December 2 Healing Day｜Baihaba → Kanas Roaming

Today I slept in, then went to take photos of the Baihaba monument and the famous lonely tree. I strolled leisurely around the village and set off for Kanas at noon. After arriving, I visited Kanas Lake. On the way, I saw quite a few people slipping on the steps, so be careful when going down to the lakeside. Following the guide, we stopped and explored the snow mushrooms (which are snow piled on rocks, haha). He took many photos and videos for us. The rime frost is best seen in the morning; we went in the afternoon, but the guide said he could take me early the next day (since it’s a private tour with no rush, if I can’t get up, it’s all good, haha). 🏨 Accommodation: Kanas Anyu Homestay, located in the new village of Kanas. The room is spacious with a large window that offers a direct view of the scenery, quite nice. 💡 Tips: 1. Prices in the Kanas scenic area are relatively high; a plate of spicy chicken costs 198 yuan. 2. UGG snow boots are not slip-resistant on snow, so walk carefully.
