Old hotel with average service, it's main function is to serve as a convenient location if you have to catch an early flight. The room is comfortable, but if you book the cheaper rooms they will send you to another wing, difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the rooms as the pathway to get there from the lobby is not well arranged with steep ramps.
To get to the hotel in T1 you need to go to gate 8 and go up the escalator. Although it says Radisson (or other hotel chain) it actually takes you to this hotel. By the time I arrived to Mexico City, the internal transfer train from T2 to T1 wasn't working (it is currently under maintenance). I am not sure if the hotel has a shuttle bus but at the airport they indicated me to take the ”red bus”; it charges 25MXN per person but then I learned there was another bus next to it that takes you for free to T1.
The room itself was fine, although it had certain Indian smell, not sure if from previous guest or the lotion they have by the sink.
I spent only one night there due to late arrival and early next day flight. Although I checked out very early, they managed to prepare the breakfast for me. The chicken sandwich was a blessing in my next flight.
2 things that were not so great: One of the 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the airport were not working properly, aways getting stuck at the lobby floor. In the room, the curtain was not closing entirely, and the bright white light of the airport was easily entering in the room (I am not sensitive to light to sleep but some people may).
I would recommend this hotel if you were just sleeping over for the night. There is nothing touristic around, but the airport offers you plenty of food options nearby the hotel.

This hotel near Chinatown in Mexico City is relatively clean and comfortable, though a bit below the usual Ibis standard. The location is a good—quiet at night but still close to the central walking areas.
The staff don’t speak English but are kind and do their best to help. The main downside is the bathroom—water doesn’t drain well, so it ends up flooding, which was pretty annoying. Other than that, it’s a decent spot for the price, especially if you’re just looking for somewhere simple and convenient.

The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉)
2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street...
And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for ”private events” in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!

It’s located at a very nice location and you can get to lovely cafes and restaurants by foot.
The room is spacious and clean. However, if they can replace the shower gel and shampoo with better quality one that would be great.
I’d call this hotel is old fashioned hotel but the value for money is out of the chart.

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.
JJimmy-Guothere is no chairs in the loby for rest, my flight is a little late, so when I seat in the lobby chairs, the bar people always push me to order drinks, it make me uncomfortable.
XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.
AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.
GGuest UserNice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours
JJCMONACOI have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …
Bbeverly vegaI checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.
