Everything was good Nothing to complain about Anyhow, would like to remark if the hotel could always check those toiletries, beddings, of each rooms, this thing will not be done in one day, but someone should be assign in this task to make sure the hotel will not run out of shape Everything is good Small little notes : lots of dust in the bathtub, which i have to clean it myself, hope the management would put more attention on it

We stayed at the AC Suite for 4 nights. Below are our comments and opinions. The positive : - Good and central location. Walking distance to the largest mall in Ipoh and plenty of good food places. - Nice, clean lines and modern design. - The suite is very spacious, consisting of a sitting area, bedroom, walk in closet, full bathroom and powder room. - King size bed is good and generally comfortable. I find the pillows too soft, not a negative comment but this is just my preference. The negative : - Checking in and out took longer than expected or necessary. - Room amenities could be much improved such as bathrobes, have a hand towel and soap in the powder room will be nice. - The floor in the room which is timber look-alike vinyl tiles can be kept a bit cleaner, I find it slightly dusty. Otherwise the overall is positive and will recommend this place.

A clean, comfortable bed with fresh linens and supportive pillows. • Quiet environment, with minimal noise from outside or neighboring rooms. • Curtains or blinds that fully block light for a good night’s sleep.

Stayed here and was satisfied. Basement parking with CCTV and a guard for security. Free breakfast provided. There’s a normal water dispenser and a vending machine at the lobby. Staff are quick and friendly. Location is great — many eateries within walking distance. Overall, clean and nice place for the price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from check-in to check-out. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, walking distance to shops/restaurants/public transport. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with comfy bedding, a well-designed layout, and amenities that included [list: e.g. espresso machine, high-speed Wi-fi, luxurious toiletries]. What really stood out was the staff service — everyone was warm, attentive and professional. From welcome greetings to helpful recommendations and prompt responses to requests, it made a big difference. The food and dining experience were also excellent: the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and dinner at their onsite restaurant was memorable. loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it.

A different experience from normal hotel, besides excellence cleanliness and helpful staff, I should say is a high tech hotel. For senior citizen like me ,I no need to carry room cards, they use face recognition to enter the lifts and room. i like the heated toilet seat too!

I recently stayed at this downtown hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a filtered water machine, washing machine, and microwave, which was a big plus. There was also plenty of parking space, which made things hassle-free. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The bedsheets felt dusty and could use better cleaning or replacement, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the common corridor leading to the room was noticeably dirty and dusty, which gave a poor first impression. Improving these areas would make a big difference. Overall, it’s a decent stay with great amenities, but attention to cleanliness in shared spaces and bedding would elevate the experience.

I had a wonderful stay at M Roof Hotel in Ipoh. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is great — easy to get to Ipoh’s famous food spots and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities and the overall design, which felt fresh and stylish. Definitely good value for money.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though parking was limited. The breakfast was delicious, and they offered free peanuts at the front desk.

Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂
