Seeing so many people booking two months in advance and still not getting a table, I was incredibly lucky! The overall flavor was on the salty side, but the creativity with the ingredients was very high, making it quite delicious. It's a Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine, and they explain each dish in detail, patiently checking on the progress of the food. I was a little worried beforehand because I saw many online reviews saying the service was so-so, but overall, the experience was very good. The price is around $500 per person, and tipping is not mandatory. Having traveled all the way to Lima, I think it's definitely worth experiencing the world's top restaurant.
