My favorite visa-free country so far has appeared.
It has to be said that anyone who has been to Georgia will be shocked by the beautiful scenery here,
The natural scenery is beautiful, and the historical and cultural heritage is profound,
I really like the historical towns, monuments, and churches here,
The hometown of red wine is even more tempting.
It's full of holiday vibes. It's really great to come here for a few days if you don't want to work.
-
⭐️Georgia and China are mutually visa-free, and a single entry can stay for 30 days.
-

✈️Georgia feels like Eastern Europe, the prices are not high, the transportation is also very convenient, car rental, chartered car, etc. are very convenient, plus visa-free, it is very suitable for a walk.
-
🎒If time permits, you can play the three countries of the Outer Caucasus together, first fly to Azerbaijan (2-3 days), then take a train from Azerbaijan to Georgia (sleep one night, arrive in Tbilisi the next day), and then take a bus from Tbilisi to Armenia The capital Yerevan, Armenia is not big, 4 days is enough.

✅ Anti-theft article
Always remember to bring a mobile phone lanyard when you go to London! It can greatly reduce the probability of being stolen my friend and I did not encounter thieves throughout the whole process ~
⚠️ suggest hanging a mobile phone lanyard ➕ dumpling bag in front of the body, it will be much safer!
⚠️ Keep an eye on everything you own. There are a lot of thieves out there!
⚠️ don't recommend carrying a backpack 🎒 easy to be stolen! Crossbody bags should also be in front of you to be ok
⚠️ Remember the fanny pack must be carried in front of you the whole time, once you go to the side or the back it can be dangerous!!!!
⚠️ pay special attention to not use the mobile phone should also be held firmly, or may end up with only empty phone case
⚠️ usually go out with only mobile phone lanyard, mobile phone, charging treasure, bank card, sunglasses lipstick sunscreen, etc., and student card
⚠️ In short, watch your mobile phone, bag and bank card throughout London! It's easy to lose things!
This trip to London has come to a successful end, the big city ➕ capital is really worth a visit! London has a lot of things that Edinburgh doesn't have, but the overall pace of the city is much faster than Edinburgh! Both cities are beautiful, long-lost bustle vs. quaint serenity, each with their own characteristics ✨.

