Ladies! Deep in the Caucasus Mountains lies a snow-capped secret that leaves everyone speechless🏔 The July breeze blows down from the glaciers, carrying coolness and the scent of fresh grass A 14th-century ancient church perches at 2,170 meters above sea level Behind it rise 5,000-meter-tall snow-capped peaks year-round Below stretches a wildflower-covered alpine meadow This is the location of the "church closest to heaven," as stamped by Lonely Planet A snowy mountain town you won’t want to leave once you arrive · — 🚐 How to reach this cloud-hidden secret? There are three routes from the capital— “Budget champion · official minibus” Go to Didube metro station. After exiting, walk through the underground passage, pass the vegetable market, and you’ll see the minibus stop Fare is 20 lari per person (about 50 RMB). The bus departs when full and doesn’t stop along the way The trip takes about 3 hours, winding north along the military highway ⏰ Departure times are mainly between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. It’s best to catch an early bus “Comfort choice · shared business car” Also near Didube station, find a shared ride in a 5-7 seat business vehicle Costs 30–40 lari per person, negotiable down to 30 lari The advantage is stopping at two or three scenic viewpoints for photos You can get off at Ananuri castle, the reservoir viewpoint, and the Russian friendship monument “Self-driving” The full distance is 138 km. The road is in good condition but has many curves in the second half Note ⚠️ Speed checks are strict during the July peak season, with many speed limit signs SUV rental is recommended. A higher chassis handles the gravel roads more comfortably · — 🛣️ Three must-stop spots along the military highway No matter which transport you choose, this century-old military highway is a visual feast👇 First stop | Ananuri castle A medieval twin-tower fortress stands by the emerald water It once graced the cover of Lonely Planet Stone walls paired with jade-green river water make every photo a masterpiece Second stop | Zhinvali reservoir A huge emerald mirror nestled in the valley In summer, the water level is full, reflecting the spruce forests on both banks It’s best to stop early in the morning when the light is clearest Third stop | Russian friendship monument A semicircular giant mosaic mural built on a cliff edge Below is a bottomless gorge Standing at the edge looking down, adrenaline spikes instantly This is also a drone photography hotspot with stunning aerial views · — ⛪ The highlight! Hiking pilgrimage to the Holy Trinity church This church is the soul of the entire trip Built in the 14th century, entirely from volcanic rock Perched alone at 2,170 meters, backed by the 5,033-meter Kazbek snow peak After 700 years of war, it still stands under the vast sky “Hiking up the mountain” Starting from the town, the elevation gain is about 500 meters The whole trip takes about 1.5–2 hours, mostly dirt roads and not too steep In summer, the meadows are lush green, and wildflowers cover the slopes Look back every 10 minutes to see the scenery unfold layer by layer It’s best to start between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM when the light is soft and there are fewer people “Taking an off-road vehicle up the mountain” For those who don’t want to walk, you can hire a local off-road vehicle About 50 lari per car, split among 3 people Five kilometers of gravel mountain road, bumpy but equally breathtaking views For the descent, it’s recommended to take the other trail to see a completely different canyon perspective · — 💡 2026 latest entry requirements reminder There are major changes to the entry policy starting this year— ✅ Visa-free policy remains: Chinese passport holders get 30 days visa-free ✅ Starting January 1, 2026, a new mandatory requirement: you must purchase travel medical and accident insurance covering the entire trip ✅ Coverage must be at least 30,000 lari (about 75,000 RMB) ✅ Required documents: passport valid for ≥6 months. Round-trip ticket. Insurance policy. Proof of funds ⚠️ Without the insurance policy, you may be stopped at the airport. Don’t take any chances · — 🏡 Where to rest? The town has many mountain cabins facing the snowy peaks where you can relax July peak season prices range from 300 to 500 RMB per night Choose a cabin in a higher location so you can see the snow mountain and church framed together when you open the window It’s recommended to stay at least two nights— The first night to acclimate to the altitude, then hike up early the next morning Stay the second night to catch the golden sunlight on the mountain🏔 ⚠️ The popular mountain-view cabins on the peak have heavy price markups during peak season Staying in the town center offers better value and is only a 10-15 minute walk to the hiking start point · — 🎒 Pre-trip packing list 👟 Mid-high waterproof hiking shoes (gravel roads are common; low-cut shoes easily twist ankles) 🧥 Windbreaker + fleece (it’s windy on the peak. July daytime temps are around 20°C, dropping to single digits in the morning and evening) 🧴 High SPF sunscreen (UV rays are intense at high altitude) 💧 At least 1.5 L of drinking water (no supply points on the mountain) 🔋 Power bank (signal is weak in the mountains, searching for signal drains phone battery quickly) 🧢 Sun hat + sunglasses (snow reflection is glaring) · — 📸 Photo spots guide Best shooting times: 1 hour after sunrise / 1.5 hours before sunset Church front + snow mountain background → shoot from the church’s left side at a 45° angle Church silhouette + sunset glow → shoot from the hillside behind the church Town panorama + snow mountain → look back halfway up the hiking trail Milky Way starry sky → at midnight, far from town lights with the snow mountain as foreground In July, Kazbek’s lush green mountainsides contrast sharply with the cold snow peaks In the evening, sit on the cabin terrace and watch the last sunlight turn the snow peaks golden The church bell echoes through the valley That quiet feeling that makes your heart tremble can never be felt through a screen✨

Just got back from Georgia and sincerely advise: July and August are really not the best time to visit! It’s just too cool and refreshing, and I’m afraid you’ll end up like me, shutting down when you return to 100°F home…😭 ✨【Every spot is a highlight】 🔹Kazbek Mountain: The Holy Trinity Church closest to heaven, with snow still unmelted and grass lush in summer. Wildflowers everywhere, snow-capped mountains in the background, and the breeze feels free. 🔹Batumi Black Sea: The Ali and Nino spinning sculpture, pink sunset reflecting on the sea at dusk, cycling along the coast—so romantic it’s intoxicating. 🔹Sighnaghi wine town: The whole town feels tipsy. In July and August, the vineyards are vibrant green. Pop into any wine cellar and enjoy endless Saperavi dry red wine. 🔹Mestia & Ushguli hometown: The Caucasus secret land of watchtowers, a hiking paradise in summer. Snow mountains, glaciers, wildflower waterfalls, and ancient villages—every shot is wallpaper-worthy. Your phone will fill up 256G in no time. 🔹Tbilisi old town: Sulfur baths wash away fatigue, cable car rides offer magical city views, and cafes are everywhere—slow living is irresistible. 🚗【My 7-day cool itinerary】 Day 1: Arrive in Tbilisi, explore old town, check out Peace Bridge, stay in old town. Day 2: Private car to Kazbek, stop at Ananuri Fortress, spend the afternoon daydreaming at the mountain. Day 3: Visit the misty church in the morning, return to Tbilisi, head to Sighnaghi in the evening (about 2 hours), stay at a winery. Day 4: Wine tasting and walking the walls in Sighnaghi, afternoon sulfur bath back in Tbilisi. Day 5: Early flight to Mestia, hike in Ushguli. ⚠️Note: The one-way drive is about 1.5–2 hours, road conditions are average, and same-day round-trip hiking is tight. Only go if you have the stamina, or leave some regrets for next time. Stay in Mestia. Day 6: Leisure day in Mestia, carpool to Batumi for sunset in the afternoon. Day 7: Batumi botanical garden breeze and seafood, then return. 🍴【Simple and straightforward food】 ▪️Soup-filled dumplings Khinkali: pinch, bite, and slurp the broth—meat juice is amazing. ▪️Boat-shaped cheese bread Adjaruli Khachapuri: raw egg yolk and butter mixed into cheese, a stretchy, calorie-packed delight. ▪️Grilled meat Mtsvadi with pomegranate juice to cut the richness. ▪️Street nut candy Churchkhela, perfect with coffee. ⚠️【Travel tips】 1. Visa: e-visa, issued in 5 business days, print it out. 2. Currency: Lari, exchange a small amount at the airport, better rates in the city, carry enough cash. 3. Clothing: summer clothes during the day, light jacket for mornings and evenings, bring a windbreaker, sunscreen and sunglasses are a must. 4. Transportation: Tbilisi metro is convenient, long distances by shared car or minibus, drivers tend to be aggressive, always wear your seatbelt. 5. Language: Russian is more common, some young people speak English, best to have both translation apps ready. 6. Accommodation: July and August are peak season, book at least two weeks in advance, Kazbek mountain view rooms are especially popular. In the end, don’t go—after you return, you’ll be smiling at your photos every day, telling everyone how cool Georgia is, and seriously not wanting to work. I’m hopeless.🌚

Georgia is back. 3k for 7 days. The scenery is European level, the prices are Southeast Asian. Not many know about it, but going is a win. 🏔️ These spots are a must: Kazbegi Snow-capped mountains with a lone church, the face of Georgia. Take a 4WD up the mountain. At sunrise, the snow turns pink—breathtaking. Sighnaghi Known as the town of love, covered in vineyards with red rooftops stretching across. Stand on the ancient city wall and look down—you’ll want to get married right there. Tbilisi old town Cable car to the fortress, the whole city at your feet. Winding old alleys, colorful balconies, carved windows—you’ll want to take photos every few steps. Mtskheta Ancient capital, a World Heritage site. From the hilltop, see two rivers meet, different colors blending together. Two thousand years of history right before your eyes. Military highway Scenery all along the way. Ananuri fortress, Russia-Georgia friendship monument—rent a car and your camera battery will run out. 🗓️ A 6-day itinerary that’s relaxed and just right: Day 1: Tbilisi old town → cable car fortress → sulfur baths Day 2: Mtskheta → Jvari Monastery Day 3: Military highway → Kazbegi Day 4: Kazbegi sunrise → return to Tbilisi Day 5: Sighnaghi town → winery tasting Day 6: Dry Bridge Market → return trip Take it slow every day, just right. 🍽️ These dishes will make you crave more: Khachapuri: cheese bread with an egg in the middle, tear it apart and enjoy the cheese pull Khinkali: soup-filled meat dumplings, sip the broth first then eat the meat, no knife or fork needed Clay pot red wine: Georgia is the birthplace of wine, cheap and delicious Grilled skewers: full of charcoal flavor, perfect with wine ⚠️ A few reminders: Chinese passports are visa-free for 30 days, just go when you want. Currency is lari, bring US dollars for better exchange rates. Attractions are spread out, renting a car is the easiest way to stop whenever you want. It’s cold on Kazbegi mountain, bring a jacket. Georgia’s charm isn’t on the popular lists. It’s in the morning light on the snowy church, the corners of old town alleys, the lingering taste of clay pot wine. Not expensive, not crowded, not competitive. 3k for a week, and you’ll still be savoring it after you return. Who do you want to take?

Off the beaten path but not too hidden, beautiful scenery with few crowds and great photo spots. Trip.com’s private travel list 🇬🇪 Don’t just squeeze into Tbilisi Old Town and the foot of Mount Kazbek when you come to Georgia! This time we found four “off the beaten path but not completely unknown” treasures. There are snow-capped mountains, canyons, ancient towns, and secret spots—perfect for a short trip. Visa-free travel means you can go anytime~🚗   ① Martvili Canyon The “emerald secret” of the west’s green wilderness A limestone canyon hidden in the Samegrelo region, with turquoise-clear water like polished stone. Moss and ferns cover the cliffs on both sides, as if you’ve stepped into a fairy tale forest 🌿. Stroll along the wooden boardwalk or take a small boat through the misty canyon. It’s incredibly soothing and much quieter than the famous cave attractions. Well known among locals but still relatively hidden to first-time visitors, it’s the kind of place where many know about it but it never feels crowded. ② Ananuri Fortress The “lonely fortress” by the Jinvali reservoir The most classic postcard spot on the Military Highway, this 13th-century stone castle sits by the water and mountains. Behind it are the deep blue reservoir and layered distant peaks, with red leaves in autumn and winter and clear water in spring and summer, each season offering its own charm 🏰. Though it’s a must-see on many Caucasus routes, the open space never feels crowded. Visit early morning or late afternoon to have a section of the wall to yourself. You can even hear the wind blowing the flags. It’s famous but still relaxed to experience. ③ Sighnaghi ancient city walls and outskirts trail The “love town” secret spot in the wine valley Sighnaghi, a snowy mountain town in Kakheti, isn’t exactly unknown, but don’t just stick to the main street! Walk along the western city wall to the abandoned tower trail or take a light hike through the terraced pine forest behind Bodbe Monastery. These rarely visited spots offer panoramic views of the Alazani Valley and distant snow-capped mountains 🌄. Red roofs, vineyards, and medieval stone walls spread out below. It’s a favorite “off-the-beaten-path” route for many photographers, instantly giving a hidden gem vibe without trekking deep into the wilderness. ④ Uplistsikhe rock city The “stone maze” ancient city by the Kura River An earlier human settlement than the cave monasteries, the entire city is carved into a massive rock mountain. Tunnels, halls, wine cellars, and theaters overlap, like stepping into a prehistoric sci-fi movie 🪨. This rock city, dating back to before the Common Era, is well known in archaeology circles but far less crowded than popular city spots. Climb to the highest point to see the golden bend of the Kura River. It feels wild yet is easy to reach, making it a perfect place for exploration without being too remote.   💡 Short trip tips Georgia’s attractions are spread out. Use Tbilisi as a base to explore 2–4 day short trips. Visit the western canyons and eastern Military Highway separately. Mountain and canyon areas have big temperature differences between morning and evening. Even in summer, bring a light windbreaker and wear slip-resistant shoes for hiking. Some hidden spots have weak signal. Download offline maps and respect dress codes at monasteries (ladies should bring a headscarf or shawl). Outfit suggestions: earth tones, red dresses, vintage long skirts—great for photos in green canyons, red walls, snowy mountains, and rock cities! 📍 Georgia’s hidden routes let you avoid rushing and lines. Save your time for the Caucasus wind and stories 🌬️

1. Relaxed 8-day itinerary D1 Arrive in Tbilisi, slow pace to adapt There’s no need to rush to check in at attractions right after landing. Settle into your accommodation first and slowly get familiar with the city’s rhythm. In the evening, stroll along the winding cobblestone streets of the old town. Look up to see rows of red rooftops, and in the distance, the Holy Trinity Cathedral glows warm gold in the sunset, creating a perfect atmosphere. At night, walk to the Bridge of Peace, where neon lights stretch across the valley, offering the city’s gentlest night view. Locals often approach to chat or offer to guide you, usually with the intent to sell something. It’s more comfortable to just explore using navigation on your own. D2 Explore Tbilisi city, where old meets new In the morning, visit the Dry Bridge flea market, filled with vintage cameras, old badges, and hand-painted postcards. It’s fun to browse slowly and find treasures. In the afternoon, check out the city’s unique landmarks: streamlined domed public buildings and the quirky, popular rotating tower. Every photo feels like a hidden gem of the city. For a panoramic view, take the cable car to the mountaintop. At dusk, the soft clouds and the staggered mountain cityscape create a wide, soothing view. D3–D4 Kazbegi | The most stunning highlight of the trip Depart from Tbilisi to Kazbegi, driving along winding mountain roads. Outside the window, endless alpine meadows unfold in layers. The fresh green grass contrasts with the snow-capped Caucasus Mountains in the distance, like stepping into a natural wallpaper. The destination is Gergeti Holy Trinity Church, standing alone on a hillside lawn, backed by towering snowy peaks. It’s Georgia’s most iconic scenery. Two ways to reach the church: 1. Lazy route: drive directly to the mid-mountain parking lot, then a gentle 10-minute uphill walk to the church; 2. Light hiking route: a one-hour uphill trail where you’ll encounter herds of cows and sheep. The higher you go, the fewer people and the grander the views. Honestly, the beauty of Kazbegi depends entirely on the weather. On clear days, the snow mountains are sharp and distinct, with clouds wrapping the mountain waist creating a fairy-tale vibe. But if sudden fog hits the mountains, the church disappears into a sea of clouds, leaving everything white and unclear. Be sure to monitor the mountain weather forecast before heading out. Stay overnight in the mountain town at the foot of the hill, far from city light pollution. The starry sky overhead is quiet and healing. D5 Ananuri fortress lakeside self-drive Drive along the reservoir, where the water is clear blue and surrounded by dense forests on both sides. Ananuri fortress stands by the lake, with two ancient stone churches and red-tiled old houses. The stone archway acts as a natural frame—standing inside it and shooting toward the lake creates excellent depth. The fortress is free to visit with no commercial barriers. You can stop anytime along the lakeside road. Locals often bring picnic mats and food to camp and relax by the lake, creating a very laid-back atmosphere. D6 Sighnaghi wine town A mini town fully enclosed by red brick walls, small in scale and perfect for a slow 2-hour stroll. The streets are lined with European-style pointed-roof houses, each with flowers and plants at the door. Scattered around are many private wineries. You can enter local small wineries for free wine tastings. The town’s pace is slow and relaxed, with no crowded tour groups, ideal for letting go of the rush and wandering the streets at leisure. D7–D8 Return to Tbilisi for rest and departure No need to rush on the last day. Wander the city streets, pick up souvenirs, and rest before heading home. 2. Essential travel tips to avoid pitfalls 1. Never hail taxis on the street in the city Tbilisi street taxis often quote random high prices to tourists, even for short distances. Use the local taxi app Bolt exclusively. Routes and prices are fully transparent, making it worry-free and avoiding scams. 2. Prioritize private car hire for long mountain routes Public transport in northern Georgia’s mountains is infrequent and irregular, wasting a lot of sightseeing time waiting. Private drivers know the mountain roads well and will stop at scenic wild viewpoints. You can balance travel and sightseeing. Confirm your itinerary in advance to avoid disagreements. 3. Seasonal travel differences May–June and September–October offer the best overall experience. Mountain temperatures are comfortable, meadows are lush green, snow on the peaks is intact, and rain or fog is less likely. July–August is peak travel season with a surge in tourists. Mountain days are hot and nights cold, with frequent sudden rain and fog. Winter brings heavy snow in the northern mountains, often closing mountain roads. It’s only suitable for visitors specifically coming to ski. 4. Orthodox church etiquette When entering any church, shorts and sleeveless or shoulder-baring tops are not allowed. Women can carry a silk scarf to cover their heads. Loud talking is prohibited inside, and some areas forbid photography. Following local customs is safer. 3. Mindset changes after returning home Before the trip, I was always caught up in daily spending habits, habitually paying for packaging, markups, and trendy gimmicks, thinking happiness required high costs. After traveling in Georgia, I realized that the most healing scenery never requires extravagant spending. You don’t need to squeeze into popular spots or rush your itinerary. Just sitting quietly in alpine meadows, strolling slowly by the lake, or wandering aimlessly through old town alleys is enough to dissolve long-held anxiety. True inner richness doesn’t come from a dazzling array of goods but from seeing vast mountains and rivers firsthand, learning to let go of competition, and focusing on your own experience. Objective summary of suitable travelers ✅ Suitable: those who love natural scenery, prefer relaxed slow travel, are trying international travel for the first time, or want a brief escape from city pressures; ❌ Not suitable: those passionate about luxury shopping, extremely sensitive to bumpy mountain roads, or used to fully equipped luxury vacations.

Ananuri Fortress is one of Georgia’s most beautiful and renowned historical landmarks. Situated along the Aragvi River and Zhinvali Reservoir, it lies about 60-70 kilometers north of Tbilisi. This fortress stands out for its immaculately preserved medieval architecture, all embraced by picturesque, postcard-perfect natural landscapes. Highlights and Attractions Inside the Fortress 1. Church of the Virgin: Built in 1689, this main church boasts exquisite ancient Georgian architecture. Its exterior walls feature intricate carvings of crosses, grapevines, and various animals. 2. Sheupovari Tower: The ultimate highlight of the fortress. Visitors can climb the steep inner staircase for a 360-degree panoramic view, where the striking contrast between the fortress and the reservoir's azure waters is perfectly visible. 3. Zhinvali Reservoir: A massive reservoir right next to the fortress. On clear days, the water gleams in a stunning turquoise hue. During certain seasons, horseback riding and boat tours are available down below. Getting There from Tbilisi The journey to Ananuri Fortress takes roughly 1.5 hours. Located right on the historic Georgian Military Highway, it's easily accessible via several options: 1. Book a One-Day Tour (highly recommended for non-drivers): This is the most hassle-free option. Numerous day tours depart from Tbilisi, typically combining Ananuri Fortress, Gudauri, and Kazbegi into a single jam-packed itinerary. 2. Public Minibus (Marshrutka): Catch a minibus from Didube Metro Station heading towards Kazbegi, Pasanauri, or Gudauri. Make sure to tell the driver in advance to drop you off at Ananuri Fortress. For the return trip, simply flag down any Tbilisi-bound minibus passing by. 3. Rent a Car or Charter a Taxi: Perfect for those who prefer privacy and the freedom to stop for photos anytime. The entire route is fully paved and provides a smooth drive. Travel Tips & Recommendations 1. Admission Fee: Entrance to Ananuri Fortress is completely free (though there might be a nominal parking fee if you drive). 2. Dress Code: As there is an active Orthodox Christian church on-site, women are expected to bring a headscarf and dress modestly (no shorts or revealing clothes). 3. Tbilisi is a city with a unique atmosphere. It’s warm, vibrant, and incredibly genuine. Here, ancient balconies coexist with modern buildings, the air is filled with the aroma of coffee and wine, and the mountains seem to embrace the city from all sides. What to see if you’re visiting Tbilisi for the first time: · Narikala Fortress — This ancient fortress towers over the city and offers stunning views of the old town, the Kura River, and the surrounding mountains. You can hike up or take the cable car for a panoramic view of the entire city. Sunsets here are especially beautiful. On the hill above the fortress stands the Monument of Mother Georgia — a figure of a woman holding a sword in one hand and a wine cup in the other. It perfectly reflects the character of the country: strong yet warm and hospitable. · Tsminda Sameba (Holy Trinity Cathedral) — The largest church in Tbilisi and one of the biggest Orthodox churches in the Caucasus. Though modern, it looks monumental and harmonizes beautifully with the city. Climbing the hill to Sameba is worth it for the panoramic views of the old town and the Kura River. Inside, the mosaics, frescoes, and domes create an incredibly solemn and peaceful atmosphere. · Abanotubani District — The famous sulfur baths with domed roofs. A very atmospheric place, filled with the scent of sulfur and history. You can visit one of the baths if you wish. · The Bridge of Peace — A modern symbol of the city, especially striking in the evening. · The Old Town — Simply wander. Without a plan. Turn into random courtyards and discover beautiful doors and wine bars. · Stroll along Shota Rustaveli Avenue — Theaters, museums, and the capital’s ambiance. What you must try: · Khinkali — Juicy dumplings with broth inside (make sure to eat them the right way 😉) · Khachapuri — Especially Adjarian style, with egg and stretchy cheese · And yes… wine ice cream 🍷🍦 — It sounds unusual, but Georgia knows how to surprise After that, be sure to try authentic Georgian wine — the taste and aroma here are unlike anywhere else. A small glass of red or white wine instantly immerses you in the country’s atmosphere and makes a city stroll even more special. If you have at least one free day, make sure to venture out of the city: · Kazbegi — Mountains, tranquility, and the Gergeti Trinity Church standing at an altitude of 2,170 meters against the majestic backdrop of Mount Kazbek. It’s truly breathtaking. · Sighnaghi — A small, cozy city of love with incredible views. · Kakheti — Vineyards, wine tastings, and that famous Georgian hospitality. · Ananuri — A fortress by the water on the way to the mountains. A very photogenic spot. For me, Tbilisi is a city of emotions. Of lively conversations at the table, of wine poured generously, of music drifting from open windows.

If you're visiting Georgia for the first time, especially Tbilisi and Batumi, I hope my notes can help you plan your trip and leisure activities overall. In general, 7-8 days are enough for a first acquaintance with this wonderful country. This time, we planned the itinerary as follows: 3-4 days in Tbilisi, followed by a train ride to Batumi for another 3-4 days. Day 1: Stroll through the Old Town, Peace Bridge, boat ride on the Kura River, sulfur baths; Day 2: Narikala Fortress + Mother of Kartli, Chronicles of Georgia, funicular ride to Mtatsminda; Day 3: Take a day trip. Last year, we went to Gudauri for a day; this year, we're heading to Kakheti; Day 4: Trip to Mtskheta and enjoy the remnants of luxury like Dry Bridge and a walk along Shota Rustaveli Avenue; Day 5: Travel to Batumi on a comfortable train, similar to our Afrosiab; the journey takes about 5 hours. A new highway has also opened, and if you're driving, you can reach Batumi in 3 hours according to online information. After checking in, you can take a walk to Ali and Nino, enjoy a boat ride on the sea, and, of course, relax on the beach; Day 6: Mountain trip - Martvili Canyon, Okatse Canyon, and Prometheus Cave; Day 7: A must-visit - Batumi Botanical Garden. You can also travel to Ureki or Shekvetili, where you'll find black magnetic sand. Of course, there are MANY places to visit, but we always start with the main ones :)

Sakartvelo🇬🇪 Having been there at least once, you want to go back again...which is exactly what I did! Tbilisi is beautiful, but where else should I go for a day trip? I've compiled my top picks. There are mountains, wineries, and interesting places just outside the city center. Save for your future travels❤️
