"Although I checked in quite late and was unable to experience all of the services, I was still very satisfied with my stay. All of the staff were incredibly considerate, but what impressed me the most was how they always greeted and assisted guests with a genuine smile. They did their best to accommodate every request, so I honestly found it difficult to have anything to complain about. Perhaps because the weather wasn’t ideal, I felt that the hotel’s exterior had a much stronger visual impact than the view from inside the room."

"The hotel is very convenient as it is in the center of Cebu City. Imagine this,Chong Hua Hospital js beside it,RCBC and BDO are just around the corner,too. There's a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor,and the moment you step out of the hotel,there's three-sixty pharmacy and Robinsons Cybergate entrance is just right across. What I love more about it is the cleanliness and the refrigerator 🤣 We were also able to borrow an iron which was delivered to our room with the iron stand. While the breakfast was not a buffet-style,it was still fulfilling. Things to improve: maybe a slipper next time 😆 Overall,truly a great stay! ,😚"

"The rooms have a slight old-fashioned charm, but they're very well-maintained and comfortable to stay in. The hotel's buffet isn't as bad as some people on Xiaohongshu say; it's about 900 baht per person without drinks, which you order separately. (On a side note, whether it's the pool bar, restaurant, lobby bar, or the sand restaurant, they all use the same drink menu with identical prices). The Kai Spa in the hotel is a bit pricey; a standard single treatment will easily cost you upwards of 300-500 baht, but the environment, I must say, is truly excellent. The hotel staff are all very professional and have a good attitude. Check-in time isn't strictly enforced; it seems arriving a bit early is fine. The outdoor pool behind the lobby, while open-air, is quite clean. It's rarely used at night, mainly by families with children during the day. It closes at 9 PM, so after dark, it's pretty much empty. The beach pool is open until midnight; the one by the beach is for all ages, while the one near Christina's is adult-oriented. Overall, for an average price of around 1200 baht per night during holidays, the experience is generally worth it. A similar hotel in the same location, like Tawaravadee, might not offer the same value for money. If you can stay for an average of less than 750 baht during off-peak seasons, it's an incredibly good deal. Also, this hotel has a lot, a lot, a lot of Koreans, almost all of whom are on family vacations. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, and along the beach, there are shops and businesses. Most of the beach restaurants recommended on 'that app' are in this area. The one with fire dancing is Osias, and it's cheap and offers large portions. Upon check-in, the hotel, including the information sheet, states that breakfast starts at 6 AM. However, breakfast is actually available from 5:30 AM, with some simple bread, food, and drinks. The hotel does not offer 'breakfast to go'. If you need to catch an early island hopping tour, just go down early to eat, and you'll have no problem filling up."

"Great. You are meet with friendly security at the entrance. They are polite and friendly. If you like to chat they are nice to chat while you whait for your taxi.if not they don't bother you. Top notch. They check if it is the right one. Then the front dest reacts quickly and professionally super friendly. Help you with all your needs. The bar has great staff , quick professional and friendly. Food is great and tasty. If you dont order lunch included, the menu is there and they will make delicious fress meal anytime, can even deliver to your room, if your feeling lazy. The room is clean because the room service is great. New sheets evry day. You always come back to a clean room. The ladies are polite friendly always with a smile and ofcourse beatifull. The pool at the 3rd floor is great and has 2 sauna rooms . And a bar. Nice breeze of wind, and a life saver on watch, as well as security cameras , so no worries about your stuff just leave them on the table. The beach it 5 minutes from hotel. Just walk dont take a taxy. When you enter the beach territory its like from a movie. I was impressed. You can spend there hole day , just swimming eating at a restaurant or the bar. Or have it delivered to you while you enjoy the sun. There was even a concert in the evening. Truly amazing. Will visit again. You feel like at home"

"The resort is perfect. Rooms are modern, very clean, and designed for ultimate relaxation. Has comfy beds: Mattresses are soft and give you a cozy sleep after a long day at the beach. The rooftop infinity pool on the fourth floor offers breathtaking views of the ocean. Friendly staff. Location is superb : You are just steps away from the soft sand of Alona Beach and close to local restaurants and the morning breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of tasty local and international dishes.."

"Stayed 2 days on my way to Bohol. Convenient to the airport. The rooms are large and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely consider staying here again. The pool area is so-so, but wasn’t planning on swimming anyway."

"We had such a lovely time. I’d definitely go back! My daughter was over the moon at their waterpark, and celebrating her birthday there made it extra special. The staff were wonderful, the service was great, and everything about our stay felt smooth and easy. The weather was perfect, and to top it off, when our original room wasn’t available due to maintenance, they surprised us with a free upgrade. It truly made the whole experience even better."

"This is my second time staying here, and I still absolutely love this place! ❤️ I was so happy that the owner and staff remembered me. It’s also wonderful to see the hotel becoming more popular, with more guests and a livelier restaurant. This time, I came with a friend, and we both loved it! The moment you step into the hotel, you’re greeted by an amazing ocean view that instantly makes you feel relaxed. We were also lucky to enjoy a live DJ performance, so we had dinner here and absolutely loved the experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, as it can sometimes be difficult to connect, and the signal is weak in some corners of the room. Other than that, everything was great! This is still a relatively new hotel, and I really hope more people discover this hidden gem and share their experiences. I look forward to coming back again! 🌊✨"

"I stayed at Bluewater Maribago during my trip to Cebu! From the moment I arrived, I felt the resort vibe instantly, thanks to the hotel's expansive grounds and abundant greenery 🌴✨. The staff were all incredibly kind and their smiling service left a lasting impression. The room was clean, and with multiple pools, there's plenty to enjoy within the hotel itself. I particularly enjoyed relaxing at the private beach and the pools. The location was also convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it easy to venture outside the hotel. While the hotel restaurants felt a bit pricey, they offered a good variety of dishes, making them a nice option for enjoying a leisurely meal at the resort. Overall, the staff's service was excellent, and it was a hotel where I could truly relax in a tropical atmosphere 😊."

"Choosing an ocean view room was an excellent decision! The room was clean and lovely. It's connected to a mall with many luxury boutiques and restaurants inside. For Korean food, I highly recommend Yeonhwa on the second floor of the mall. Having a Starbucks nearby was a huge plus! Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shabu-shabu place. Besides the mall, the hotel's breakfast buffet offered dozens of great options, and the Italian restaurant was absolutely delicious. I had a wonderful stay! 💗"
