Magical little village

📍芙蓉镇, Furongzhen Absolutely stunning place to stay for just a night and you will be finished. So cheap and fast to go from zhangjiajie and back on train only around 30 minutes. If you book a hotel within the village you need to buy a ticket to enter the village on arrival or before you arrive and it is valid to come in and out for 3 days just remember to have it on you at all times, as you need it to enter the performances too which are on at many times expect for when it’s raining, I think there’s 2 stages with different times so please double check. It’s 120 yuans from my memory but we got it for 60 yuans from a student discount. After the performances you can go to the popular viewing platform, I think most only go there for a day and don’t stay over so there’s not many people crowding the view and you can take pictures. The lights close at midnight so the later the less people. If your a light sleeper I recommend staying outside the village and the waterfall is super loud everywhere. There’s also a little museum next to the village that we didn’t know and get a chance to see as it closes at 3pm that you should check out in the morning if you arrive early.
