I recently stayed two nights at Waitakei Resort and had a wonderful experience. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful and scenic, offering a perfect escape from the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request. I especially enjoyed the resort’s natural hot springs — a highlight of the stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with plenty of options and fresh ingredients. Overall, I would highly recommend Waitakei Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing getaway. I hope to visit again soon!

We were amazed by the level of customer service, amenities provided and the cleanliness. We were so happy there, didn’t need to think of anything - everything needed was provided. And thermal pools are just perfect located just couple of minutes away from the chalet we were staying at. Highly recommend!

不如Airbnb….這個價格…..這家我認真的不推薦，3歲小孩也要多收NZD80一晚的人頭費，這個確實也説不好，可能有些酒店就是要收，付也心服口服 景色是好的，位置是方便的，態度是差的 服務：一個男的老外態度真的沒有很好….從一開始入住就不好，持續到我們走就越來越差 10點退房我自己記錯時間，記成10:30，然後9:50來敲門問我什麼時候可以走，我説20分鐘吧（正在收行李）很強硬態度説，no only 10mins，我説好那我儘量，跟我有説一次no 10mins.最後我大概是晚了一些15分鐘這樣吧，到前台退房沒有人，我還等了很久，我走了之後當天酒店通知攜程説我晚走（不到半小時）要收額外NZD70還是多少錢，後來攜程跟我説也覺得不合適，但是沒辦法阻止酒店直接從我信用卡扣款，最後就是攜程賠了我400…..

Motel plus RV camp, there is a restaurant next to it, with a laundry room, good location, very close to Waitomo, suitable for people who go to the Glowworm Caves, although there is no air conditioning, it is not hot at all in summer

We loved our stay at the Hahei Beach Resort! The room was lovely, complete with a private deck looking onto trees where the birds love to share their joie de vivre. Great beach location, wonderful for swimming and walking, fantastic hike up the hill to the lookout. The resort is like a club - very friendly, with camping facilities and a central area with a burger shop, pizza joint, and bar. The pizzas were amazing!!! Hahei town is an easy walk from the resort. Getting out of Hahei to see other Coromandel Peninsula sites requires a bit of a drive, but I think that keeps the town mellow. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Nice place. We were close to the toilets/kitchen so not so much walking. 👌🏻 There wasn't a lot of people around so no loud noises and good access to amenities without having to wait. We had our own parking spot right in front of our door as well, which is nice.

Очень понравилось, что заселиться можно без ресепшена в любое время. Утром так же уехать. Понравилось проживание.

The scenery is unique! The eldest brother is also very enthusiastic ~ everything is great! Suitable for bringing children to play ~ swimming pool, it will be very comfortable in summer ~ the surrounding is quiet. If you go, it is recommended to bring more food up the mountain ~ the experience is better

Excellent property just over the road from the beach and 10min walk to town Apartment had eveyting that we needed for a two night stay

A very nice place. Hosts Richie and Lynn were friendly and helpful. The location is a stone’s throw from Waitomo caves and there are three places to eat within walking distance. It’s quiet and cozy. Netflix on the TV was welcomed on a rainy evening. The breakfast was welcomed as well.
