The hotel is nice from the reception, but the rooms are a bit stuffy. The hotel is crowded and the service is not good.

Functional and good business hotel with good location and good staff and food

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Cleanliness: Generally clean, but it seems that bedding is only changed every three days unless specifically requested. Environment: The location is superb! Service: Satisfied!

It’s hard to know where is a good place to stay in Riyadh. But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Just a bit outside of the centralized Riyadh, but the staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel seemed a little older with two separate buildings which was just slightly confusing on which building you are booked at.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

Very nice. A simple note: the bathrooms have a slope that isn't right; the water doesn't flow directly into the drains, it only flows in the area. But the rest is, to be honest, very nice.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The location is convenient, very close to the metro, which made getting around easy. On the downside, the room was missing some basic amenities: there were no bathrobes at all, towels were provided only for one person, and the dental kit was also for one person, even though the room was booked for two guests. In addition, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good, and the chef preparing omelets and waffles was very kind and friendly, which made the morning experience more pleasant