After traveling to 40 countries, I finally found my favorite travel destination!
Friends often ask me: "You've been to 40 countries, which one is your favorite?" I never had a definite answer. 😳
First, I live in Iceland, a country that many people call the ultimate travel destination, so my travel threshold is very high. Second, there are very few travel destinations that have all five of these elements: reasonable prices, beautiful scenery, good security, delicious food, and a pleasant climate.
But this year, I found my favorite travel destination, and that is Austria 🇦🇹. By chance, I traveled to Austria five times, each time for 10 days to half a month. Each trip refreshed my understanding of this country.
Thanks to the invitation of the Austrian National Tourist Office, I packed my bags again, said goodbye to the cold nights of Iceland, and flew to Austria. ✈️
This is my second vacation in Austria this year, and I chose Salzburg again. This land, which combines the beauty of history and nature, is like a never-fading painting. Whether it is the solemnity of the old city, the elegance of the royal hotel, or the tranquility of the lake district, it attracts me, a traveler from afar.
The ancient city of Salzburg is like a bright pearl, inlaid between the green mountains and rivers. This is the cradle of Mozart, where notes float in the air, and the outlines of the buildings seem to tell ancient stories. 🏰
If Salzburg is the elegance of humanity, then the lake district not far from Salzburg is the sound of nature. The emerald lakes hidden in the green mountains are like a few bright gems.
I also chose one of the only two Rosewood hotels in Austria as my base for this trip. The hotel is located by the lake, and when you open the window of your room, you can see the lake and mountains. It is truly a secluded paradise. In October, it was awarded the highest honor of the "Michelin Star Key" rating - "Three Star Key". It used to be a castle where royal family members came to escape the summer heat, and it was also the filming location of the movie "Sissi". 👸
Hiking is the best way to explore the lake district. The lake district is composed of lakes of different sizes and small towns built by the lake. Towns such as Gosau and Wolfgang are worth visiting. Walking along the lakeside path, your steps are light, and you can only hear the whisper of the wind and the chirping of birds. The sparkling lake, the majestic snow-capped mountains, and the quiet forest are truly a magnificent painting! 🏔
If you are looking for a place to escape the world, you can't miss the lake district of Austria. Wash your body and mind in the lakes and mountains, and find a place for your soul in the tranquility.
The mountains and rivers are silent, but they are enough to comfort every traveler who is looking for a place for their soul. 🍃
Khan El-Khalili | Step into the Arabian Nights of a thousand and one nights
Egyptians speak of the story of Khan El-Khalili with historical reminiscence and pride in their national essence.
Cairo's old city's Hussein Square is situated between the sacred Al-Azhar Mosque and the Imam Hussein Mosque. Historically, this was one of the urban centers during the Mamluk era!
At that time, Cairo was exactly at the crossroads of the trade route extending from the Indian Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea!
In the 14th century, Egypt's rulers chose this geomantically auspicious site, ordered the demolition of nearby cemeteries, concentrated the country's folk artists and various craftsmen here, and according to the division of each industry into its own street and alley, built what would later become the famous traditional craft market of Egypt known throughout the Middle East and the world. To this day, the alleys of Khan El-Khalili still retain their original names.
Even today, this market with a strong Islamic ambiance is still composed of thousands of individual small shops distributed along dozens of small streets and alleys. The market still retains the shopping environment and atmosphere of the Middle Ages in its narrow paths. The goods sold range from gold and silver jewelry, copper plates, stone carvings, leather goods to traditional Egyptian handicrafts, offering everything one could wish for, not to mention those tacky toy camels and pyramids and sphinxes made of alabaster.
The very popular archway can navigate to the Omkalthoum Bar & Restaurant, just around the corner, but don't have too high hopes for the scenery and portrait photography. The attitudes of the owners of these two shops are very unfriendly, they will chase away and block tourists who are taking photos. Actually, I don't find anything wrong with this behavior at all, after all, different people have different ways of doing business and attitudes. I thought that buying something from their shop would allow me to take photos, but it wasn't the case. After we made our purchases, we thought we could take a few photos, but the shopkeeper still refused to move away. Not only did they refuse to move, but they also had a very unhappy look on their faces. But that's okay, they never said that buying something entitled you to take photos. In the end, I took a few shots with a telephoto lens.
But what's more outrageous is that the item we bought was fine when we looked at it, but after the shopkeeper packaged it and gave it to us, we found it was broken when we got back to the hotel, and the broken part was glued back together (proving it wasn't damaged on the way back to the hotel).
To be honest, if you want to take photos and check in, you can spend an evening browsing around, but if you want to buy something, I wouldn't recommend coming here~ Khan El-Khalili Market
The White Cliffs of England, otherwise a dream of white in the mortal world, are the end of the world!
The White Cliffs of England, otherwise a dream of white in the mortal world
The White Cliffs of England are hailed by 'National Geographic' as the end of the world. Located in the southern part of England, they serve as a boundary line between the mountains and the sea, dating back to the Cretaceous period 100 million years ago. It is said that when looking towards England from the European continent, the prominent white cliffs are visible, hence the cliffs are also considered a symbol of England. The White Cliffs of Dover
During World War II, there was a popular song called 'There'll Be Bluebirds Over the White Cliffs of Dover', which was about the cliffs of Dover. It is said that when the British navy returned home and saw the cliffs of Dover, it meant they had seen home.
End of the World | White Cliffs - Seven Sisters Cliff
A 2-hour drive from the center of London
Arrived at the white cliffs to see another end of the world
Came to the English Channel from the textbooks
Where the sea meets the sky, and the fields touch the heavens
Even the little dog is quietly enjoying the moment
A light hike doesn't feel tiring, a visit to London is truly worth it
Captured a fulfilling life photo, live picture
Tips
Driving there is more convenient, the lighting is better before 11 am or after 4 pm. Sunset is around 9:30, bring a jacket for wind protection. There is a dedicated parking lot, which charges 6 pounds/2 hours, coins only. (You can download an app to pay online)
The first Maldivian resort opened by Chinese people - the cost performance ratio is amazing!
The Maldives Le Yi Resort Kunawasi Island, which opened in May last year, is one of the few islands in the Maldives that can combine snorkeling and sea views. The sapphire lagoon water makes people fall into this dreamy beauty at a glance. The hotel is also surrounded by many famous nurse sharks and dolphin haunts in the Maldives. Dolphins can often be seen on the island.
This island has no seagrass. The selected sand is particularly delicate. The vegetation on the island is still in the growth stage, but it does not affect the privacy of the sand house. This is a resort hotel with a high cost performance ratio. The transportation cost to the island is only 200 US dollars per person. It is precisely because of this that although everything is available, it is definitely not comparable to luxury islands. It is a high-quality choice for pursuing cost performance!
It is worth mentioning that the owner of this resort hotel is Chinese. This is also the first resort hotel opened by Chinese people in the Maldives. The hotel is a brand new hotel brand. My feeling after staying is that the overall is not bad. Worth a stay!

Lugu Lake is a 100/100!
Life is short, so it's okay to be confused sometimes. 🥴
Today, I finally checked into the "Confused Nest"!!
I took a half-month vacation during the National Day holiday 🏖️
and flew directly to Lugu Lake 😌
I wanted to see this rare paradise~
Lugu Lake is really beautiful
There are no cars or horses
Only the chirping of hundreds of birds
Hundreds of seagulls fly around my boat 🚢
It's so beautiful~
The Confused Nest is near Lugu Lake
This is also the filming location of "Dear Inn"
The entire season was filmed here
It's so easy to get a celebrity-style room 🫴🏠
Every brick and tile is the ingenuity of the Mosuo people ❤️
The beautiful open garden port is definitely a popular check-in spot
There is also a super long sky corridor...
Standing by the window, you can experience the tranquility of Lugu Lake
In the evening, you can enjoy a health spa
Bangkok will penalize every individual who does not strategize‼️
This is the first time I went to Bangkok without a guide!
Because my best friend is in Bangkok, so she took me on an in-depth tour without stepping on any pitfalls! Take out your notebook and write it down!

▪️ Watergate Temple Buddha: very recommended to go! There is no admission fee, different angles are very shocking, photo also out of the film ~ Chinese people bring fire photo bit, the address on the picture directly search!
▪️ Zhengwang Temple: recommended! The surrounding area is full of shops renting clothes, 150 baht a set No time limit, the Chao Phraya River across the Grand Palace can be seen, 1-2h can be photographed to stroll through!
❌ do not recommend the Grand Palace because the land is not big tickets are expensive, several are not open, depending on personal wishes it!
▪️ Siam Paragon and Centralworld together, Netflix footbridge is here, large shopping district can slowly stroll
▪️ Four-Face Buddha + Big C: walk from the shopping district can be reached, the Four-Face Buddha is super small, like in the square; BC big supermarkets can buy speciality products, Thai school uniforms are also here to buy, a set of 100 + rmb very cost-effective!
▪️ ordinary red light district, you can see it, a bit shocking!
D2
▪️ICONSIAM: super big! Very good to stroll ~ underground water night market to eat a lot, inside and outside are very suitable for photography, you can slowly stroll most of the day!
▪️ Mekong River Cruise: highly recommended to go to the opposite side of the Zheng Wang Temple to see the sunset! 🌇 very beautiful and very good shot, unfortunately this time did not go ......
▪️ Chinatown: super crowded at night, super lively, eat a lot, take pictures also beyond the film!
▪️NANA Square: you can feel the Thai ‘culture’, very strong, seems to be in the city is very lively!
▪️Kaoshan Road Night Market: foreigners gathered in these two night areas, a street of bars, but also food, lively 💥!
D3
▪️ Siam Walking Street: the other side of Paragon, a bit like Chunxi Road in Chengdu and Nanjing East Road in Shanghai, many shops are very good to shop!
▪️ King Power Duty Free Shop: big brands from 50% off, the day we went 70% off, snacks are very cheap with 2k-1k 🐷 coupons, worth shopping 🛍️
▪️ Food Street after Chulalongkorn University: superb food! Milk Boy is right here, lots of queues and the milk is super good!
Recommended
▫️ Many streets and alleys in Thailand are very Thai flavour, you can take more photos 📸
▫️ accommodation can live in the old town, Siam District, Riverside District, there are not many attractions! It is also relatively gathered, three days of slow play is also enough!
▫️ Most of them are Bangkok ➕ Pattaya or Bangkok ➕ Phuket, if you have enough time, you can arrange the itinerary in this way.
▫️ The Mai Attack Railway Market, Tannen Sado Floating Market, and the Ancient City of Siam are very, very far away! Don't follow the guide blindly to play 😤
Food
The first two photos on ▪️ are from BTS S8 station.
Ghost Hanging Noodles, Tossed Rice (go to other shops to find the same ones all are delicious)

🇵🇹 Lisbon Old Town One-Day City Walk Itinerary
Lisbon is a city perfect for city walks, despite its undulating slopes that can be quite tiring on the legs. However, this is also a unique feature of the city. As you stroll through the old town, you can see the city's worn charm, which does not detract from its appeal. The city exudes a relaxed atmosphere, and the streets are full of character.
During my day in Lisbon, the weather was unpredictable, with intermittent rain ☔️ and sunshine 🌞. Regardless of the conditions, every snapshot was picturesque. Here are some of the beautiful spots I captured:
Photo 2️⃣3️⃣: Bica Funicular, a hill-climbing tool that offers a stunning view of the sea at its highest point. I recommend taking a taxi directly to the top 📍Livraria Antiquaria do Calhariz to save some legwork‼️
Photo 4️⃣: The first intersection after climbing the Bica Funicular, where you can capture a side view of the funicular.
Photos 5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣: Starting from the Bica Funicular, follow the route of Tram 28 🚃 and walk along the undulating roads. Every shot is beautiful, although it was raining when we walked this stretch, and it would be even more stunning on a sunny day.
Photo 8️⃣: After walking through the narrow alleys, you'll arrive at a large intersection 📍Cc.Estrela Tram Station, where you can also capture the blue jacaranda trees. The sun suddenly came out when we reached this spot, after raining earlier 🌧️.
Photo 9️⃣: Located at 📍Rua de Sao Felix, this area is a quiet residential district with few people and beautiful scenery, including views of the sea.
Photo 10: Lisbon Cathedral, capturing the scene of a tram passing by.
Photos 11·12: Miradouro de Santa Luzia, a free viewpoint where you can gaze at the red rooftops and the sea.
Photo 1️⃣: Taken on the way from Lisbon Cathedral to Miradouro de Santa Luzia, I loved this shot so much that I used it as the cover photo. It's a picture I think could be made into a fridge magnet‼️
Photos 13·14·15: Located at 📍Chafariz das Moiras, this spot is absolutely stunning‼️ There's a beautiful blue jacaranda tree 🌸.
Photos 16·17: São Jorge Castle, in my opinion, is the best viewpoint in Lisbon. It's situated at the highest point, offering a 360-degree panoramic view. Although there's an entrance fee, the view is indeed better than the free viewpoints, with fewer people. It's also a great spot to watch the sunset 🌇. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal during our visit, with too many clouds and no sunset to see. There were also many peacocks 🦚 inside.

The temperature difference between morning and evening in Yichang is relatively large recently. It is recommended to wear a windbreaker, with a single layer inside and a windbreaker on top, which is very suitable for the mountains and rivers.
"Water becomes flat here, and mountains become hills here."
Yichang is worth another visit.

A room, a courtyard, and a private hot spring! I want to go 5 times a month.
Chengdu has really entered winter with the push of a button ❄️
I took my child to escape the hustle and bustle of the city during the National Day holiday, so I chose the Sweet Potato Vine Resort Hotel near Chengdu. The hotel is located in the Sancha Lake Scenic Area, with a beautiful blend of nature and culture.
The fresh white style and green plants are pleasing to the eye.
The holiday vibe is full, and you might think you're abroad.
Each room has a separate yard and hot spring pool♨️, which is clean, sanitary, and private.
The 200-square-meter room is really big and suitable for active children.
The home furnishings are exquisite and of good quality.
The indoor playground and outdoor play facilities are very complete, and you can completely free your hands to walk the baby.
You can also make an appointment to bake 🧁 cakes, pizzas 🍕, biscuits 🍪, etc. ⋯• The pizza 🍕 made by the children is delicious!
The hotel actually prepares supper and beer 🍻
After eating supper, go back to the room and take a bath♨️
You can enjoy the view of Sancha Lake while soaking in the hot spring♨️ in the yard.
This is not a holiday atmosphere‼️

Nanjing in autumn, you're so beautiful that I hardly recognize you...
"Nanjing under the shade of the plane trees, the autumn is strong." How can Nanjing be absent from the autumn in the south of the Yangtze River? If you have already appreciated the garden style of Suzhou and Hangzhou, you might as well come to Nanjing and feel its grand beauty. Nanjing in autumn is your best choice for travel.
-
✅There are several must-visit places in Nanjing:
1⃣️Plane Tree Avenue
The plane leaves in autumn are golden and brilliant. The best time to visit is in the early morning, when there are few people and cars. It is a good time to take photos, and you may also encounter the beautiful scenery of the Tyndall effect.
2⃣️Meiling Palace
Overlooking from the air, Plane Tree Avenue is like a delicate necklace, and Meiling Palace is the most dazzling gem on it.
3⃣️Liu Hui Xie
Close to the music stand, this is a little-known quiet place to enjoy autumn.
4⃣️Pilu Temple
Compared with Jiming Temple, there are few people here. The ginkgo leaves in autumn are beautiful, and the statue of "Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva" in the temple is even more shocking.
5⃣️Laomendong
The red leaves of the Chinese tallow tree and the white walls and black tiles complement each other, showing the colorful style of Nanjing in autumn, like a vivid watercolor painting.

🗺️Recommended autumn tour route in Nanjing: Plane Tree Avenue → Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum → Meiling Palace → Nanjing Music Stand → Liu Hui Xie → Pilu Temple → Laomendong
I visited Italy four times in one year, and I'm here to share the best routes from north to south!
Italy, a country full of romance and art, always attracts me. I visited four times in one year, and twice I chose this beautiful land without hesitation. Today, I will share a carefully planned itinerary for Italy, taking you from northern Italy to southern Italy, and showing you the scenery you can't miss.
Milan: The starting point of fashion and art
The journey begins in Milan, a city full of fashion. It is not only a shopping paradise, but also a palace of art. Here, you can enjoy world-class art works and feel the profound culture of Italy.
Lake Como: The back garden of Milan
Depart from Milan and drive for half an hour to Lake Como. This quiet lake is surrounded by mountains, and the lake is clear and bottomless, like a beautiful picture. Stroll in the small town by the lake and feel the tranquility and beauty. Varenna, Bellagio, Lenno, each town has its own unique charm, especially those villas hidden in the lake and mountains, such as Villa Monastero, Villa Melzi and Villa del Balbianello, which are even more fascinating.
Dolomites: Green Wonderland in July, August and September
Continue north to the Dolomites. Here, July, August and September are the time when the grass is green, and there may be snow in mid-September. Drive for 4 hours from Milan to this fairyland. On the Alpe di Siusi, you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise and sunset. The Sporthotelsonne where we stayed has a great view. In addition, Ortisei and Val di Funes are also places not to be missed, especially the iconic small church in Val di Funes, which is impressive.
Florence and Tuscany: The cradle of the Renaissance
Go south to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, and Piazzale Michelangelo is a great place to watch the sunset. In Tuscany, from May to early June is the time when the grass is green. It takes 3 hours to drive from Rome. Here, you can live for a week and feel the tranquility and comfort. Recommended accommodation Villa Cozzano, located in a beautiful manor, surrounded by S-shaped cypress trees and beautiful houses. In addition, the town of Pienza is also a good place to heal the soul. It is located in the valley and is full of tranquility and harmony.
Rome: The charm of the eternal city
How can you miss Rome when you come to Italy? This eternal city is full of historical and cultural atmosphere, and every corner hides a story. Here, you can explore the ruins of ancient Rome and feel the shock of time and space.
Sicily: A dreamland all year round
Finally, come to Sicily. Here you can play all year round. Although the summer season is hot, the beautiful scenery of Cefalu, Taormina and Syracuse is definitely worth a visit. Cefalu is a postcard of Sicily, Taormina is a colorful town on the cliff, and Syracuse is the location of the beautiful legend of Sicily. Flying from Rome or Milan to Palermo or Catania, and then renting a car to visit Sicily, is a very comfortable way to travel.
This route from northern Italy to southern Italy covers many beautiful scenery and features of Italy. Whether it's fashionable Milan, quiet Lake Como, magnificent Dolomites, Renaissance Florence and Tuscany, eternal Rome or dreamy Sicily, it's all fascinating. If you love Italy like me, you might as well follow this route guide and go deep into this beautiful land!
Compared to Jingdezhen, I prefer this small city listed by National Geographic
Having traveled to many places in Jiangxi, if you ask me to recommend one must-visit destination, I would suggest Shangrao. This small city, recognized by National Geographic, features Huangling, one of China's most beautiful villages, and Sanqing Mountain, a Taoist sacred mountain and World Natural Heritage site, along with many other hidden gems. It's truly worth spending a few days exploring.
📚 Travel Guide:
🚩 4-day, 3-night itinerary (see route in P4‼️)
🔸Day 1: Take a high-speed train to Shangrao Station → Wangxiangu, stay at Wangxiangu
🔸Day 2: Wangxiangu → Sanqing Mountain, stay at Sanqing Mountain
🔸Day 3: Sanqing Mountain → Huangling → Wunvzhou night view, stay in Wuyuan County
🔸Day 4: Hotel → Wuyuan Station, return by high-speed train
⚠️ For a more relaxed trip, consider staying overnight in Huangling as well, as the area is less crowded before 9 AM. After visiting Huangling, head to Wunvzhou for the night view. During the day, you can explore lesser-known ancient villages like Tancun and Sanyan Bridge.
📷 Must-visit Spots
✅ Wangxiangu (P1-P3): An ancient-style town built on cliffs, reminiscent of a fantasy world. It offers a unique atmosphere at dusk.
✅ Sanqing Mountain (P5): A Taoist sacred mountain and World Natural Heritage site, featuring stunning peaks, ancient trees, and misty clouds, showcasing nature's artistry.
✅ Huangling (P6, P7): Recognized as one of China's most beautiful villages by National Geographic, famous for its rapeseed flower fields.
✅ Wunvzhou (P8-P10): A must-see night view in Wuyuan, with magnificent architecture, bright lights, and spectacular fireworks. Don't miss the traditional iron flower performance.
📌 Tips:
❶ Wunvzhou is mainly for night views and not much to see during the day. It's close to the county, so staying there can save on accommodation costs.
❷ The distances between these attractions are not short, and public transport is not very convenient. It's recommended to rent a car and opt for a one-way rental, as the arrival and departure high-speed train stations are different‼️

