ease.
I had tried another hotel before in Luang Prabang. For me, this one is the best.
Very comfortable bed
Separate bathroom and toilet in the room, so great when you're traveling with two people. Large
There's also a space where you can meditate and do exercises like stretching, yoga, etc. And while I was exercising, they came to install a fan for me to make me more comfortable.
In the lobby, there's also a work table for those who need to be on a computer with an outlet nearby. And again, it's arranged so that I have fans and am more comfortable. I love it💖
I highly recommend this hotel.
HhoxxieThe rooms are definitely five-star standard, but it's a bit too far from the city center. With so many guests heading downtown, the shuttle service can't quite keep up. During the May Day holiday, there were just too many people, which is understandable. It would probably be a lot more comfortable on a normal day.
NNuytsiaFloribundaOur stay had a lot of high points and a lot of low points.
Starting with the high points, the grounds and room were incredible. Our experience at the spa was one of the best we’ve had. The cocktails and Laos-style burger we had for lunch one day were phenomenal. The staff were charming and very accommodating.
However, there were a few aspects that were far below the experience expected of a 5 star hotel. First, cocktail service around the pool was abysmal. On almost every occasion we had to go searching for a staff member to take our order, and then the cocktails more often than not took more than half an hour to arrive. This is despite the fact that we seemed to be the only people ordering F&B at that time, i.e. they were not busy at all.
Second, the breakfast was a disappointment every day - we were told we could order eggs or noodles, and had to repeatedly press the staff to find out what type of eggs and noodles, and we only discovered on the last day that there was a menu with additional options. We ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs had not been drained of excess liquid, and the bread was entirely soaked through. An order of waffles took over an hour to come out - first it was delivered as a pancakes, and then they just forgot about it despite repeated follow ups. The “local” Laos options lacked flavor - very little of the herbs and spice that makes Laos food great. I think this and the pool service issue are primarily the result of a lack of training and instruction for staff - they were clearly doing their best, but did not know what to do.
Third, the pool area needs a lot more spent on maintenance. The decking is cracking and falling apart. The mosaic tiles in the pool are falling apart, A LOT of the tiles are missing, and I got a very large laceration on my forearm from the sharp edge of a tile sticking out. If this pool were in a western jurisdiction, it would not meet health and safety standards.
Fourth, the gym was not worth visiting if you want to lift weights. Possibly the worst weights offering I’ve seen for a hotel of that price and with that much space.
We want to reiterate how great and enthusiastic the staff were. I think this is primarily a management oversight, training, and maintenance capex issue.
GGuest UserJust like the pictures show, the room has a small courtyard facing the street right outside the front door, perfect for sitting and relaxing. The street is incredibly quiet at night. The room has solid wood furniture, which has a strong woody smell. Overall, the hotel's facilities and service are highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt's okay for the price~ I liked the balcony.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.
It's not completely clean, and you have to take that into account because it's an old building. The location is a bit far from the night market, but you can walk there, and I rented a scooter, so it wasn't difficult to get around.

AALINAVery nice and cozy two-story room. Temple view from the windows! On the first floor there is a shower and a separate bath, a table for tea ceremonies and 5 windows! On the second floor there is a bed under the roof. Everything is made of beautiful wood.
Didn't like the service: on the second day they brought a second set of toothbrushes and combs, but did not give a bottle of water, although it is free in all hotels. Also, if the room door slams while you are smoking at a table outside, and the key remains in the room from which the electricity works, you will need to go to the administrator and ask to open the room. The second time the administrator brought us a second key to the electricity so that it would remain inside.
We were upset that the reviews said about breakfast, and on other platforms for booking this room - super suite, breakfast is included in the price, and on trip.com it is not included and there is not even an option to pay for it separately. And there is no breakfast, although in other applications the price is the same, but it is included. As if this is a punishment for using trip.com.
We also rented a room for a day, and then extended it for two more in the same app, but they knocked on our door twice to clarify whether they would extend the room, because we had not yet checked out, as if the administrator did not display information from trip.com.

GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

YyyfzhshLuang Prabang is a small town. The hotel is not far from the night market and is close to various attractions. It is convenient for reading alms in the morning and eating and shopping at night for massage. The room layout is simple and hygienic. You must take off your shoes when entering the lobby. If you like quiet, don't choose a room facing the street. , Western-style breakfast is simple and nutritious, and very cost-effective.

MM23459****The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was also very good. The owner is Chinese, which made communication, currency exchange, and car rental incredibly convenient. I even caught a cold when I arrived, and the owner kindly gave me some 999 cold medicine. It's super close and convenient to all the attractions. Thank you, I highly recommend this place!
