Chiang Mai—a place you don't want to leave once you arrive. Unlike the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and Pattaya, Chiang Mai offers a sense of tranquility and laziness. It's also a place beloved by Teresa Teng. Strolling through the city streets, one can't help but wonder if 'The Story of a Small Town' was written about here. Hotel: Stayed at the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, where Teresa Teng once stayed, saw the swimming pool, but unfortunately forgot to bring a swimsuit. Attractions: Wat Chedi Luang (Temple of the Big Stupa), a landmark of Chiang Mai, unlike most of Thailand's glittering temples, Wat Chedi Luang's architecture has a weathered and historical feel, inspiring awe after years of weathering. Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, Twin Dragon Temple, from where you can overlook the entire city of Chiang Mai. It is said to house the relics of the Buddha Sakyamuni. Found super cute little monk statues and exquisite murals. If I have the chance to visit Chiang Mai again, I hope to stay a little longer and explore more of its delicious food and beautiful scenery.
