The hotel is at a great location and well connected and the room had a the view of the airport and a construction site. However, basic amenities like kettle was not provided and water/snacks given in the room were exorbitantly priced. It seems that this practice is common in Vegas hotels which didn't feel great as the room prices are not cheap by any means. Such practice doesn't fit with the impression of a good hotel.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transport links and plenty of dining and shopping choices nearby. The front desk staff were warm and professional; check-in was efficient, and they even thoughtfully upgraded our room. Our room was spacious and bright, featuring stylish modern decor. The comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with ample hot water and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. A special thank you to the customer service staff for proactively offering travel tips; it was a very considerate touch. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, with quality evident in every detail. We will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent room during the exhibition period. The breakfast was very good, felt like a solid four-star hotel. It's also close to the subway, which is great. I would definitely stay here again next time. Parking is convenient and free. The hotel facilities are very new, and parking is free. I always stay here for AAPEX; it's just a few minutes' walk away.

Facilities: The hotel room was spacious, but there was no bottled water. However, there was a water dispenser in the public area.
Hygiene: Initially, I was given a pillow with noticeable stains, which I found quite off-putting. They did change it when they cleaned the room later.
Environment: The location on the main strip is excellent, absolutely top-notch.
Service: The service was adequate, neither good nor bad.
There are entertainment venues nearby. For an off-peak visit, the value for money was decent.
We returned to our room after being in the casino at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. After an hour of waiting on the Engineer. He determined that the air-conditioning was broken, they moved us to a room at the end of the hallway and a few minutes later we discovered the air conditioner was broken in that room as well, but at least it was not blowing out heat. We decided to just stick it out inthat room since it was already so Late. When I discussed this with the front desk person after waiting on the customer in front of me to finish complaining about her room , the front desk attendant simply said there was nothing she could do about it !!

I’ve stayed at the Flamingo hotel 4 times and I’d have to say for the money spent this time around it has put me off coming back ever again.
No tea or coffee in the room, no drinking water (not even one bottle). Expensive “resort” fee per day with no “resort” to speak of.
Food is expensive everywhere inside the hotel.
The only thing it has going for it is the location.
Entertainment is old. I mean Wayne Newton. Is he still alive?!
Small towels big enough for children only.
This trip was the most expensive part of our trip around the world and we won’t he coming back.
I used to live the Flamingo, but even in the non-smoking room I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning. I had to pay extra because the check-in time is so late in the afternoon and we got there at 2, and because my room wasn’t available when I checked in I had to pay for an upgraded room. Even though the room I got was not a newly “renovated” room like the woman at the desk said it would be and ended paying $500 Australian more. Not happy and very eager to leave Vegas because of this disappointing stay.

Having stayed at this hotel 13 years ago, I decided to book it again this time, but unfortunately, the experience was a far cry from what I remembered!
1. **Bottled Water**: There's no complimentary bottled water in the room. Guests have to go to the front desk to collect it, and each bottle is minuscule, only 296ml! You're also limited to just one or two bottles per person per trip, which means a daily trek downstairs just for water.
2. **Minibar Sensor Trap**: All food items in the room, both in the minibar fridge and on the shelves, are equipped with sensors. Simply moving an item from its original spot registers it as consumed/purchased. This policy is incredibly unreasonable. I merely picked up a bottle to look at it and was charged! A single bottle of mineral water costs $24 USD. Upon check-out, I discovered I'd been charged for three bottles. The front desk informed me they needed to 'verify' the charges before processing a refund to my credit card, and couldn't even provide an estimated timeframe for when the refund would be issued.
3. **Missing Towel Incident**: A huge warning: Do NOT bring your own white bath towels! I hung my personal towel behind the bathroom door, assuming that hung towels wouldn't be taken for cleaning (as most hotels only clean towels left in the tub or laundry basket). When I called the hotel, they claimed they needed to 'investigate' with a third-party laundry service to see if my towel could be located. If not, they'd compensate me, but I have little hope of a resolution for this matter.
4. **The Oshow**: The 'Oshow' in the hotel's West Tower costs around 2100 RMB per person. While the performers were very dedicated, I couldn't even recall the plot from my previous viewing, and overall, it lacked any significant appeal. The sound, lighting, and special effects felt quite dated.
5. **Delayed Check-in**: Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we weren't fully checked in until 3:30 PM. We booked two rooms, but one wasn't ready until 5:00 PM, and only after I called to inquire! As compensation, the staff provided each person with a $25 meal voucher, valid at the hotel restaurants.

Service at the front desk check in was ok check out was good . Food at the buffet only average. We did not use the resort facilities like pool and gym . The 2 towers on the 2 ends of the resort are far far . No trolly to borrow as the carpets made it hard to pull the suitcases. When renovating should consider a lane without carpet to the front desk and other exit . Booked for the location as handy and convenient

It was so frustrated and annoyed that when we woke up early in the morning ready to go for a tour to realise that there was no water and no one had ever told us before. A 5 star hotel should not have made an assumption that their guests would not need to go to toilet and flush the toilet nor did the guest need to go out very early in the morning with the need of showering or brush their teeth.

LLinerHotel has a self check in option but was not working for anyone using it and there was a long queue to check in via the service counter. Room was very spacious with a sofa in the center but there was no complimentary bottle of water or water boiler which is something one would usually expect from a 4-stars hotel. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
BBuchangdarenhaoThe hotel is quite old; the decor feels at least a decade old, and the carpet is frayed in many places. The tower is its most distinctive feature, but it's a separate paid attraction. Las Vegas hotels are typically very large and sprawling, so you end up walking quite a distance just to get around inside.

GGuest UserI absolutely enjoyed my stay here at Main Street! The room was very clean and tidy when I arrived. This hotel is located away from the strip which I appreciated but its also not a far drive away so it was perfect for my family and I!
WWukexing! The rooms in the older section didn't have a refrigerator, and the facilities felt a bit dated. However, the pool was exceptionally clean, and ice machines were available in the hallways. Parking was $40 per day, but the room rate was super affordable.
GGuest UserThe staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
