The hotel was very clean, and the interior and doors had a lovely, authentic Uzbek design. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of vegetables and fruits, allowing for a hearty start to the day. The courtyard was decorated with elements that truly captured Uzbek culture. The shower had good water pressure, and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel staff were incredibly kind; although there's no elevator, they helped carry our heavy suitcases both upon arrival and departure! During breakfast, other guests were celebrating a birthday with a surprise party, and at check-out, we were even given snacks. The owner and all the staff were very kind and attentive. We had a small issue, but they handled it professionally and earnestly. The hotel is close to the Ark Citadel, and it's about a 20-minute walk along the main street from the Lyab-i Hauz area, so you can easily explore without needing a taxi. Underneath the Ark Citadel, there was a festive light-up from the end of the year into the new year, attracting many locals. The area around the hotel is quiet, which was perfect for a relaxing stay.

The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. Kudos to the hotel staff for going above and beyond! They specifically combined two beds for us and replaced them with a large mattress, creating a wonderfully comfortable super king-sized bed. 😊 The hotel's aesthetic design is truly impressive. The lobby also thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks and water. Guests have complimentary access to the indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath (hammam), and sauna. It's conveniently located less than a 20-minute walk from the heart of Bukhara Old City. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the overall stay offered excellent value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🌟 The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The food was delicious, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even more special. They kindly allowed early check-in with breakfast, and the breakfast itself was rich and varied—a perfect start to each day. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely come back

The facilities were good, as expected from the Wyndham chain. The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem. However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly. I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday. I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime. No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance, and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.

In the end, I was so glad I stayed that I extended my stay. The location was great, within walking distance of sightseeing👍 As is common in historic old towns, there are roads that cars🚗 can't access, but taxis were able to get to the hotel, which was convenient. On the way back, when I used the app to call a taxi to the station, the taxi came down an inaccessible road, and had to wait a little distance away. I was in a bit of a pick-up spot, but a staff member called out to me, carried my luggage, and helped me to the taxi waiting area. I was able to catch the train safely in the morning, so I'm really grateful🥹💕

The room was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Its prime location meant I could easily walk to all the main attractions, and the area was lively and convenient in the evenings. It made for a truly wonderful trip to Bukhara.

The hotel environment is good, the room is average, quite clean, but not bad. I found that the public environment of hotels in Uzbekistan is good, but the rooms are just average. However, this hotel is close to the scenic spot, so I still recommend it. The front desk service is very good. We had to check out at 6 am on the last day, and the front desk had prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Thumbs up. The following pictures were taken in the hotel.

The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day. The location is excellent, right in the old town, and easy to find on the main road. It's a restored historical site. The front desk staff were very attentive; I arrived a few hours later than scheduled, and the hotel even messaged me to contact them if I encountered any problems. I finally arrived and checked in late at night, and the young man at the front desk immediately showed me to my room without even taking my money. Everything was brand new, and the room was very clean and tidy. Because it was the off-season, there seemed to be no other guests, and they gave me a huge table of food for breakfast the next day, including freshly made fried eggs and sausages. After breakfast, I was about to go out for a stroll when I went to the front desk to pay. The owner even said that I could check out at any time and gave me directions at the door. It was really kind of them! I rarely write reviews, but I sincerely recommend this hotel. It's only been open for three months, and it deserves to be known by more people!

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast is also voluminous, and you can eat rice and buckwheat seeds. I forgot to clean the room, and sometimes the hot water doesn't come out. Amenities are minimal. It is a pity that it is a little far from the tourist area of Bukhara and that there are few restaurants where you can eat casually in the surrounding area. There is a supermarket nearby, so you can buy drinks and snacks there.
