Sakura Flower Ocean

#cherryblossom2024 Flowers from edge to edge Come and admire the pink clouds that more than 10,000 cherry blossom trees turn into in spring. There are more than 10,000 cherry trees in the park There is a traditional Japanese garden with a pond and a small waterfall How to get The easiest way to get here is by car, or by bus and taxi from the nearest railway station. In Tokyo or Takasaki, take the JR Takasaki line and drive to Shinmachi Station. From there, a bus runs every 40 minutes to the Onishi Post Office. You will have to take another 15 minutes by taxi from the post office. In high season, sightseeing buses run from Shinjuku Station to the park. The name of the park is very appropriate: it means "Cherry Blossom Mountain Park". There are about ten thousand sakura trees growing here. About seven thousand of them belong to the fuyuzakura variety and bloom in winter and spring, and the remaining three thousand are yoshino varieties, they bloom only in spring. During the flowering period, night lights are turned on in the park, which gives it a surreal look. During the high season, tea ceremonies are held here in the afternoon.
