"The location is extremely convenient, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff is professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. The rooms were spotless—the bed linens and towels were exceptionally clean and fresh. I also really loved the lounge area; it is beautifully designed, elegant, and the perfect place to relax after a long day. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"I booked a superior single room. I was a bit worried because I didn't get a response when I asked if it would be one bed for two adults, but thankfully it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a relief. The room was on the first floor, a corner unit, facing a small courtyard past the reception (not the courtyard shown in pictures). Security was excellent. However, a downside was that the courtyard light stayed on all night, and the light coming through the glass window above the door disturbed my sleep. Also, the middle of the mattress was worn out, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The reception staff were fluent in English and very helpful. Since I had an early check-out, they even prepared a breakfast box with sandwiches and an apple. Yandex taxi also came right to the hotel entrance, which was great. If I visit again, I'd definitely like to stay in a room facing the courtyard past the breakfast area."

"The hotel could be much better if they improved their service! Overall, it's pleasant with a nice design. Let's start with the pros: + Great location, with a bank nearby for currency exchange, a coffee shop across the street, two decent fast-food places, and a small supermarket next to the hotel selling nuts, dried fruits by weight, and tea (prices are generally like a market). Tourist attractions are only 100 rubles and about 5-7 minutes away by taxi. + Good breakfast with a wide selection, almost everything you could want, and tasty. + The room was clean. I can't comment on regular cleaning as I requested it at reception for a specific time, and they accommodated me. + The indoor/outdoor pool is clean, and there's nobody there in the morning. Cons: - After 12 PM, the pool gets crowded. Local guys were smoking right on the sun loungers, and no staff member said anything to them. - Upon check-in, the administrator gave me a room that didn't match my booking. I booked an upgraded room, but I was given a 'budget economy' room on the first floor with a view of a concrete wall and absolutely no natural light! (Photos attached). The administrator refused to give me another room for free, claiming they had no rooms. However, after I contacted Trip.com support, he miraculously found another room category for me without any extra charge! A woman before me had the same situation, so it seems they try to scam guests by initially giving them a bad room and then charging extra to upgrade to the one they should have had in the first place. It was a bit stressful, but the issue was resolved in the end. - The shower barely worked; you could only wash under the tap as there was absolutely no water pressure in the showerhead. - The air conditioning only worked on maximum power; it didn't work at all or would switch off on the lowest setting, which was inconvenient. Hotel management needs to control staff who are ruining the hotel's reputation by assigning rooms that don't match bookings, thus spoiling the mood of guests who paid to relax! I also recommend partial renovation or replacement of the plumbing. The hotel looks solid from the outside, but there are clear management shortcomings internally. Fix these issues, and it will significantly improve occupancy and the number of positive reviews! It's all in your hands! I've also included photos of the room I eventually received after the dispute."

"The hotel is lovely and the room is clean. The guys at the reception are very pleasant. There's a pizzeria and a mini-market right next door in the adjacent building. About a three-minute walk from the hotel towards the old town, you'll find a pharmacy. A taxi ride to the old town costs roughly 10,000-13,000 UZS, which is really cheap!"

"The overall experience was good, but the overall facilities are a bit old (perhaps this is the standard in Uzbekistan), and it is a bit difficult to carry luggage without an elevator. The service attitude is polite but not very enthusiastic. It should be noted that you need to pay an additional tourist tax of about 50 RMB to get the small white receipt, and you must pay in cash, which is different from what was written on Ctrip. I am a bit speechless."

"It was okay, but the shower wasn't great; the hot water pressure was low. However, in Bukhara's hot weather, it didn't really matter that the water wasn't super hot. The owner was quite enthusiastic, so it was still pretty good overall."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are cozy with great mattresses and comfortable pillows, new plumbing, and everything is spotless. The room has everything you need, and the toiletries are high-quality. The spa complex is fantastic, featuring a pool, hammam, Finnish sauna, and a gym. The restaurant has a terrace with a view of the Old Town, and the food is delicious. Breakfasts are excellent."

"Overall, I'm very satisfied with the value for money. I'd like to highlight three things that stood out. First, the location is excellent for exploring the Old City. If you get too hot and tired while sightseeing, you can easily pop back to your room to cool down. Also, the room is spacious and clean for the price. Walking around town, I noticed everywhere that Uzbek people really value cleanliness. Finally, the staff's hospitality is wonderful. If you can speak a little English, they'll happily help you with various requests. Some might say the breakfast has limited options. But honestly, you'll be eating plenty of meat and fats out for lunch and dinner anyway. Perhaps it's best to stick to just fruit for breakfast. During my stay, a glass partition was installed between the toilet and shower, so the issue of a wet bathroom floor is no longer a problem. Lastly, whether you use Yandex or Google Maps, they tend to show narrow alleys that cars can't actually enter. This isn't just a hassle for the driver, but also means you end up walking from an inconvenient spot. It's best to just set your destination to the nearest bus stop to the Old City from the beginning."
