"This was my first stay at this hotel. We were given a different room than the one I booked. We only found out about it during check-in. I believe such information should have been provided earlier. The staff couldn't do anything about it; the lady explained it was due to overbooking, but then the gentleman later said they had a system error. This is misleading. The situation was supposed to be resolved after our stay, but I haven't received any information to date."

Чай і кава доступні на -1 поверсі, не завжди це зручно. Готель не має своєї парковки, є місце біля готелю, але його мало. Ми приїхали у святкові дні, коли не потрібно було платити, а у будні 4 злотих за 1 год. Розташування , до центру міста 25-30 хвилин пішки, але можна скористатися громадським транспортом -7-10 хвилин. Місто гарне, зелене, багато парків, є де погуляти . Ми залишилися задоволені від поїздки."

"Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction). The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel. The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked. We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended. There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel. The hotel has a gym too. The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans. In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered."

"Good location, very near to old market square. Front desk gave good tips with fluent English. Guest kitchen is very spacious but not well equipped. Room is a bit small. No Front desk service after 8:00 p.m."

"Very bad service as I lost my shoe in the morning!Very stange as I go to the wrong room without password.Then I found it and ask guys to solve for me in 10:00am!I I go to reception and they say they will help.Then I go down 2nd time on11:00am and they say they will help. The third time,I go down 2:00pm and still no one handle. Angry thing. They say that is impossible!!!I agree withe them for 15minitues and go up and go down! They say the will go up to try ! Finally I found my shoe on the wrong room 304!!!Terrible Not recommended!!!"

"The staff were very kind and helpful. The facility is modern and clean, and the room has a large 50” TV. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The only BIG MINUS I can find fault with is the refrigerator in the room, or rather, the appliance that imitates it. It's not a refrigerator, it's a refrigerator. Unfortunately, when set to maximum, it didn't cool anything inside. The outside temperature (around 13 degrees Celsius in November 2025) was lower than in the appliance. The second, smaller drawback is the internet... There is, but the Wi-Fi redirects you to the hotel website, where they recommend joining the membership program. But there are ways around this. The front desk staff helped me with this. Rating: 8/10"

"This was our third stay at this hotel. The previous two stays were 5/5, but this last one was a complete disaster. We needed an overnight stay before an early morning flight. We booked a room with breakfast for two people. The first room we were given was not cleaned after the previous guests. After reporting the problem, we received a room next door, which turned out to not fully meet the standard the hotel provided during our previous stays. The bathroom was only 'so-so' clean, the toilet wasn't cleaned, there were only two random towels available, and a single duvet on the bed. After reporting the issue to the reception, a very kind lady brought the missing items to the room. However, the feeling of embarrassment left a bad taste. The worst, however, turned out to be the breakfast. Our previous two stays had set a high bar in this regard. Hotel breakfasts are served from 6:30 AM – this convinced us to take advantage of the offer before our flight. We went down for breakfast around 6:40 AM. The restaurant was empty; there were no guests or buffet food. The waitress suggested that breakfast would be served directly to our table. 'Quickly,' and without a menu, she asked us to choose what we wanted. We ordered scrambled eggs (max 3 eggs) and 2 boiled eggs. We also received a basket of delicious bread with butter, one tomato, a few slices of green cucumber, and 4 small pieces of questionably fresh cake. Drinks were available at the buffet. Breakfast at the hotel costs 70 PLN per person. Nobody informed us about the breakfast service style during check-in. What's more, the receptionist offered a buffet breakfast to a client checking in before us. The wave of embarrassment grew into a tsunami. We are very disappointed because the previous two stays were a very pleasant surprise. We have no idea what went wrong, but for a four-star hotel, this is definitely unacceptable."

"The hotel is very comfortable and very well located (a few minutes walk from the city centre). The staff are very nice, the hotel offers coffee and tea all day. In the room you can also use a cafe and a coffee machine and the hotel leaves tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar, bottle water, a courtesy rebuff, ...
