Good value. Extended stay. Had do not disturb sign out most of the time. The two times I did change it over to have room cleaned nobody cleaned it. Had to got to desk mgr for extra towels, etc. He also came and changed my trash bags since I had food in them. He was helpful and apologetic. Overall was a good experience.
Easy access right off the interstate and plenty of traffic lanes to handle the tons of vehicles passing by. The foyer always smells fresh and clean - I love that. My linens were super crisp and clean and the room was in excellent repair. The bathroom was awesome AND CLEAN!
Besides needing staff to cover busy times such as check in and out, the accomodations are excellent. Clean marble bathrooms with white towels. Beds white as snow and comfortable. First time seen house staff friendly and responsive to your needs. Downers Grove hotel have elevators to third floor. Breakfast was standard for first and menu posted for each morning and the eating area was clean and kept maintained by kitchen staff as people dined left tables..Noise free rooms. Individual temperature rooms controls. Wide hallways and have communication friendly rooms whatever these are. Again, communication to the front desk from room was cumbersome as long rings to answer from phones I'm rooms by front desk staff lady. Can perhaps use a two person a peak times or as a balance during the day for better response.

The room is comfortable, the location is excellent, and the surrounding public transportation is convenient.
Breakfast is too single, the end time is early.
Service is very good, there is a free shuttle to the campus, there is a free shuttle directly to Champagne Airport.
The price is reasonable, suitable for customers who need cost-effective, the bar downstairs is good, the room is clean, the facilities are intact, the staff service is good, and the surrounding security can be.
The location of the motel was good. Easy to find and get to. The rooms were clean and the air temperature was comfortable when we walked in the room. The rooms are nice sized. The breakfast that is included was good.
The pillows on the bed were 5 small pillows, not standard sized and kept slipping from under our heads.
They only supplied 2 bath towels for the 2 of us, would be better had they supplied 2 for each of us.
The TV remote was cumbersome to use and had no instructions you could reference.
It seems that there is no breakfast, so it is a good hotel in the surrounding area. Because I need to print a lot of documents when meeting customers, they are all printed at the hotel. It is very convenient to have a computer and a printer.

KKaylaGreat location great view loved the breakfast the down falls that my jetty tub didn't work were supposed to send someone the next day never showed to fix and the bed was comfortable but whatever you have the bed on is a bad idea cause it makes so much noise just when you sit on the bed and need more grip on the porch and in by the pool I fell as it was wet outside on the porch and my son and including other children I had seen fallen by the pool area which kids are gonna get hurt I never recipient the extra stuff I requested when booking my room and false advertisement because the pics did not match up correctly when they showed me for when I booked my room the bedroom was different and was supposed to have couch in room and wasn't and my fireplace didn't work in my room so overall I would stay again if emenities got fixed I was partially satisfied with my stay...
GGuest UserWhen I checked in I was given a room I did not book, so I had to come back down and inform the front desk that it was not the room I booked. She said my room was not ready yet and she would let me know. I sat down in the lobby and within 2 minutes, my room was ready. That seemed odd to me telling me it wasn't ready and then all of a sudden it was. The walls are paper thin and it sounded like the people in the room next to me were in my room. I had to call down twice for a noise complaint in the middle of the night because they were waking me up throughout the night. The hotel was clean, service was friendly but there just seems to be no sound proofing in the rooms. It was frustrating.
GGuest UserThe only thing I don't like is that you can only stay 21 days the hotel should allow for people to stay longer some people are looking for houses or apartments and have to keep moving from place to place until they get a place to stay that is my problem I like to stay in one place cuz I like this hotel a lot but I have to move every 21 days for 7 days I can't see how you can consider it and squatting when people are trying to find housing that's the only regret I have other than that the hotel is fine the people are wonderful that's all I got to say
GGuest UserMy wife and I found the location and the cleanliness to be great. However the only reason I would give this hotel a bad review is because of how thin the floors are. We were on the 3rd floor and you could hear the people from upstairs basically breathing. Other than the lack of sleep from the noise I would rate the cleanliness a 10, The location a 10, the Service a 10. Again great esthetics horrible build!
AAnonymous UserWhen we arrived, was told that elevator had breakdown. We had to carry our heavy luggages to the 1st floor when hotel staff should have helped us in managing it.
Shuttle service was good, and driver was excellent and friendly. Guided us to the correct terminal for the drop off.
Breakfast though simple, but it managed to sooth our hunger. 👍
GGuest UserThe room is situated in a quiet, standalone building. There are numerous restaurants just a few minutes' drive away, and a convenience store is accessible within a one-minute walk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Everything was excellent—except for the fact that breakfast ended at 9:00 AM.
GGuest UserIt was a great stay. I was traveling with my family and booked my room based on where we were meeting in town. The space was great so comfortable and spacious. Amenities were also excellent! Breakfast was fantastic and nieces and nephew love the swimming pool!
