The hotel's staff are all perfect people. From the kitchen to the reception. Even a small request is not rejected. They are interested in everyone despite the density and tours. We have asked if there was never a case like very wide and clean and very hot cold, even if there was a little temperature down :) We ordered cheeses in the breakfast to take them to our beautiful house, and they even took care of it. They brought them thanks. The centre (in the castle surroundings) is 15-20 minutes walking distance. That's a full price performance hotel. If I go back to Kars, I'll stay here again.

Super place. Very clean hotel and room. I been backpacking for 2 years, I can't remember a better bed. The breakfast was always on time at 7am and always plenty. I stayed an extra week to practice my Turkish and enjoy the friendly staff and comfort. This I believe will be the cheapest and best hotel in eastern Turkey.

A Haramulade hotel. It contains traces of history in every corner. Everyone from the bellboy to the waiter floor attendant to the security guard are doing their best to make you comfortable from the first time they see you. Hotel center is at walking distance - train station 15-20 minutes walking distance, airport - hotel has 15 minutes of buses from the old gar and the buses can be left to the ski center if you tell the driver that there are buses available and returns from the same place with a shot They'll take you on the tours and what the unit Ani-Çıldır-kafkas museum leads to the day ***and the 300 TRL Hotel rooms are hot, small but not enough for one person, but they don't fear, rooms are very luxurious, but are not so safe as family hotels - Warmen's gentlemen - if you say that Nurbay and Ceyhun have come to walk friends and helpers on all matters and that I should only be a place to sleep and that I should be a place that doesn't force my budget - I would say, do not hesitate.

We highly recommend staying at the Kars Otel. We were greeted by Seda (hospitality) & Metin (very helpful with everything.). Manager Mehmet oversaw that everything was to our liking. Deniz managed our wood burning fireplace daily. Our room was spacious, comfortable & Super clean. Breakfast was full of local yummy treats, staff made great recommendations where to go & made reservations for dining. We were treated well everywhere we went. Thank you for a great stay. We highly recommend Kars Otel.

I have been to that region a few times for visits since it is my hometown. We kept looking for a clean and friendly place, either the hotels were too full or we just didn't feel comfortable. After seeing the pictures of this place, I was very hesitant as to whether they were real pictures. But after seeing and staying, I will definitely not look for a place again. I even plan my trip according to availability. The only thing missing is breakfast, and it would be great if they fix it soon. Although it was very enjoyable to prepare the breakfast items we bought from outside and cook them together with all our friends in the kitchen in our room. All equipment for cooking is available in the room. It's just up to your cooking skills. :)
