Head to 'Snowy Grill' in Tsim Sha Tsui for some Korean barbecue 🥰 High-quality, beautiful meat that's sinfully satisfying! With the arrival of spring and summer, the restaurant has launched the Summer Smoked Feast set meal ($1088/2-person meal) 🫶🏻 It includes my favorite soy sauce platter, a beautiful beef combo, and smoked pork belly on the table 💗 Absolutely delicious! The restaurant's decor is elegant, with LED screens on the walls displaying colorful scenes of different seasons 🫶🏻 Very stylish. 🟠 Soy Sauce Platter The seafood soy sauce platter comes with large shrimp, abalone, and scallops - all three are very tasty, each bite bursting with the fresh aroma of soy sauce. My favorite is the large shrimp 🤤🤤🤤 The texture is smooth and the body is crisp, and there's a lot of shrimp paste, super fresh! 🟠 Korean Beef Short Ribs, Wagyu Skirt Steak, Wagyu Rib Meat, Wagyu Tongue Beef lovers look forward to the beautiful beef combo! All four types of high-quality beef are to my liking 🫶🏻 Overflowing with beefy aroma, each has its own texture - the thin beef tongue is refreshing and bouncy, the Korean beef short ribs have beautiful marbling, tender and delicious 💗 🟠 Smoked Applewood Pork Belly The server smokes the pork belly right at the table 🫶🏻 The process takes about a minute, and when the glass lid is opened after smoking, the smoke disperses creating a full visual effect 💗 The server also skillfully grills it for us, the pork belly is fragrant and crispy when eaten, paired with lettuce and Korean spicy sauce, delicious! 🟠 Pear Water Cold Noodles You can choose between cold noodles or Zhajiang noodles - the slightly sour and refreshing cold noodles in hot weather have won my heart ☺️ They perfectly balance the greasiness of the barbecue. 🟠 Dessert of the Day Finally, we had a serving of Tiramisù, smooth and rich, very good. 📍Snowy Grill OTG47-48, Ground Floor, Ocean Terminal, Harbour City, 3-27 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
