Loved this hotel. Service was great, rooms were clean, excellent location - came here to celebrate my birthday and this stay made it so memorable. If there was any negative and this is really nit-picking….the bathroom was a bit small. Apart from that, couldn’t fault it. So, mahalo Alohilani, we loved you. ❤️

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on Waikiki's main shopping street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We had a bit of a wait during check-in, but it was worth it as we ended up with an ocean-view room on the top floor. The views were expansive and the ocean scenery was absolutely stunning! Even more surprisingly, when I woke up the next morning and opened the window, I saw a rainbow – very lucky indeed!

Upon arrival, we paid extra to upgrade to a Tapa Penthouse ocean-view room. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, truly stunning! A big thank you to the Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk. The hotel was incredibly bustling with guests; most were Westerners, with very few Asian faces. It was a great opportunity to experience the relaxed and free-spirited vacation vibe of Westerners, definitely worth staying for a few days. However, if you're planning a longer stay, I'd recommend choosing a hotel with a microwave and drinking water available, as an 'Asian stomach' might not be able to handle Western cuisine for an extended period.

Stayed here for 1 week, location is great. Right on Waikiki. This hotel doesn’t have its own beach but offers free sitting chairs to bring with you to the beach and towels. Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean, staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki, furniture needs updating, mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows, asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why, cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs, outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!

It certainly does the job for a short trip. I stayed for two nights and was only there to sleep - I spent the daytime making the most of the extremely convenient location. All the amenities - the lounge area, bathrooms, WiFi - are fair enough. One concern I had was the lack of security - the lockers are pretty weak and can be pulled open pretty easily.

The scenery is nice and the service is also very good. The front desk is serious and attentive. The room is very clean. You need to queue for the buffet, but the wait time will not be too long. It is also close to the downtown area, about seven or eight minutes away by car.

The location is very good although if I go back and decide to stay in Waikiki again I would choose the Hilton Village instead. The room was lovely and we were allowed to check in earlier and also got upgraded free of charge to a sea view room which was fab! The check in member of staff was lovely and polite ! There is a small gym and yoga class 3 times a week Tuesday- Thursday at 8AM. You can hire free of charge 1 beach item per room per day such as beach chair or surfboard. Also towel hiring free of charge thru the vending machine. Parking is valet only and it costs $50 per day so we parked near the Honolulu zoo for free only 12-15 mins walk from hotel. Overall we are satisfied as we liked the room and location. The magicians at the lobby trying to sell you tickets to the magic show were a bit over the top and I would have preferred to not have to deal with them every time I went past.

The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. Waikiki Beach is just across the street, making it super convenient for beachgoers and families with kids. Thanks to its prime spot, the balcony offers fantastic views, and it's incredibly relaxing to just lie there and enjoy the morning. The lobby provides towels for guests to use at the beach, which can be conveniently returned to a designated bin on the same day – another handy feature. Now for some downsides. We booked two rooms, and the balconies felt a bit unstable, noticeably swaying when a few people stood on them. The railings also seemed inadequate and quite exposed, which felt a bit unsafe. We stayed for six nights, and it felt like daily tipping for housekeeping was expected. Without a tip, the service wasn't thorough, often missing things like fresh towels or replenished amenities. Furthermore, there was no complimentary bottled water provided daily, which we found unusual. Guests also need to bring their own toiletries, as the hotel does not supply them. The hotel has a paid laundry room; washing fees were comparable to New York, but drying was quite expensive. On top of that, there were unreasonable mandatory fees (e.g., resort fees) of around $60 per day, with very few actual amenities included for that price. Next time I visit, I definitely wouldn't choose this hotel again. I'd opt for hotels like the Hilton, just a block or two away from the main road. The walking distance isn't significantly different, but the price difference is substantial.

GGuest UserIn the hotel's restaurant. We had to wait some considerable time to be attended to, we ended up seating ourselves, getting our own menus and water, whilst the sole server juggled his other responsibilities. After a very ordinary fish & chips meal, with the thinnest fries we've ever seen we received a bill for the equivalent of AUD $90 to which not only had a 4% kitchen charge been added but additionally a further 18% service charge. Neither the meal or service justified this charge in any way. We left what we considered to be a fair and reasonable payment which more than covered the cost. For the AUD$ 75 cost we could have fed four people with a far better quality meal. We had been unable to use our drinks voucher in the restaurant, so after the meal we went to the bar in the same hotel to use our vouchers to get a drink. Whilst there a very disgruntled server from the restaurant and some random woman from the bar came and accosted us, snatching a jam jar of tap water we had brought round with us to finish at the bar. We were basically accused of stealing a jam jar of tap water whilst sitting at a bar in the same hotel, as paying guests! A waiter from the restaurant hung around the entire time just to ensure he got his jam jar back! Next morning we loaded our own cases onto the free shuttle bus. The driver tried to dismantle our cases, we asked him to leave our cases to allow space for other guests & we wanted them to stand in the luggage space adjacent to the rack, as they had done on the way to the hotel. The driver began shouting at us, threw a tantrum & went to get his boss, who came out & saw no issue with our cases. The driver then began driving recklessly, racing round corners and braking heavily. Guests had to tell him to slowdown and stop driving dangerously. He then made all the guests remove their own bags unassisted after we informed him his behaviour certainly did not warrant any tips! A shocking & horrible end to our holiday & not a very good advertisement for the USA Dreadful tipping culture of entitlement even if service does not warrant it! .

JJordan NicholasNestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. The grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village are a true testament to paradise. Meticulously maintained gardens, winding pathways, and cascading waterfalls create an oasis of serenity amidst the lush landscape. We spent hours exploring the resort, discovering hidden gems around every corner. Whether lounging by the pool, strolling along the sandy shores, or indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, every moment was a blissful escape from reality. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly greetings to the attentive care, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether offering recommendations for dining or arranging memorable excursions, their genuine hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. As seasoned travelers who have explored destinations around the globe, we can confidently say that our time at the Hilton Waikoloa Village surpassed all expectations. It was more than just a vacation – it was a transformative experience that left us longing to return. If you're searching for paradise on earth, look no further than this remarkable resort.

3333ひろ333I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.

MMeilihukanshijieThe hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the commercial street, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The beach is right outside the swimming pool area on the first floor of the hotel. The coastal restaurants on the first and second floors of the hotel have great views, so you have to wait for a table during dinner time. The room is very large, and the king-size bed with sea view is very comfortable. It is also very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sea.

GGuest UserIt was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea. I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.

GGuest UserTitle: Perfect Stay in the Heart of Kona 🌺 I had an amazing experience at the Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right on the waterfront, with beautiful views of Kailua Bay and just steps away from shops, restaurants, and the pier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a cozy bed and a balcony where I could enjoy the ocean breeze every morning. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and great local tips. The on-site amenities were fantastic: the pool area was relaxing, the fitness center was well-equipped, and the beach right in front of the hotel was perfect for a quick swim or paddleboarding. I also loved the cultural touches, like the Hawaiian artwork and the historical displays in the lobby, which made the stay feel uniquely local. This hotel truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Hawaiian charm. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kona!
