There was a slight issue during check-in regarding my booking. I had booked a room with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child, but the front counter mentioned that their system only showed breakfast for 2 adults. After I showed them the details from my Trip.com booking, they still needed some time to recheck before finally confirming it. It was a bit troublesome, but thankfully the matter was resolved. On the positive side, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. TV channel options were rather limited, though. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotel’s flexibility in allowing us a late check-out after afternoon prayer without any hassle or unnecessary questions, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again in the future.

- The room was a bit small, and while it looked nice, it wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of dust, and I found hair on the pillow. The bathroom was also not clean, with stains and hair, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. * There was a water jug provided for refilling water outside, but it was very dusty, and the glasses were dusty too, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them. * The room was not soundproof. * You have to use the stairs as there is no elevator. * The towels seemed unwashed and made my skin feel very itchy, so please be careful. * There are convenience stores nearby such as CU and FamilyMart.

The hotel location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shop, which made my trip even smoother .The room was clean & comfortable. Picture view from rooftop poolside🥰

I claimed trip point and just pay only rm100 for standard room. It comes with breakfast for 2 pax. Cheap. Near to everything including Mixue. valet park only rm32. Recommended!

High floors also offer a lovely city view — perfect for morning coffee or sunset photos. Little touches made my stay memorable: complimentary Wi-Fi that never faltered, modern toiletries, and those small staff gestures that made a difference — smiles, helpful directions, and quick responses whenever I needed something. Overall, Royale Signature Hotel is a great value for a 4-star stay in the heart of the city. Comfortable, convenient, and welcoming — I left feeling rested, happy, and already planning my next visit. I went with my mother, my husband, and our children — and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of this place. The atmosphere throughout the day — morning, evening, and night — was incredibly refreshing. With a cool temperature of around 24°C, it truly felt like we were on holiday abroad! 🍽 The food was another highlight of our stay. Dinner was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Breakfast was just as delightful — the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and both the pasta and macaroni were full of flavour. We really looked forward to every meal! 🏡 Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was strong — making showers a real pleasure. 🌟 Activities and surroundings added to the magic. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, and my children had so much fun splashing around in the pool provided. One of the highlights was the strawberry farm, which was so close that we could see it right from our room window. 💖 Overall, our stay at The Jerai Hill felt peaceful, refreshing, and filled with joy. It was a perfect escape for our family, and we can’t wait to return!

Nice hotel in excellent location with walking distance to the mall. Friendly receptionist and fast check in with free welcome drink. Bed and room is comfortable and quiet for good sleep. Overall good value for money

The hotel is very quiet with beautiful scenery, but dining options nearby are inconvenient, and there are limited choices for dining within the hotel. It's best to rent a car if you're staying here. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained, the bedding is comfortable, and rooms are cleaned promptly every day. The only downsides are the low water pressure in the shower and the air conditioning not being adjustable. One of the two rooms we booked was a bit warm.