Pattaya Hotels | Rooftop Restaurant & Family Fun, Brand New Internet-Famous Ocean View Hotel.
| Rooftop Restaurant & Family Fun, Brand New Internet-Famous Ocean View Hotel. There are several Grande Centre Point hotels in Bangkok. I've stayed at the Sukhumvit location before, and it left a good impression. This time I chose Grande Centre Point Pattaya for my trip to Pattaya, and I'd like to share my check-in experience.
The hotel is very new and right next to the newly opened Terminal 21 shopping center. The hotel's G floor connects directly to the mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. Let's Relax is on the first floor, the Tiffany Show theater is opposite the hotel, and the beach is a five-minute walk away. The location is excellent.
I booked an ocean view suite. The room is spacious, with a balcony offering direct ocean views, a walk-in closet, and a large bathtub. The ceiling has constellation lights. It's quite enjoyable to lie in bed, admire the scenery, and gaze at the constellations.
The hotel has two restaurants. One is on the 32nd floor rooftop, which I highly recommend. It has an excellent view, perfect for afternoon tea on a sunny day or dinner at sunset—a great spot for photos. The buffet restaurant is on the F floor. The breakfast is plentiful, and they have a delicious Thai-style omelet. Every Saturday, they offer a super cost-effective seafood buffet for CNY 150 per person.
The garden pool on the F floor is perfect for kids. There's a high-altitude glass walkway, a children's pool, and a super cute kids' club. It's not just for kids; even I, as a grown-up, could spend a lot of time there.😜 I plan to bring my baby back next time.
Pattaya, Bang Lamung
I'm telling you, it's true, don't come to Egypt
Because once you do, you'll want to come back!
Everyone on the internet is trying to dissuade people from visiting Egypt, saying there are many scammers. I was prepared to be scammed, but it turns out it's not that easy to be deceived!
A treasure trove of tourism with one of the world's eight wonders, the Red Sea, deserts, and historical civilization

Blue Temple, Chiang Rai | A temple that left me in awe for a long time.
| A temple that left me in awe for a long time. I've seen many temples in Bangkok and Chiang Mai 🕍
But the most magical temple is in Chiang Rai
Whether it's the architectural design, the craftsmanship, or the color scheme
You'll be amazed among the many temples!
🏛️Location: Blue Temple, Chiang Rai, search on the map to get there
🚕Transportation: It's about a 4-hour drive from Chiang Mai, located at the northernmost tip of Thailand. Most people come to Chiang Rai for a day trip, visiting the black, white, blue, and dragon temples
📷tips:
☑️If you're coming from Chiang Mai, it's recommended to rent a car, which saves time and effort. Plus, it's just right to visit four temples in one day. In addition to temples, Chiang Rai has many coffee shops worth visiting. If you're interested, you can wait for my next few posts
☑️The architecture is unique and huge, so it's best to have a phone with a 13mm or wider ultra-wide angle for better photos. The visual impact of wide-angle photos is something that ordinary photos can't give
☑️The Blue Temple is not as strict as other temples, you can wear long skirts or shorts, and there's no entrance fee. The photo spot is basically at the entrance
☑️Don't forget the Buddha statue on the right, it's very interesting to sit on the ground

Nanjing's Summer Retreat for Coolness and Leisure—Perfect for Reading and Photography
📚With the arrival of the scorching summer days, where can one stay cool and tranquil for half a day?! A scholar once said, 'The most magnificent palace in the world is the library that holds the most books'! As a city of reading, Nanjing's bookstores are naturally a part of its cultural landmarks. Not to mention the nationally famous Pioneer, let's take a look at the recently super popular Jin Chuang Book City, which became famous on various platforms because of a '16-meter sky-high book wall'. The staircase corridor that resembles a red ribbon runs through the 'Heavenly Road', making the golden backdrop of the fourth-floor book wall even more visually stunning, with a somewhat artistic temperament.
🕋This four-story bookstore has transparent glass windows from the inside out, and walking inside is like an outdoor scenic terrace, reminding me of the once-popular Eslite Bookstore. The entrance is the recommended book area, where authors are said to be official recommenders.
🕋The entire third floor is a children's reading area, with parent-child, terrace garden, tents, and more interactive features. Each floor's reading area also has its own characteristics! On the fourth floor, there's a small theater and art exhibition space, where scholars and celebrities occasionally visit to introduce!
☕️At the leisurely coffee bar, order a drink, pick up a book, or sit by the window, close to the quiet walkway—this is the ideal reading environment. Not only can you read and rest, but you can also take photos and check in, isn't it a wonderful summer scene?!
🛎Of course, the primary purpose of the bookstore is reading, so do not disturb others, and be a civilized 'visitor'!

48 hours Flash trip to Copenhagen? Why not!
Copenhagen.
48-hour flash trip to Copenhagen? Why not!
Copenhagen, known as *the capital of Hygge*, is expensive for everything (except for transportation). Hence, here are 10 free attractions and money-saving tips for Copenhagen:
1. Stroll around Nyhavn. Whether it's daytime or evening, it offers different vibes.
2. Visit the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek museum on the last Wednesday of each month for free. The second floor showcases works by Impressionist masters like Monet, Van Gogh, and Gauguin.
3. Visit Thorvaldsens Museum for free every Wednesday.
4. Wondering around the Open market: TorvehallerneKBH in the city center. The food is expensive though, so just feast with your eyes.
5. Wander the streets. Along Gråbrødretorv, Strøget, or Værnedamsvej, you'll find old houses, cafes, and home goods stores filled with Hygge elements.
6. Visit Nordic churches. Surprisingly, most churches in Copenhagen are free to enter. Whether it's the minimalist Church of Our Lady or the grand Frederik's Church with the largest dome in Scandinavia, they bring a sense of inner peace.
7. Explore the Royal Library, and take a walk along the canal to admire Nordic architecture.
8. Check out Nyboder, a filming location for *The Danish Girl*. These rows of simple yellow buildings, built in the 17th and 18th centuries, were once naval barracks. Nearby, Kastellet, a star-shaped fortress, is still an active military base. There are guards at the entrance, but locals prefer jogging around its walls.
9. Travelling from the airport to the city, whether by train or metro, it costs only DKK 30 (HKD 33.6), which is quite reasonable for European airport transportation. Metro day passes are also available—details can be found via the DOT Ticket app.
10. If accommodation in Copenhagen is too expensive, consider staying in nearby cities like Malmö or Helsingør, which are within an hour's travel time. Factoring in transportation costs, it might be cheaper than staying in Copenhagen itself.
Some might say traveling to Scandinavia is always expensive, and that people without money shouldn’t go. But this journey to discover Nordic happiness led me to read *The Little Book of Hygge* before my trip, and I learned that Hygge isn’t about spending more to gain happiness. If high costs make you uncomfortable, you’ve missed the point of Hygge.
