We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

Our first time in Trabzon, the staff were very welcoming, we had some difficulties but the staff were very efficient in helping us solve the problem, the restaurant staff were also very good. Wish them all the best in life.

The hotel's room looked beautiful, and we had a sharp smell when we entered. I realized that the smell came from the bathroom after a sticking smell, and every time I entered into the toilet or the bathroom needed it, I was seriously infected. We were going to get up late morning because we came by the night, but Arab customers in the side room shouted on the phone It was poisoned as he spoke. (The walls are thin, the voice of the workers and the hosts comes from the doors)

Frankly, it's a perfect location near the centre, and the view is beautiful, but the hotel is old Shoi, and the room is very close once, just lifting your hand, sticking in the roof, that means a day or two is a lot of good.

The hotel rooms are super. We had almost a whole apartment was ) on the location not very - to the water not to reach, Migros is far away. On your transport to the beach you can ) the price in the hotel restaurant is more expensive than anywhere, well that's the same. We took one night here to get in a beautiful room - it turned out. The pool, by the way, didn't work(

It was very pleasant to stay in general. The hotel's location is very short for taxi transport to the airport and to the city centre (the Square), and taxi charges are *** reasonable. If you want to walk, it takes about an hour, which is a distance to make *** meat.
My room was clean and the view was very beautiful, even gentle and upgraded my room type. But I have to address one point: although the vast majority of staff are lazy, a staff member has targeted me and has been very tight with unnecessary questions because only the appearance of a staff member is different. I think this is wrong and, to be honest, this has caused me to feel unrestful and nervous every time I go to the lobby.
In short, I couldn't stay outside this unsatisfactory experience ***meat was good and the location of the hotel is a great advantage.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

Convenient transportation, the airport takes about 10 minutes by minibus, not far from the supermarket downstairs, very close to the Republic Square, 5 minutes walk, you can see a little sea on the balcony

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Was upgraded to sea view, amazing indoor heated pool a little bit similar to the olympic. Sauna and steam room amazing facilities. Breakfast was superb. It's worth every penny. Greay location, plenty of parking.
