resort hotel yg sangat best!!breakfast nice also,but for kids 5 years need to add on for RM23,hmm its ok even kids not eat many or cant take breakfast..budak2 kan,bukan nk mkn sgt,tp ok je lah...bilik sgt best luas sejuk,cuma tersalah tgk type of unit..ter booked upper unit,last minutes booked x brp nk tgk sgt..& forgot to ask reception for change type of room,mybe sbb dah letih penat,pikir nk tdo je kan..all of buggy person sgt membantu angkat luggage,mybe dah training dr awal utk bantu guest!!next time repeat other room pulak!!tq GRAND LEXIS!!!nice & best stay!!!

Overall, our stay was fine. The hotel’s location is great — close to the mall and not too far from KL. The staff were very friendly, which we appreciated. However, the room amenities and cleanliness could be improved. The facilities felt a bit old, and the hallway to the room had an unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the swimming pool was very spacious, and my child absolutely enjoyed spending time playing there.

Althought Lexis is well-known resort with almost 20 years of being in the business, the overall stay and experience could be much better enjoyed if the hotel had renovated or at least done a deep cleaning with replacement of dirty or rusted items. Things like shower tile grout, creaky wood cabinets and rusted metal hangings and furnishment could have been replaced/scrubbed clean instead of replaced as to not lose its historical charm. Had expected a better experience with the amount I paid and the claim of the place being a 4-star resort. Also I thought my room came with a bathtub? The location had a large changing room in place instead.

The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room, probably because it's old and doesn't seem to have been serviced. The bathroom was rather unclean, and the shower pressure was very low. There were no towels in the room; when we called reception, we were asked to collect them from the front desk. Breakfast was decent, however. Also, the bed sheets had numerous stains.

Homestay owner should provide the guide in PDF instead of cramping all the info in wasap. Still, if you’re okay with a little “treasure hunt,” this place is worth it.

The place is nice. It might not be exactly at the beach side, but still near to go there. The room we booked is super huge, quite surprised when we enter for the first time 🤣 Service and breakfast is good as well, except be careful while having breakfast. The crows might steal your food! 🙏

last time i ask for a good view outside of window but they gave me a view of all windows outside of it 🥺🥺🥺and the electricity is too long to fix it takes more than an hour ..i hope this time they make it better ...because im here to relax in a stressful weeks of work ..

I’ve stayed here whenever I was in the area. Parking is definitely a hassle each time, but the location is quite strategic. Cleanliness is just average, though complete amenities are provided, including a hairdryer (Deluxe Double Room). The toilet door couldn’t be properly locked or closed, leaving a gap of about 4 cm where air from the air conditioner could be pulled into the toilet. If you’re planning to request a room with a view of the main street, bear in mind that you’ll be accompanied by loud road noise, including motorcycles, especially in the middle of the night. Take this information as you will. For me, it was an acceptable stay for the rate offered.

The room is very nice, clean, and well equipped with the necessities. The stay is very comfy. The buffet breakfast is decent, some of the food quite nice. The hotel got decent swimming pool and gym too. But make sure to pay street parking if you drive here, as the officer around will hunt ur car 1st thing in the morning before you wake up.
