My stay at Wyndham Garden Shahzan Fraser’s Hill was a wonderful and comfortable experience in every way. What I liked most about the hotel was the ease and flexibility in dealing with guests. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the staff were polite, cooperative, and hassle-free, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also stood out for its excellent cleanliness, warm hospitality, high-quality service, and beautiful location surrounded by nature, tranquility, and the refreshing atmosphere of Fraser's Hill. I would like to thank the hotel management and all the staff for their great hospitality and dedication to the guests' comfort. I highly recommend staying here, and God willing, it will be one of my top choices when I visit Fraser's Hill again. A well-deserved 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

My stay at Oakwood Cameron Highlands was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and has a wonderfully comforting atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and at home from the moment you arrive. A special mention goes to Angeline Khor, Guest Service Manager, for going above and beyond by specially arranging a hotpot dinner for us outside the usual schedule. This unexpected and thoughtful gesture genuinely touched us and made us feel incredibly warm and welcome throughout our stay. It was not just about the dinner, but the sincere effort and personal attention that made the experience so memorable. The hotel’s contemporary interiors, inviting ambience, and comfortable surroundings make it a wonderful place for a getaway. As the property is still relatively new, there are naturally a few minor details that could be fine-tuned, but these are small matters that do little to take away from an otherwise outstanding experience. A heartfelt thank you to Angeline Khor, Simon Yu (General Manager), and the entire team for making our stay so special. The genuine hospitality and thoughtful service are what truly set this hotel apart. With such a beautiful property and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, Oakwood Cameron Highlands has the potential to be a benchmark for hospitality in the region. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and possibly the best in Cameron Highlands. We would absolutely love to return! Thank you to the management of this resort, especially Mr. Shahidan, who is friendly and always checks if there are any shortcomings. Mr. Jalil also was very friendly and ver2 helpful in many matters, from the registration process, arranging our room even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and even lending me a ball to play at the beach and as well as other matters throughout my family’s stay until we checked out. At the café,Mr. Shahrizal provided useful information and assisted us with the good breakfast arrangements, This is my third time staying here. There have been many improvements made by the management based on the feedback I gave during my previous stays, and I am very satisfied. I will definitely come again in the future. I would also like to thank the other staff, especially the security guard who helped me with delivering our bags to the room. The resort atmosphere is calm and clean, the café is beautiful and comfortable, and the facilities provided—such as the gym, kids’ pool, and clean restrooms—are excellent. The beach is also peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxation. Good job and Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First of all, I want to thank every staff member at Tunamaya for their hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service to guests. Secondly, I'd like to express my gratitude to the wonderful chefs who cooked absolutely everything deliciously! Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy fresh, grilled seafood! Thank you for the themed evenings; you truly aimed to surprise us, and you succeeded! I wholeheartedly wish you prosperity and many more grateful tourists. Now, let me tell you about our stay. A vacation at Tunamaya isn't what you'd call a typical beach holiday, as popular with Russian tourists. But, of course, people don't come to Tioman for that anyway. The nature here is incredibly beautiful, with views of the jungle and mountains – every time I walked to the restaurant from our bungalow, my heart soared with gratitude and awe at the beauty! It truly is a vacation for the soul! The resort also offers diving and snorkeling equipment, a glass-bottom boat, and kayaks. There's an outdoor sports area where my husband exercised daily. And, of course, the cool, scenic poolside overlooking the sea was a great pleasure. We also discovered a beach near and beyond the second, currently inactive pier. It's perfectly fine for swimming in clear water and taking beautiful photos. The views of the massive boulders and monoliths reminded us of the Seychelles, only the sea there was always calm. My husband and elder son also hiked through the village to the waterfall, bringing back many beautiful photos and impressions! As for suggestions – I'd recommend sprucing up and beautifying the grounds. Some railings along the beach path are broken, and there are old pieces of furniture lying around. I also wasn't very pleased with the condition of the toilet near the pool; I sincerely hope you find the means to do some cosmetic renovations there. A pleasant bonus of being on the island was encountering the mischievous monkeys and monitor lizards. Despite the repellents, they found ways to roam the grounds, and that's wonderful because we are guests in their home! They are the true aboriginals of Tioman. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the overall value for money was quite good. I was pretty satisfied during my stay, making it a great choice for travelers. The only minor drawback was that no cutlery, such as forks, spoons, and plates, was provided in the room. It was a bit inconvenient if you wanted to buy food and eat in. Hopefully, the hotel will consider providing basic tableware in the future to make the stay even more convenient for guests. All in all, it was still a good stay and definitely worth recommending!

A wonderful place to stay! The accommodation offers great privacy, a convenient location, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It's absolutely perfect for families. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to provide great advice. We were truly impressed with the hospitality and had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to stay here again if we have the chance.

The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

Stay- (6/10) + Room is very spaces + Excellent location for shopping + Spaces lobby + breakfast buffet ample choice but lack in variety (almost same dishes daily) -No power outlets next to bedside. Insufficient sockets -Room wifi not working 2/5 days stay -Pillow too soft and duck feathers leaked from one of them -shower head holder defective (loosely attached to wall)) causing the head to dislodge at normal water pressure. -string for hanging clothes in bathroom defective -lifts too slow - male toilet next at lobby dirty and poorly maintained. Should have separate toilets inside restaurant for hotel guests only.

The hotel is nicely located (high enough to enjoy the cool weather) and great walking distance (~15 minutes) to the main Genting Highlands area. The room is extremely nicely renovated and with comfortable bed. Throughout the hotel there are a lot of different theme playgrounds for the kids to enjoy. The pool is heated but can do better with more sitting place for those that don't intend to swim. The room jacuzzi was a nice tough but the heating doesn't seems to work so we didn't really get to use due to too cold. Other than this we don't have any complains!
